Experience Criteria: - Execution and successful commissioning of one of the following: a) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost of bid b) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of bid c) One similar work costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of bid - Construction Experience of Key Components: - Pipeline: experience of laying, jointing, testing, and commissioning of pipeline with a minimum nominal diameter of 1/3rd of the largest proposed nominal diameter and for a minimum length of 1/5th of the largest proposed nominal diameter - Pumping Machinery: experience of installation/replacement and commissioning of pumping machineries including EMI works (cumulative in KW) of minimum 1/5th of cumulative capacities (in KW) of the largest single pump house 2. Past Performance: - Certificate from client, copy of work order Values and percentages mentioned for Eligibility requirements: - 30% of the estimated cost of bid - 40% of the estimated cost of bid - 50% of the estimated cost of bid - 1/3rd of the largest proposed nominal diameter - 1/5th of the largest proposed nominal diameter - 1/5th of cumulative capacities (in KW) of the largest single pump house - 233.33 MM (required nominal diameter) - 1384.4 Mtr (required length of pipeline) - 194.80 KW (required experience for pumping machinery) - 49.79 Km (maximum required length of pipeline) Technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender: - Certificate from a Chartered Accountant regarding the net worth of the company as on the last date of the previous financial year - Certificate from client for O&M experience - Copy of work order for O&M experience - Certificate from the Chartered Accountant with a Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN) for financial stability - Notarized affidavit on Rs. 500/- non-judicial stamp paper for financial stability - Experience certificate issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent for the work awarded by State Governments/Central Government or their undertakings and autonomous bodies - Powers of attorney, attested by a notary on stamp paper of Rs 500 - Evidence of experience of the firm in similar jobs - Audited balance sheets and profit and loss statements for the last 3 financial years - Sanction letter of overdraft facilities with the Banker(s) / Financial Institution(s)
