PART - 'B' : GSB & W.B.M. WORK

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with Tractor Mount Grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MoRD Specification Clause 401. For Grading III Material

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening & binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per MoRD Specification Clause 405. PART - C : B.T. WORK

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per MoRD Specification Clause 502(Low Porosity)

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 to 0.40 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MoRD Specification Clause 503 and IRC-16-2008

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing of aggregate and plastic waste cutting in a hotmix plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per MoRD Specification Clause 508. Providing and erecting direction and place identifications of semi reflective sign boards as per IRC:67 made of 2 mm thick M.S. Sheet duly stove enameled paint in white colour in front and grey colour on back with red reflective border of 70 mm width and required message, letters, figures with reflective engineering grade tape as per MORD specifications of required shade and colour. Supported and welded on 47 mm x 47mm of 12 SWG Square tube of 3050 mm height duly strengthened by 25 mm x 5 mm M/s flat iron on edges on back firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing and MoRD Specification Clause 1701 upto 0.9 sqm size board

Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with Logo as per MORDspecifications and drawing. Three plates of Aluminium Composite Materials (ACM), material specifications as per Clause 1701.3.7. The top most plate will be in diamond shape of 600mm x 600 mm size, riveted over welded M.S. angle iron frame of 25 mm x 25mm x 5mm size on back on edges. The middle plate will be 1200 mm x 150 mm size riveted over welded M.S. angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5 mm size on back on edges. The main lower most plate will be 1500 mm x 600 mm size, riveted over welded M.S. angle iron frame of 25 mm x 25 mm x 5 mm size. Welding of all the sheets over angle iron frame will be done neatly to have plain surface on one side. The angle iron frames of the lower most plate and the middle plate will be welded to two nos. 75 mm x 75 mm (12 SWG) sheet tubes posts placed at 1125 mm apart centre to centre. The top of the middle plate will be flushed with the top of 75 mm dia medium steel tube posts and these posts will be embedded in cement concrete M15 grade blocks of 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm below ground level.The height of bottom of the lower most plate will be 1200 mm from normal ground level and the bottom of middle plate will be 100 mm above the top level of the lower most plate. The lettering and borders, etc. of middle and bottom plate, PMGSY logo on top plate shall be as per clause 1701.4.6 Messages/Borders. All the sections of frame and posts will be painted with primer and two coats of Epoxy paint. The steel tube below ground level will be painted with three coats of Epoxy paint. The design, painting and lettering shall be done as per approved drawing. For warranty and durability the clause 1701.5 and for maintenance the clause 1911 shall be applicable. A reference number along with the month and year of installation should be placed on the back of a sign in a contrasting colour or by stamping in characters not exceeding 50 mm in height as per approved drawing and MoRD Specification Clause 1700

Providing and Erecting typical Citizen's information Board as per approved drawing &specification of MORD made of Two plates of Aluminium Composite Materials (ACM),material specifications as per Clause 1701.3.7 of size 900 mm x 750 mm size riveted overwelded M.S. angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5 mm size on back on edges. Frame willbe welded to two nos. 75 mm x 75 mm (12 SWG) sheet tubes posts placed at 1000 mmapart centre to centre these posts will be embedded in cement concrete M15 grade blocksof 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm below ground level. The lettering and borders, etc. ofplates shall be as per clause 1701.4.6 Messages/Borders. All the sections of frame andposts will be painted with primer and two coats of Epoxy paint. The steel tube below groundlevel will be painted with three coats of Epoxy paint. The design, painting and lettering shallbe done as per approved drawing and MoRD Specification Clause 1700

Providing and Erecting typical Maintenance information Board as per approved drawing & specification of MORD made of MS sheet of 1.6 mm thick of size 900mm x 1500mm stiffend by angle iron 25mmx25mm x 3mm all around the plate & plates fixed on frame of 75mm dia pipe of 12 SWG sheet (vertical post 3050 mm with angle holdfasts and horizontal member 900mm) to be joined by embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade of block of 600mmx 600mm x 750 mm size below ground level as per enclosed drawings & as directed by Engineering incharge. All MS will be stove anmeled on both side lettering. Figuring and border will be with ready mixed synthethic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour etc complete in all respect. All sections of framed post and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coat of epoxy paint as per drawing and as per MoRD Specification.

Marking Centre Line and stop lines etc. on road as per IRC pattern with thermoplastic paint of approved quality and make with 8% glass beads laid on the road surface at temperature 160" C with a special applicator machine complete with a special applicator machine complete with labour material and traffic diversion arrangements.

PART (E) : CEMENT CONCRETE PAVEMENT

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement M30 (Grade), thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement as per Clause 1501.2.2 , coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a in fully automatic Batching Plant and transported to site in transit mixer for having continous agitated mixer, manufactured as per approved mix design including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying , with all lead and lift including cost of admixtures in recommended portion as per IS 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer in charge laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, using curing compound and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and MoRD Specification Clause 1501 including vaccum dewatering process with all required equipments

PART- H : PROTECTION WALL

Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material Ordinary soil Upto 3 m depth.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 P.C.C grade M 10Nominal mix 1:3:6.
