The bidder is required to have prior work experience in specific categories, including project experience in Railways sector, core sector, construction experience in Railways sector, and construction experience in core sector. For Categories 1 and 2, the project should have been undertaken as a PPP project, with the entity claiming experience holding a minimum of 26% equity. The capital cost of the project should be more than 10% of the Estimated Project Cost. For Categories 3 and 4, the bidder should have received cumulative payments from its client(s) for construction works executed, with amounts actually received being more than 10% of the Estimated Project Cost, which is Rs. 25.67 crore. The value of similar works completed should be at least 75% of the present contract value payment. The payment includes not less than 75% payment received under 'procurement of goods and equipment' as well as not less than 75% payment received under 'execution/installation/commissioning'. The bidder's experience will be computed based on the weight of the following factors: - Category 1: 1 - Category 2: 0.75 - Category 3: 1 - Category 4: 0.75 In terms of percentage, the bidder should have completed similar works with a value of more than 10% of the Estimated Project Cost. The estimated project cost is Rs. 12.837 crore, and for technical capacity, any member of the Consortium/Joint Venture having a minimum 26% shareholding in the Consortium/Joint Venture should satisfy the technical capacity requirements. The bidder should have experience in projects with a value of estimated electrification work, and for composite works, the selected bidder can himself execute the above work only if he has experience to the value of the estimated work. The value of similar works completed should be at least 75% of the present contract value payment, with the estimated project cost being Rs. 12.837 crore.
