M&L for replacement of Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections conforming to Fe-410-0 or Fe-310-0 grade including necessary nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape and size as directed and including applying two coats of aluminium paint (under & finishing coats) over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer on exposed steel surfaces after preparation of surfaces, supplied and fixed in repair complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: - (i) Sizes & types of members and shape of the cross arms etc shall be as required at site all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Un-exposed steel surfaces shall be given one coat of red-oxide zinc chromate primer only and Cost of the same is included in unit rate of the item and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.)

S&F in replacement of stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No 1 using stay rod 20 mm dia x 1800mm long, stay bow 14mm dia and stay plate 30 cm x 30 cm x 6 mm including stay wire 8 SWG x 7 strands, loop type insulator with over all dimensions 90x140mm and clearence of hole 25.5mm, stay clamps and painting to exposed surfaces of mild steel work with two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Excavation, earthwork and PCC in foundation shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of BOQ.

M & L for preparing old painted steel surfaces by scraping and removing old paints, rust, etc. from Steel Tubular Poles (above the Planting Depth and PCC Copings) and Mild Steel Cross Arms, Cable Protection Pipe, Brackets, etc. and applying one Coat of Red Oxide Zinc Chrome Primer, alternate Yellow & Black Strips Painting (5 No. Each Strip 300 mm wide) and remaining portion of Pole also including numbering to poles with synthetic enamel paint on black base of size 15 cm x 10 cm and numbering in 8 cm height of number with white paint and Cross Arms, Cable Protection Pipe, Brackets, etc. treated with Two Coats of Aluminium Paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L preparing old painted surfaces by scraping and removing old paints, rust, etc. from Pre-stressed Concrete cement Pole (above the Planting Depth and PCC Copings) and Mild Steel Cross Arms, Cable Protection Pipe, Brackets, etc. and applying Two Coats of Synthetic Enamel Painting in alternate Yellow & Black Strips Painting (5 No. Each Strip 300 mm wide) and remaining portion of Pole treated with Two Coats of Exterior Weather Proof Paint also including numbering to poles with synthetic enamel paint on black base of size 15 cm x 10 cm and numbering in 8 cm height of number with white paint and Mild Steel Cross Arms, Cable Protection Pipe, Brackets, etc. treated with Two Coats of Aluminium Paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting over head conductors and insulators any Nos on existing damaged Pre -stressed Concrete Cement LT poles, dismantling MS work such as cross arms /clamps/hooks etc, stay and street light (where exists), excavating and taking out damaged pole making good hole to receive new pole and M&L for Pre-stressed concrete poles 9 meter long, 102mm x 172mm at top and 102 mm x 279 mm at bottom, class 10, complying with requirements of IS-1678, including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (in alternate black & white/yellow strips of 30 cm height) upto 1.5 meter height from top of PCC coping and also including numbering to poles with synthetic enamel paint on black base of size 15 cm x 10 cm and numbering in 8 cm height of number with white paint, including dismantling of old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Earthwork, Cement Concrete, etc. will be measured and paid under approprite Items.

Disconnecting over head conductors and insulators any Nos on existing damaged steel tubular swaged LT poles, dismantling MS work such as cross arms /clamps/hooks etc, stay and street light (where exists), excavating and taking out damaged pole making good hole to receive new pole and M&L for Steel Tubular Swaged Pole Type 410-SP-31 (9.0 Metre long) including Cast Iron Base Plate, Finial Taper Plug, Cap, Mild Steel Bolts, Nuts, Screws including applying two coats of Black Bituminous Paint Internally and Externally from bottom End of Pole upto PCC Coping and applying with two coats of Aluminium Painting over a coat of red oxide Primer (Externally from Top of Coping)and applying Two Coats of Synthetic Enamel Painting in alternate Yellow & Black Strips Painting (4 No. Each Strip 300 mm wide) and also including numbering to poles with synthetic enamel paint on black base of size 15 cm x 10 cm and numbering in 8 cm height of number with white paint, including dismantling of old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Earthwork, Cement Concrete, etc. will be measured and paid under approprite Items.

Disconnect the electric supply from Main GO/DO and taking down old existing Loose ACSR conductor mounted on Steel/PCC pole 3 to 5 Conductor and Re-stringing of existing over head line ACSR conductor/GI wire of any size/type including repair of conductor broken due to wind storm/expansion, contraction etc, on existing LT steel and/or PCC pole including replacement of aluminium binding wire of suitable size and refixing of all old accessories carefully without damaging of insulator etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Length of each conductor shall be measured as one length.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in new / old coping of poles etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating, necessary form work and fair finishing all exposed faces of concrete without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) typeC-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation for stays & mass concrete including necessary form work and fair finishing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation for poles, struts & mass concrete including necessary form work and fair finishing to exposed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.0mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 meter below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt, connected to galvanized iron strip 32mm x 6mm thick as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and thimbles and other end of the earth strip connected to earthing test point/equipment and protected by galvanised iron pipe light grade 40mm dia upto earthing test point/equipment fixed with required number of mild steel clamp made out of 25mm x 3mm flat iron and perforated water pipe 20mm dia GI medium grade of length 2.25 metre and top with socket & plug and bottom connected to earth plate by slit and two bolts/nuts/washers, PCC chamber in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 and 40mmthick pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-0 cover with 40mm x 40mm x 3mm MS angle iron frame, excavation & earth work complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I of SSR-2009 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes :- (i) GI strip upto earth test point/equipment is included in this item. (ii) Outer edge of earth pit chamber shall be 1.5 metre away from the outer edge of PCC chamber. (iii) Minimum weight of reinforcement shall be 1 kg for each earth pit cover

Laying only in replacement of Cross linked poly-ethylene (XLPE) insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables ( heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts LT grade following cross-sectional area laid in trenches/through pipe in road crossings/ paths /drains /ducts /floors /along poles/walls/ceilings/ equipments etc fixed/ laid in repair including commissioning and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: :- (i) Necessary excavation and earth work, brick protection, sand cushioning and cover and GI pipe shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii) Road manually cutting/floor cutting/cutting holes etc in wall required for laying /fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing site condition. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account and quoted rate for this item shall be deemed to include for the same) (iii) XLPE cable will be issued under Schedule-'B' Free for Fixing/Laying from MES store (AGE E/M yard).

All as per item No 15 hereinbefore but size of cable 50 Sqmm 3.5 core to 95 Sqmm to 3.5 Sqmm.

All as per item No 15 hereinbefore but size of cable 120 Sqmm 3.5 core to 240 Sqmm 3.5 Core.

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m depth; or n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundations of poles, struts, stays, joints or laying underground cable etc. in soft/loose soil, & getting out including taking out old brick or precast cable cover complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 18 hereinbefore but depth exc 1.50 mtr and not exc 3.00 mtr in depth complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated soil/ material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for dry sand (Tibba sand) and punning for cushioning to underground cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: - For payment purpose thickness after punning shall be measured.

M & L for brick protection with old size sub class 'B' bricks laid flat, abutting each other with gap between adjacent bricks not exc. 10mm, length of bricks across the route of underground cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out old underground LT Cable of size 10 sqmm to 240 Sqmm of 3.5 core from LT Panel strenches/floors /road/wall/ pipe/pole/including taking out loop from trenches upto 1.5 mtrs depth, cutting the faulty end of cable and refixing the cable in original position by using flat aluminium sockets/ thimble/ and insulating the all nacked wires of any size including making connection with MCCB's/ Switches complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Exacavation for taking out LT cable from will measured and paid separatly.

Supplying, jointing and testing in replacement heat shrinkable type indoor / outdoor end termination jointing kit, suitable for cable of size 50 sqmm to 120 sqmm cable aluminium conductor 1100 Volts including making connections complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, jointing and testing in replacement heat shrinkable type indoor / outdoor end termination jointing kit, suitable for cable of size 185 sqmm to 240 sqmm cable aluminium conductor 1100 Volts including making connections complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, jointing and testing in replacement heat shrinkable type straight through jointing kit, suitable for cable of size 16 sq mm to 50 sqmm cable aluminium conductor 1100 Volts including making connections complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, jointing and testing in replacement heat shrinkable type straight through jointing kit, suitable for cable of size 70 sq mm to 120 sqmm cable aluminium conductor 1100 Volts including making connections complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, jointing and testing in replacement heat shrinkable type straight through jointing kit, suitable for cable of size 185 sq mm to 240 sqmm cable aluminium conductor 1100 Volts including making connections complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Trimming/pruning of the tree branches comming cross electric power head line LT feeder cleaning the span and making it free from touching the tree branches complete all as specified and as diredted by Engineer-In-Charge. (Note :-(i) All item of LT overhead lines taken together shall be measured as one unit for the payment purpose under this item. (ii) Only such length shall be measured where trees are required to be cut/trimmed as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. (ii) Removing branches from road and diposition at a distance of more than 500 meter)

Fixing Only in replacement 40mm to 50mm bore GI pipe light grade (ISI marked) laid in trenches/ road crossings/ fixed to poles/ceiling / along walls/ path /drain/floors with and including S&F all necessary clamps, nuts, bolts, washers etc and all fittings as required, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- (i) Necessary excavation, earth work and same work shall be measured and paid for separately.) (ii) GI pipe will be issued under Schedule-'B' Free for Fixing/Laying from MES store (AGE E/M yard).

All as per item No 31 hereinbefore but 80mm to 100mm bore.

Fixing only in replacement of MCCB 63 Amps, 4 Pole to 160 Amp, 4 pole, 415 Volts including thimbles, nuts, bolts, washers etc. making incoming and outgoing connection complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (MCCB will be issued under Schedule-'B' Free for Fixing from MES store (AGE E/M yard).

Fixing only in replacement of MCCB 250 Amps, 4 Pole to 630 Amp, 4 pole, 415 Volts including thimbles, nuts, bolts, washers etc. making incoming and outgoing connection complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (MCCB will be issued under Schedule-'B' Free for Fixing from MES store (AGE E/M yard).

Locating the fault in LT cable of any size for any type of fault like open cable short between phases/Neutral ,grounded cable with help of cable fault locator and pin pointing location with the help of audio signal ,excavation at the fault and openning cable to suitable distence and depth for making a cable joint and including complete Earth work complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) The joint kit will be paid separately. (ii) contractor will have to arranged the cable fault locator or other testing Eqpt /tools as required & same shall be deemed to be includede in the item rate Quoted.

S&F in replacement LT Line polypropylene composite phase separator, moulded or bolted type, overall length 1250mm, width 25mm, thickness 12mm, suitable for 5-lines, 4 lines,3 lines wire complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting of taking out unserviceable Solar Street light fitting of Febricated Frame of MS Iron angle size 25X25X3mm including, fixing arrangement fitting with existing balance with GI pipe 40mm dia, 15 cm length and refixing the same on pole and testing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, laying, jointing, commissioning and testing in replacement XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, armoured, heavy duty underground electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area 240 sq mm 3.5 core confirming to IS-7098 (Part-I-1988) laid in trenches, along poles through pipes etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 38 hereinbefore but cable of cross sectional area 120 sq mm 3.5 core.

All as per item No 38 hereinbefore but cable of cross sectional area 95 sq mm 3.5 core.

All as per item No 38 hereinbefore but cable of cross sectional area 70 sq mm 3.5 core.

All as per item No 38 hereinbefore but cable of cross sectional area 35 sq mm 3.5 core.

Supplying, laying, jointing, commissioning and testing in replacement PVC insulated screened PVC bedded, armoured, heavy duty underground electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area 25 sq mm 4 core confirming to IS-7098 (Part-I-1988) laid in trenches, along poles through pipes etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No 43 hereinbefore but cable of cross sectional area 16 sq mm 4 core.

All as per item No 43 hereinbefore but cable of cross sectional area 16 sq mm 2 core.

Supply and fixing in replacement All in One LED Solar street light fitting 20 Watt in built, 12.8 Volt, 24AH lithium ion battery, solar panel, charge controller with dusk down sensor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Fixing 42 AMPH, 12 V maintenance free battery and initial charging complete ,equired electrolyte /distilled water etc and fixing as required at site to the concerned UPS, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : 24 Months relacement warranty to be given by the contractor without any extra cost. (ii)-Rates are deemed to be inclusive of checking and make functional of UPS.

Supply and fixing in replacement 24 volt , communication Power Supply ( G-10 switch) for Invertor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in Replacement RS 485 Communication Convertor for Data Station. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Looseing of Nut bolt of Module Mounting structure &Tilting the direction of Module From 14 degree to 44 degree & tightning the Nut bolt & washers including replacement of broken nut bolt complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- all necessary T& P and minor parts like Nut ,Bolt ,washers etc arranged by the Contractor without any extra cost. (ii) If any damage occurs during Tilting of this structure than contractor will be responsible for that.

Suppyling, installing, testing and commissioning factory made outdoor type bus bar chamber having MCCB 4 Pole, 415 Volts, 250 Amps of suitable size for operation on 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz, outer shell made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet duly powder coated coated siemens gray shade and completely weather, vermin & dust proof, adequate air ventilation at sides & back, door shall be provided with double door fix with hinges and locking arrangements etc suitables to accomodate the 400 Amps aluminium bus bar fixed Horizontally in staggred manner minimum length 450mm, 3 phases and neutral duly insulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeves and colour coded mounted on heavy duty DMC insulators duly connected with 160Amps MCCB including provision for taking out incoming and outgoing cables detachable plate at bottom for cable entry and making six Nos hole in each bus bar including with bottom frame made out of angle iron 50mm x 50mm x 5mm and 600mm long 4 legs duly painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exposed surfaces grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate blocks of size 30cm x 30cm x 60cm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Inspection/checking/tightening of connections for LED Security/Street light fitting such as 30/45/72/90 watts etc for tighting the connection with replacement of twin core multi strand 1.5 Sqmm aluminium wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes :- (i) Ladder wheel shall be arranged by the Contractor. (ii) The Cost of wire repalced will not be paid separately in Over Head conductors.

Supply and fixing in replacement electronic driver (Make as per site requirement) 220/240 V suitable for existing LED light fitting 45 Watts/ 60 Watt complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement heavy duty TPN bus bar chamber 100 Amps, 4 way, fixed with hinges and locking arrangements, surface mounting type,in replacement and arrangements for 04 Nos incoming / outgoing connections in each busbar, fixed on wall complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 1. Note for Srl Item No. 1 to 5, 8, 9, 14 to 17, 23, 25 to 29, 31 to 34, 36 & 38 to 54:- All old unserviceable item retrieved from the above is deposited to AGE E/M Yard. 2. Note for Item No 1 to 54:- (i). These items are considereded for repair and maintanace of LT infrastucture of Suratgarh Mil station and different ASCON nodes located at 200 KMs away from Suratgarh Mil Stn. No extra cost for fault finding at ASCON nodes will be given to contractor. (ii). LT fault / repair and maintanace intimated to the contractor or his rep at any time day or night, through complaint slip or telephonically must be rectified by the contractor within 8 Hrs. (iii). All Material required for the repair and matainance work considered in the CA will be made available by the contractor with in 3 Hr. (iv).Items retrived against replacement shall be deposited to MES store and cost of the same deemed to be included in above quoted rate. (v). Item No. 15 to 17, 31 to 34 will be issued under Schedule-'B' Free for Fixing/Laying from MES store (AGE E/M yard) based on complaints on daily basis and cost of transportation from MES store to site will be responsibility of the contractor.
