Supply and fixing in repair energy efficient LED street light fittings of 60 Watt, pressure die cast alluminium housing & toughened glass with IP-66 degree of protection , individuals LED's should have lenses for better throw across &along road range 140-280 volts fittings should be provided 5 KV surge protection external and apart from this surge, arrestor driver should have additional 4 KV surge protector inbuilt in driver for maximised protections, should have lumens output of 100 lumens watt minium protections facility in drivers, driver should be potted type for viberation proof performance & includings making electrical connections all as directed. Make: Cromption GreavesCat part No-LSTP-60-CDL or equivalent in Philips / Orient /Havells / Wipro Note:-1. Driver should be BIS registered with "R" marking.

Supply and fixing in replacement , bracket made out of 40 mm dia galvanized steel tubing medium grade 1.5 m long including bending if required as direct ,02 nos clamps made out of MS flat iron 40X6mm of suitable size fixed with bolts, nuts and washer including drilling holes and grouting with the same for fixing bolts complete.(Rates quoted by the contractor shall deemed to include for nut and bolts).

Supply and fix in replacement of MS conduit 20 mm dia for protection of cable from pole junction box to street light fittings including fixing 0f 02 Nos clamps at suitable interval all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing and connecting LED flood light fittings on high mast pole pressue die cast housing with IP 66 protection high resistant tempered glass for protection with 5 KV surge protection applicable for large area lighting with efficient high output emitter LED for better distributioin of capacity 170W(6000K CCT) Cat part No- LSFO-170-CDL/60 of crompton Greaves or equivallent in Orient and Wipro.

Preperation of surface of RCC poles and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint upto 1.5m height in Navy blue and white colour alternate strips each of 30cm wide all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chagre.

Preparation of steel surface of electric pole upto 11 Mtr long extension portion, apply one coat of aluminum paint over full length and marking of pole number and five strips each 30 cm wide in black & white colour using synthetic enamel paint all as per existing and directed by Eng-in-Charge. Make: Asian/Narolac/Burger

M&L for Cement concrete 1:4:8 Type D-2 ( using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete for PCC pole complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C-2 ( using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete for PCC pole complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Earthing in repair complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to and including galvanised earth strip of 25X6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron including 15mm bore GI pipe, medium grade up to 7.5 metre long all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of MES SSR Part-I and testing on completion including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, pre-cast slab 50 mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 re-inforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM(weight not less than 4 Kg per Sqm) with cast iron frame, funnel with wire mesh,15mm bore light grade GI protection pipe, test point etc complete all as specified.

Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit /pipe or fixed to pole or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required 25 x 6 mm Galvanised strip.

Supply, fabricating, install , commissioning and testing in replacement LT cubical panel board of OUTDOOR type, comprising of copper bus bar of suitable size of suitable length -04 Nos of cap 400 amp, having individual compartment type made out of MS sheet 3.15 mm thick and angle iron frame of 40 x 40 x 6mm thick including mounting legs of same angle iron 50 cm long embedded in PCC foundation 1:2:4 type B1 complete suitable for 3 phase 415 volts, dust and vermin proof both side openable with locking required cable entry glands of suitable size including stud type aluminium cable lugs for incoming and out going cables of suitable size including painting of two coats of super enameled grey paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge including supply and fix of the following items:- (a) Copper bus bar of suitable size of cap 400 Amp - 01 Set. (b) MCCB 4 Pole 200 Amps 36 KA - - 01 Nos (incoming) (c) MCCB 4 pole 100 Amps 36 KA - 02 Nos (d) MCCB 4 pole 63 Amps 415 V, 16 KA - 02 Nos (e) MCB SPN 32Amp-01 Nos (e) Digital voltmeter with selector switch - 01 No (f) Digital ammeter with necessary CT's & selector switch - 01 No (g) Set of indicating lamps (RYB) - 01 set. Note :- Old panel of any cap shall be given to contractor as schedule of credit either it has bus bar /mccb or not.

Repair of complete LT panel by welding of hinges, door, including door , hings with locking arrangement and layout the LT cable in proper manner by excavation & refilling connecting and taking down existing unserviceable cable including painting of complete panel all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.
