Material and labour 20 mm thick machine cut, granite duly factory grinding and polished (table rubbed and polished) of approved colour for counter sunk wash basin, plateform /cooking plateform , steps, jambs,pillars, window cills, , shelves, urinal partition and like , including screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) (grey cement slurry) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admiture of pigment to match with shade of granite stone slab including cutting as required including cleaning and extra polishing if required including dismantling old stone slab including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment ot match the shade of sab includign rubbing, grinding and polishing (mirror finish) including Dismantling old stone slab including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Taking down existing shutter and refixing in same opening shutters of any description exc 1.0 Sqm but not exc 2.0 Sqm each all as specified and directed. (Note:- 'Refixing' includes taking down, easing and adjusting and also refixing builders hardware as required including renewal of unserviceable screws, etc.)

Taking down chowkhats or frames exc 1.5 sq. m but n.exc 4.0 sq. m each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all specified and directed directed.

Supply and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30mm thickness. The laminte shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame., complete as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge

Supply and fixing 30 mm thick Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (F.R.P.) flush door shutter in different plain and wood finish made with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate all around, with suitable wooden blocks inside at required places for fixing of fittings and polyurethane foam (PUF)/Polystyrene foam to be used as filler material throughout the hollow panel, casted monolithically with testing parameters of F.R.P. laminate conforming to table 3 of IS: 14856 complete all as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions of Engineer- in-charge.

S&F for 35 mm thick 2nd class hard wood factory made plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing 35mm thick, glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc (without sash bars), using 2nd class hard wood (Bonsum/ Hollock) edges of frming plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc , sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section8, Clause 8.24 (a), supplied and fitted to chowkhats complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Wire gauze/ glass shall be measured and paid separately.Note : - (i) The sutters shall be brought at site without primer and same shall be applying at site as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Primer shall be measured paid separately under appropriate item (painting) of BOQ.

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated wooden surface of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed by Engneer -in-Charge .

S&F 4.0 mm sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n.exc 0.5sqm in each pane including fixing upto second storey building window with necessary stair arrangement and safety arrangement to fixing upper glass panes shall deemed to be included int he rate and including hacking out broken glass complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F in repair stainless steel wire cloth. 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F steel windows and ventilator double shutters one for gauzeing (Wiremesh) and one for glazing with side hung shutters including projecting / box / friction type hinges with as required steel handles and steel peg stays complete with gauzing and glazing bars including guard bars in between gauzing and glazing shutters dovetailed or weldwed etc and making good to disturbed portion match with existing surface drawing and design as specified and aproved by Engg -in-Charge.

S&F for powder coated aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators and aluminium partition with one or more rebates including jointing cleats glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc complete with locking arrangements for fixing with powder coating on aluminium sections, minimum thickness of poweder coating shall be 50 micron as per the specification. The top and bottom horizontal members and vertical members adjacent to wall shall be fixed with floor, ceiling, walls and cills where required and fixed with the help of rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold plate fastners. Aluminium section shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically whereever required complete in all respect all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for powder coated anodised aluminium door shutters,, aluminium sections weighing exc 0.55 Kg/m including necessary necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 02 Nos in each door, hinges (03 Nos), anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S & F in repair framed work as in chowkhats of doors windows of angle iron, gates or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc confirming to Gde Fe 290-0 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge

S & F in repair Pressed steel frames 125 x 60 mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

S&F in repair 4.8 mm thick sheet glass n. exc 0.50 Sqm in each pane, ordinary quality and glazing with aluminium snap beading of any size of glass in each pane with solar control film 25 micron reflective type sticked to glass panes as per instructions of manufaturers all as specified and directed.

M & L for painting steel and iron surfaces of any discription,over 10 cm width or girth, with preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces priming with one coat of read oxide & finish with two coats of synthetic enamel paint ordinary tint all as spefified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 300 mm long mild steel sliding door bolt type, stove enamelled black, with bright bolt not less than 12 mm dia with and including a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F Powder coated anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, partiall fixed and partially 3 track sliding with out sash bars which are two shutter having tinted glass of 4.8 mm thick and 3rd is stainless steel wire cloth 0.63 mm normal dia of wire and average width of apertune 1.40 mm, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m (1.50 to 1.80 mm thick) including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 no.). hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 no.) suitable handle (1 no.) complete all as specified

S&F 110 mm dia PVC SWR pipe, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed with clamps to walls including taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern) including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overalll as fixed along the cente line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F in repair vitreous china squatting pan Orissa pattern size 580 x 440 mm white with integral foot rests (excludign cistern & flush pipe including cast iron 'P' or 'S' trap and connecton to trap antisyphonage pipe and PVC connection 15 mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450 mm and making good to floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs PVC valve less, syphonic action type flushing cistern,10 ltrs capacity low level, white, with inlet ball valve, float, handle and telescopic pipe flush pipe of polyethylene of low or high density or PVC, 32mm dia, for low level cistern and connection to pipes all as directed.

S&F in repair bib tap 15mm bore cast copper alloy chromium plated long body fancy type with capston head and cup screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair CP brass stop/angle valve fancy type 15 mm bore cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure fancy type with long shank and cup fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair vitreous china wash hand basin coloured Flat back of size 580x450mm, including 32mm dia chromium plated waste coupling long screwed shank and fly nut, flanged end bedded in red led cement and other end fixed and PVC waste pipe including cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets in CM 1:3 including PVC connections 15 mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450 mm complete all as specified and directed. all as specified .

S&F vitreous china wash down water closet pan padestel pattern white including connection pipe to union of flushing cistern, inlet and overflow pipes,connecting only to flushing cistern, anti-syphonage pipe with PVC flush pipe of 32mm dia and including plastic seat with cover white in colour, bottom recessed with mild steel chromoum plated hinging and 'P' or 'S' trap device and health faucet chromium plated suitable for 15 mm dia pipe with 1.25 metre long flexible tube and wall hook including making connections and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F in repairs Vitreous China urinals, half stall complete including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2, securing urinal to plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement; grating and Union for discharge pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair stainless steel chromium plated jet spray (butter fly or ''L'' bend) suitable for EWC including 1m tube and necessary nut bolts complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F 10 mm looking mirror of selected quality with bevelled edge mounted on stainless steel stud complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F 500 litres, rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (Cylindrical vertical with closed top), hoisted and fixed in position incl 20 mm bore PTMT float valve,connecting 2 Nos nipple/ sockets etc incl dismantling old water tank of capacity Exc 250 litres and not exc 500 litres and removing from site and complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1000 litres, rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (Cylindrical vertical with closed top), hoisted and fixed in position incl 20 mm bore PTMT float valve,connecting 2 Nos nipple/ sockets etc including dismantling water tank of capacity Exc 500 litres and not exc 1000 litres and removing from site and complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15 mm dia galvanised steel tubing medium grade including necessary fittings like sockets, tees, elbows, reducers, unions etc fixed to walls / ceiling includign taking down all connectious fittings in any position including cleaning for re fixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair drapery stainless steel curtain roads, standard quality, not less than 19/25 mm dia with heads, wall thickness of pipe not less than 20 guage, including fancy type brackets and decorated end knobs (finals), stop roller etc, fixed on wall for doors and windows curtains, cutting as required length and fixing at site including fixing arrangements, rawl pluig, screws etc (size and dia of rods are directed by Engr-in-charge )

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or stone masonary in CM (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster on bricks or stone walls etc and including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and preparation by surface with help of mechanicaly and applying 1.5 to 2.5 mm thick acyrlic wall care putty and smoothening the surfaces with sand paper/mechanised sanding etc, (Preparatory to paint as directed), and applying Two coat of 100% Premium interior acrylic emulsion paint by using Brush/ roller over and including one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or stone masonary in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement and including taking down cement plaster on bricks or stone walls etc upto height 7.5 m and including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and apply two coats of cement base paint incl prepration of surface complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on fair faces of concrete surfaces of ceiling finished fair and even and smooth without using extra cement upto height 7.50 m and applying two coats of white wash on new plastered surface as on ceiling incl preparation and including taking down cement plaster on bricks or stone walls etc and including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed.all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of old decorated surfaces of wall by mechanical means electric grinder etc., and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatement with help of mechancially and applying 1.5 to 2.5 mm thick acyrlic wall care putty and smoothening the surfaces with sand paper/mechanised sanding etc, (Preparatory to paint as directed), and applying Two coat of 100% Premium interior acrylic emulsion paint by using Brush/ roller over and including one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces and appying two coats of white eash on ceiling all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment of any description by mechanically means such as electrical grinder and applying two coat of 100% Premium weather proof exterior acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for waterproofing treatment to sunken slab with creating fillet caving 50 x 50 mm with ploymer modified mortar on the junction of slab and wall as per manufacture insructions, M & L providing for applying two coats of two components (1 Part Liquid : 1.4 Part powder) ready to use cemetitious waterproof coating on properly perepared surface by brush having elongation of 120% for the applying water proofing treatment as per following and complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (i) Applying 1st coat of Acrylic cementitous two components waterproof coating on horizontal and vertical surfaces. (ii) Applying of glasses fiber mesh of 45-50 GSM immediately on alone coating in all corners, wall and floor junctions, drainage flange etc all as per manufracturers instructions . (iii) Applying 2nd coat of Acrylic cementitous two components waterproof coating after 4 to 6 hrs on horizontal and vertical surfaces. Note : (a) Complete material shall be procured in bulk and kept in lock and key. (b) The installation company should be trained and authorized by Manufacturer & installation to be carried out as per manufacturers approved method statement. All auxiliary & accessories involved during application should be supplied by single manufacturer as a part of system. Any component used which is not manufactured by the particular manufacturer can only be used with official approval from manufacturer, (c) Ponding of slab shall be carried out to check the efficiancy of waterproof coating by filling water to 50 mm depth for 48 hrs all as directed by Engineer-in-charge, (d) Contractor shall submit 10 yr guarantee for water proof treatment work from date of completion of work

M&L for PCC (1:5:10) type E-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as filling of sunken floors/bottom and side of drain complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for brick work with Fly Ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) including Demolition of brickwork or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles including cleaning and stacking serviceable brick for re use and balance removing rubbish from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Note:- Contractor will submit all the old unserviceable item retrived from above mentioned schedule of item to MES store yard. Transportation charges for the same is responsibility of contractor and no extra payment shall be made on this account
