M&L for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on ceiling surfaces finished surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Raking out joints/ pointing to brick/ stone work in walls built in cement mortar and M&L for keyed pointing in cement mortar 1:4 to brick/ stone walls complete all as specified.

Preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and M&L for applying chalk whitening/ concrete primer and / or cement base putty as required incl preparing the surfaces smooth by rubbing and / or sandpapering and M&L two coats of Distemper oil Emulsion on new plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparing new plastered/ pointed surfaces of walls and M&L for applying concrete primer and /or cement base putty as required incl preparing the surfaces smooth by rubbing and / or sandpapering and M&L two coats of cement base paint on new plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of new plastered/ pointed surfaces of walls etc. & applying three coats of lime white wash on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparing of old painted wooden surfaces or wood based material of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing old painted steel surfaces or iron work of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparing old painted plastered surfaces of walls and M&L for applying one coats of Plastic Emulsion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of any type of surfaces and M&L for water based premium acrylic soomth exterior emulsion colour with silicon additive excellent dirt pickup resistance with low VOC less than 50, Antifungal/Anti Algai properties in two coats @ 1.79 litre(undiluted)/10 Sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer's instruction applied over Old stone/plastered surface with fully automatic airless sprey machine of paint application with a flow speed of minium 1 Ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in between subsequent coats of paint complete all as specified and directed. (Note for item No-21) The Work for periodical services shall includes the following and the rates quoted by the bidders shall includes the same:- (a) Use of Scaffolding, trestles,ladders,cradles etc necessary for execution of work and protective measures. (b) Removal of nails,making good holes, cracks etc. (c) Work in patches and in narrow/widths,bands,cornices,pilasters etc and cutting in edge of line where necessary. (d) Spreading and removing covering to doors,windows,floors fittings etc to protect from splashes. (e) Washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electric fittings, wirings etc. Drops and splashes of paint to be cleaned to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (f) Sample patch of 10 sqm be prepared considering the sample of periodical and shall be got approved from GE prior to carrying out further work. (Periodical services shall be exected through authorised applicators of approved make.)

M&L for writing letters or figures etc ( block, Roman, Italic or indian) n.exc 30 CM high with paint to match existing work complete all as specified.
