M & L for Septic tank for 100 users, designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, Brickwork in CM(1:3), RCC M-30 Design Mix in Baffle walls and Roof Slab including beams etc with Vent shaft, manhole openings with cover connection etc. complete all as specified and directed and as shown in Drg No. CEBZ/TD/76/2011 Sheet 1/1 & 1/2.

M & L for Soakage wells excavation in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6 wells of honey combed and soild in M-25 concrete, including intercepting chamber, screen chamber Brick work in CM, RCC cover slab in M-25/RR masonary/Filling with brick bats, complete of size (3.0 m dia x 3.0M deep)

M & L for Septic tank for 50 users, designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, Brickwork in CM(1:3), RCC M-30 Design Mix in Baffle walls and Roof Slab including beams etc with Vent shaft, manhole openings with cover connection etc. complete all as specified and directed and as shown in Drg No. CEBZ/TD/76/2011 Sheet 1/1 & 1/2.

M & L for 25mm thick cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in of flooring without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for vitrified ceramic tiles light shade 8-10mm thick (square / rectangular ) polished, area of each tiles exc 0.18 Sqm not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in floor etc set and jointed in neat cment slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 etc complete all as specified and directed.

Providing & Fixing false ceiling with Everest Fibre Cement Designer tile Ivory painted (High Pressure Steam Cured) of 4mm thickness (as per IS:14862) of size 595x595 mm and any one of the design (oceanic, lake & hill, cascade or electra) in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanized @ 120 gms, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and 15x32 mm made from 0.30 mm thick sheet, spaced at 1200 mm c/c and cross "T" of size 15x32 mm made of 0.30 mm sheet, 1200mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm c/c to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size15x32 mm made of 0.30 mm thick sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 15x20 mm made of 0.30 mm thick sheet and laying false ceiling tiles in the grid including , required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI soffit cleats fixed to existing RCC lintel with dash fasteners, GI adjustable rods of 3mm dia with galvanised Butterfly level clips, spaced at 1200 mm c/c along main T, bottom exposed width of 15mm of all T -sections shall be centra black pre-painted with polyester paint, and having a load bearing capacity of 12 kg/sqm, including dismantling of old boards/ ciling etc complete at all heights complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of old plastered surface of wall and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion / oil bound distemper over coat of 1mm thick average thick wall putty, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L cutting holes in stone walls built in cement mortar or in cement lime mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 as required area exc one brick but not exc two bricks etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F rolled mild steel as in angle setion, fixed indepenntly with or without connecting plates or welding with existing steel or iron surfaces etc and similar work confirming to Gde E-165 (Fe 290) including necessary cutting, welding etc and fixing in position etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm. (nominal area) single core PVC insulated 1100 Volts, grade multi stranded FRLS copper conductor unsheathed cable in and including PVC rigid non metallic conduit medium grade not less than 20mm dia ISI marked and fittings and accessories concealed in walls/roof/ ceiling with suitable size of sunk type pressed steel modular terminal box and modular white cover plate with frame for suitable module as per site requirements for mounting of modular switches, sockets, fan regulator etc and one green colour cable of 1.5 Sqmm. (nominal area) single core PVC insulated 1100 Volts, grade multi stranded FRLS copper conductor unsheathed as earth wire up to common earth and connected to earth for the following, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge:-

S & F installation, testing and commissioning of new water heater storage type outer metal body, electric suitable for single phase, 50HZ, AC supply, 2 KW heating element, with safety fusible plug confirming to relevant IS of 25 Itrs capacity 5 star rated, Verticle fixed with fastner of 6 inches set of 4 and with connection pipes of stainless steel SS 304 grade pack of with PTMT nuts of length 24 Inches and testing etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sub main wiring with 6 sqmm 2 core multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated, sheathed, flame retardent, cable 1100 volts grade in PVC caping & casing ISI marked fixed on roof/cielling/wall all as per site requirement with all fixing arrangement like clamps screws, socket, bend etc as per IS including earth continuity conductor of size 6 sqmm single core copper conductor multistranded cable connected to common earth dolly, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Sheet metal enclosures ac box with socket plug top and MCBs single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug with socket complete with one single pole 20 Amp MCB etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of MCB distribution board single pole & neutral with 200 Amps rated bus bar, double door IP-43 DB's , made out of sheet steel enclosure, recessed type, factory made powder coated 4 way, 240 volts suitable for housing MCB's including blanking plate , etc complete all as specified and directed.
