Supply only MS 10mm dia round bars as line wire for chain link fencing, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel as in hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed. drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel screws bolt (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads one end screwed, each screwed end have two washer and one nut, dia of shank 11mm-15mm and length of bolt exc 5 cm and not exc 10 cm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any descripltion, exc 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling or insulation boards/ slabs / PVC panelling any thickness and in any position incl frame grid and cover fillets and framework etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for designer type gypsum ceiling board / mineral fibre board of size 595mm x 595mm x 12mm thick as in ceiling, fixed with screws on GI grid frame work of size 600mm x 600mm, GI T-section of size 25mm x 25mm x 1.25mm, GI L-section 25mm x 25mm x 1.25mm, hanging arrangements with roof with GI wire not less than 4.00 mm dia, including applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion (of approve shade) after preparation of surface, including taking down existing ceiling board of any description complete as per manufactures instructions , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Surface dressing not exc 15cm deep in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in subbase, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete work in hard standing of flexural strength 40 Kg per sqm in field using 400 kg of cement per cum thickness of concrete 25 cm or less, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) exc 1.5 Sqm but not 4 Sqm each, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for powder coating aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/ m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for powder coating aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) frame for doors, windows, ventilators, partition with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25mm thick aluminium alloy foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 4.8mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and in square exc 0.5 sqm in each pane in any position, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair door closer hydraulically regulated, design No 3 universal type suitable for door shutter 851 mm to 1000 mm in width and of weight 61 to 80 Kg each cast iron body, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) filling in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) and other similar work, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel for framed structure like trussed, purlins, crane gantries, post rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framming (Beam, Tee, Angle, Channels, Tube, flate sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed by Engr. in-charge.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators sockets etc. to be measured separately), removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for reuse at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring (concealed) complete with FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade, conforming to IS-694, 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) multi stranded copper conductor cable drawn through in and including non metallic medium grade rigid PVC conduit accessories, ISI marked, 19/20 mm dia including all accessories, concealed in walls/floors/ceilings etc by cutting chases using machine and making good the disturbed surface, with and including sunken type pressed steel/welded MS terminal box 1.2 mm thick bakelite laminated sheet top cover 3 mm thick and 1.5 sqmm copper earth continuity wire connected to earth dolly complete for the following complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Isolation transformer 125 KVA, Three phase ,50 Hz , indoor , Copper wound , oil cooled , class ofinsulation A ,metallic body duly powder coated designed for input Voltage range 415±5% and output voltage range 415±5% ,Ratio 1:1 , Vector Group :Dyn 11, Delta- star with first filling of transformer oil ( minimum qty 280 LTR ) of requisite dielectric strength up to level , efficiency more than 95 % , separate neutral bushing shall be brought out for earthing the transform shall be confirming to Is 1182: 2014 Potential difference between neutral to earth less than one volt with all standard fittings like digital temperature meter, adequate number of cooling radiators , lifting hooks one set , Earthing terminal two nos complete, testing as per BIS 9815 and 2026, complete all as specified and directed.

Cont. item No 31.00..... Note:-(i) Specification & drawing shall be approved by Accepting Officer (ii) Pre commissioning test of transformer shall be carred out by Rep of Accepting Officer. (iii) Factory test of transformer will be carried out in presence of Rep of Accepting Officer and necessary arrangement for visit and testing will be provided by contractor without any extra cost. (iv) Cost af all arrangements, machinery and labour for fixing and installation of transformer on specified site is included in quoted rates. (v) Contractor has to produce OEM factory test certificate.

Contract Amount shall be derived after affecting the amount of Schedule of Credit in General Summary on serial page No 17 of tender documents.
