Removing excavated soil/material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old existing pre-stressed concrete poles of any description and size including demolition of cement concrete and made good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation and earthwork including taking out pole form foundation, removing, breaking existing PCC and refilling after erection and disposal of soil and rubbish shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for this item and shall not be measured separately.

Dismantling insulators like Pin type, Shackle, Disc and loop type from existing electric poles of any description and any size including seggregating serviceable insulator and depositing to MES Store yard for re-use complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing unserviceable LT/HT over head line aluminium conductor and earth wire, steel reinforced ACSR conductors of any size/ type/capacity from existing overhead lines on lattice towers/steel tubular poles/PCC poles (of any height) complete complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling MS work such as cross arms, MS clamp, supports of any size and shape, nuts, bolts, washer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling street light alongwith brackets and clamp from existing poles complete all as specified and directed. Note : Street light to be deposited in AGE E/M Store yard.

Taking down unserviceable HT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium stranded conductor 11000 Volt (Earthed) grade of cross sectional area 95 Sqmm, 3 Core (ISI marked) laid in trenches/ ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/along poles etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-stressed concrete pole 11 metre long of cross section 152mm x 152mm at the top and 152mm x 260mm at bottom, class 9, complying with requirements of IS-1678-1998 with & including two coats of synthetic enamel paint in alternate black and yellow strips 30 cm each upto 1.5 metre height from PCC coping/pedestal and marking pole number in letters & figures of size not less than 8cm height, complete all as specified & as directed Note :- (i) Excavation, earthwork, including taking out old pole from foundation and refilling after erection of pole and disposal of soil shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for this item. (ii) PCC in foundation & coping shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations of poles, filling, mass concrete and similar works, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Volume of pole/strut embedded in concrete shall be deducted for the purpose of payment.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations of stay assembly, filling, mass concrete and similar works, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dry sand (Local Tibba sand) and punning for cushioning and cover for protection of under ground electric cable complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Approved local Tibba dry sand free from vegetations, grass and other deleterious substances shall be used. (ii) For the purpose of payment, only punned thickness shall be measured.

Supplying and laying factory made, un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, ISI marked, Class HV, Type 1, with flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm, laid as cable protection cover in trenches, complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm, complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for Boring of holes of road, pavement, hard standing, etc by trench less technology using necessary machine / manually without disturbing the top surface suitable for passing the GI protection pipe / cables, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Galvanized iron tubing, 100mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains/Path/under floor, fixed to poles/walls with required size of flat iron (25mmx3mm) clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of HT electric cable including taking down old unserviceable protection pipe with clamps complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

M&L for Galvanized iron tubing, 40mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains, fixed to poles/ walls with required size of flat iron (25mmx3mm) clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of HT electric cable complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

S&F Cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290) including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilled holes for bolts, in any shape or size for 11 KV over head structure with & including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified & as directed. Notes :- (i) Size, section and shape of steel sections shall be as directed. (ii) Weight of paint shall not be considered for payment purpose and quoted rate shall deemed to be included this aspect.

S&F in replacement of Switch air break, gang operated outdoor, Vertical operated type, HT 11 KV, Triple pole, 200 Amps, 3 insulator per phase, rotating vertical type, with fixed contacts of phosphorous bronze and moving contacts of copper, manually operated from ground level with operating mechanism including GI tubing medium grade 25mm bore operating rod, pad locking arrangements, MS arcing horns, flexible braiding earthing blades, rod and contacts without drop out fuse assembly and jumpers with Mink conductor line, taps, clamps, colour coated HT sleeves and fittings suitable for vertical mounting, fixed, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of Drop out expulsion fuse assembly with fuse carrier, triple pole, HT 11000 Volts, 200 Amps, outdoor type (having two Nos post insulator mounted on MS channel for each pole) and jumpers with conductors line taps, clamps, colour coated HT sleeves and fitting, fixed, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of Lightning arresters HT 11 KV 65 kilo Amp Non linear expulsion type transmission class with standard fittings confirming to IS-3070 (Part-I) 1985, fixed, complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F Pin type insulator, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green for working pressure 11000 Volts, 150mm height and 150mm dia including galvanized mild steel spindle, two Nos GI washers, one No GI nut, including dismantling & taking down old unserviceable insulator, complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply and fixing Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous, 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green, single disc assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 Volts, complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for Galvanized iron strip 32mm x 6mm buried in ground, including drilling, bending, nuts, bolts and washers, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately under respective items of this Schedule.

M&L for Earthing to Transformer / GOD switch / equipments / panels etc with & including galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides, connected to & including galvanized iron earth wire 4mm dia as earth lead, including nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers of galvanized iron or steel and riveted to earth plate at one end and other end of earth wire connected to transformer / GOD / Panel / equipment body / test point, GI earth wire encased in and including 15mm bore GI light grade pipe with all fittings from upper edges of earth plate upto 7.5 metre above ground level fixed with and including 25x3mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from earth pit to top of electrode and including funnel, wire mesh, copper lugs etc complete with earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and 40mm thick RCC (1:2:4 type B1) cover complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including necessary excavation and earthwork in any type of soil, returning, filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m complete all as specified and as directed including dismantling & taking out old existing unserviceable earthing. M&L for 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exc 15 cm thick, rammed to a true surface, under 2/4 pole structure and around the 2/4 pole structure & outdoor electrical installations, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of Danger notice plate of size 25cm x 20cm x 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour for HT 11000 Volts and fixed with suitable MS clamps made out of flat iron 25x3mm, bolts and nuts of approved size, fixed, complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for cable route indicator made of Jodhpur stone of finished size 900mm x 200mm x 150mm with round top and all finished surfaces duly marked with ‘HT’ lettering of size 6cm x 6cm engraved on two sides of the stone and letters painted with thick synthetic enamel paint of red colour complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) These shall be fixed along the route of cable at 30 meter interval & on every turning & cable joint as directed. (ii) PCC and earth work for fixing cable route indicator shall be measured & paid for separately under respective items of this Schedule.

Supply and fixing decorative light luminaries comprises by spun housing and clear cover LED light, 60 watt with IP-65 protection resistance to impact and corrosion glare free and better uniformity. The tixture shall have a corelated color temperature of at least 5000K and a CRI of minimum 70. The fixture shall be designed for a system life of 50,000 hours @ 70% lumen maintenance. Ingress protection of IP-65 lamp and gear Compartment and Mechanical Impact Resistance Rating of IK=05. The fixture driver should be withstand upto 440 Volt for 8 hours, two surge protection not less than 4 KV one on driver and 5 KV one external surge protection, PF0.95 and THD20%. The fixture should comply withe the parameters as per IS 10322 and for EMI and LM 79 test reports complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and errecting of decorative steel pole of 06 metres made out of GI section with cast iron embellishments. The poles have diameter 90mm at Top, diameter 114mm in middle and 140mm at the bottom. Base is made of die cast iron with holes suitable for 20mm and 24mm foundation bolts, poles shall be pure polyester based powder coated with high corrision resistance and chemical chromatised protection, the service window at the lower part of the pole contains connector, cutouts and MCB cost of the same is deemed to be included in above quoted rates. Make Crompton Greaves Cat Part No. BRASSO I HM-DECO-06-P-NS or equivalent make of Havells/Phillips. Including supply and fixing of single arm decorative brackets suitable to mount on 90mm pole diameter. The bracket shall be painted with multiple coat of weather resistance polyuethane paint make of bracket : Crompton Greaves Cat Part No. HM-DECO-SA-NS or equivalent make of Havells/ Phillips complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of automatic street light switch using infrared sensor based Nature switch, 25 KW equally distributed, 60 Amps, 3 Pole, Model- Swadeep-02 EC 25 KW 3P for automatic switching of street lights based on Lux level of natural light. The sensor (Nature switch) alongwith suitable power contactor rating 63 Amps 3 Pole & 40 Amps 2 Pole, MCB Single Pole, 63 Amps - 03 Nos and support terminals should be enclosed in pole/wall mountable enclusure made of rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof and FR grade SMC Junction box (Sintex make) confirming to IP-54. The contactor suitable to 3 Pole load of 25 KW, rating 63 Amp 3 Pole, MCB Single Pole, 63 Amps - 03 Nos. Make of Nature switch- Kakatiya Energy systems Pvt Ltd. Hyderbad/Bajaj/Healer. Contactor - BCH/L&T/Schneider (as per IEC-60947-4-1/IS-13947-4-1), MCB - Hager/ Schneider/ Legrand/ L&T, Curcuit wiring - Polycab/RR Cable/ Finolex. including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.
