M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with old size Fly Ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floors, finished even and rough, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for factory made 80mm thick machine pressed precast cement concrete coloured designer polished (reflecting type) interlocking paver blocks of Grade M-40 conforming to IS 15658-2006 of shape and size as directed with grey cement and no pigment with coloured top casted in an automatic plant working on vibration and simultaneous hydraulic compression from top, laid over & including 25mm thick sand cushioning, joints of blocks filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Shape & colour of paver blocks shall be as approved by the GE.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered / unplastered surfaces of walls & applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified.

M&L for Modular point wiring for one light/fan/bell/buzzer point controlled by one, one way switch with 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLSH cable 1100 Volt grade (ISI marked) including 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLSH cable 1100 Volt grade (ISI marked) as continuous earth wire in green colour to common earth and connected to earth dolly laid/drawn into and including non-metallic rigid PVC concealed conduit (medium duty, ISI marked, not less than 20mm dia) with all fittings such as tee, bends, etc all as per IS, terminated in & including new modular metal flush boxes of requisite module concealed in wall for mounting fittings like modular switches, sockets, regulators etc with and including modular cover plates with frame of requisite module, complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Cost of cutting/leaving forming chases for conduits, sinking for modular metal flush boxes and making good in CM 1:4 shall deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item. (ii) The quoted rates of this item shall deemed to include for modular metal flush boxes of requisite module and modular cover plates with frame of requisite module of colour as approved by GE.

NOTES FOR LED LIGHT FITTINGS : (i) All LED light/luminare shall meet the provision laid down in IS - 16101, 16102 Part-I/II, 16103 Part-I, 16104, 16105, 16106, 16108/2012 and 15885 Part -II / Section 13. (ii) Contractor shall submit test report of LED street light fitting from Government accredited test laboratory for LM-79 and LM-80. (iii) Contractor has to furnish a replacement warranty of 05 years for LED light fittings complete including lamps from the date of completion of contract. The product will be replaced on site free of cost in the following case :- (a) Manufacturing defects. (b) Failure due to mechanical and electrical impact. (c) Drop in lumen (or lux at 1 m) below 90% of claimed values of lumen (or lux at 1 m) of the LED /Luminaries.

S&F sheet metal enclosure for distribution boards flushed in wall, double door type, suitable for fixing MCBs, 415 Volts with 200 Amps rated bus bar, load line DB fitted with bus bar neutral links blank plates, SPN, 4 way, fitted complete all as specified and as directed Note : Cost of cutting/leaving forming chases for sinking for DB and making good in CM 1:4 shall deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item.

Note :- The font, style & place of writing SM/ MES number with synthetic enamel paint on ceiling fan shall be as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and cost thereof shall deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT XLPE insulated screened, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade cross sectional area 10 sqmm 2 core laid in trenches/ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/ along poles etc complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, clamps, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately. (ii) Road cutting/floor cutting /cutting holes etc in walls required for laying/fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of the above provisions.

M&L for dry sand (Local Tibba sand) and punning for cushioning and cover for protection of under ground electric cable complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :-(i) Approved local Tibba dry sand free from vegetations, grass and other deleterious substances shall be used. (ii) For the purpose of payment, only punned thickness shall be measured.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm confirming to IS -5820 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Galvanized iron tubing, 40mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains, fixed to poles/walls with required size of flat iron (25mmx3mm) clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of LT electric cable complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.
