M & L for 20 mm thick granite of black colour (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like over and including 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed. Note- The quoted rates shall be inclusive of - (i) Moulding of front and side of slab including polishing. (ii) Granite shall be laid in single piece of any size with rounding of edge and a groove shall be provided beneath the projection portion of slab.

Dismantling of wrought or mild steel work of any description not otherwise described into primary parts complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F hot rolled medium and high tensile structural steel of grade E 250 quality C conforming to IS 2062: 2011 as in rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 10 mm thick Toughened glass as in partition/ fixed window including diamond edging all sided , eatching , lining and monograme area nexc 0.50 Sqm each by sand blasting , including chromium plated " L" or " U" heavy duty clamps suitable for fixing of glass , min 4 nos per Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation of Cladage 6mm thick exterior grade UV protected for wall/ceiling F- quality panels of standard size. Cladage interior panels are high-pressure laminates (HPL) as per EN 438-7, type EDF manufactured using patented technology (NT), Panels are double hardened including acrylic polyurethane resin which is thermally cured under high pressure & high temperature. termite free, water resistant. Explanation NT: Nonfading high performance acrylic polyurethane surface technology. Installation of Cladage panels will be done by high quality rivets with recommended aluminium ‘T’ section and ‘L’ section held by aluminium wall bracket with wind load and dead load slot as per design, anchored by standard Hilti/ Fischer or equivalent make anchor fasteners along with thermal separator. installation of Cladage panels will be done using rear ventilated principles only which is ensured by providing 200 Sqcm/ per meter (for free flow of air behind the façade) for the façade and using the framework with no horizontal section. make : Oreo/ Alstone/ Greenlam or techno commercially equivalent make as specified in PS.

Preparation of newly or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating over areas not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M7.5(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose/ hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) exceeding 1500 m but not exceeding 5000 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work with fly ash bricks of class designation 7.5 and non-modular size as per IS 12894: 2002, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs, slab staging for water tanks, filling of pressed steel door frame, fixing of hold fasts and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formworks complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plastering 15 mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or other than fair faces of brick work or on one side of lathing (on vertical surfaces) in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles on vertical surfaces 350x 250x7 mm/450X350X7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match, laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 backing, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for joint free non skid ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

S & F 2 mm thick stainless steel sheet as in valley, gutter, eaves gutters, drip and straight, flashing etc having 275 grm of zinc coating per sqm (both side inclusive) fixed with L or J hooksor cranked hook bolts upto 15 mtr height complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for ceramic, unglazed, vitreous, acid resisting tiles as per IS 4457: 2007, 12 mm thick, area exceeding 0.18 sqm not exceeding 0.36 sqm, textured finish including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding in cement mortar(1:4) set and jointed and pointed in neat white cement slurry with colour pigment to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete M7.5 (Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate 100 mm thick in sub base for laying tiles, pavings, floorings etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 25mm thick WPC (Wood polymer composite) board as in view cutter including CNC cutting of design texture as approved by accepting officer for solid pannels or barriers in existing stainless steel pipe frame complete all specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out in soft/ loose soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M10(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix concealed sub main wiring complete with and including two Nos single core PVC insulated, unsheathed flexible conductor FR-LSH cables 1.5 sqmm as per IS 694: 2010, ISI marked, annealed, multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including medium mechanical stresses class PVC conduit as per IS 9537 (Part-III): 1983 of suitable nominal size as required at site dia but not less than 20 mm nominal size including all accessories and fixed on walls and 1.5 sqmm one No single core copper conductor PVC insulated, unsheathed flexible multistranded copper conductor FR-LSH cable for earthing and connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed. (Note 1- Two runs of 1.5 sqmm cable, one run of 1.5 sqmm cable and one run of conduit shall be measured and paid as one unit length. Note 2- Cost of cutting chase and making good shall be measured and paid separately.)

Supply and installation of LED illuminated alphabets of height & width not less than 24 inches, LED illumination shall be from all 4 sides, the construction of material shall be of acrylic material/ metal sheet, LED light shall be water proof ,color white/ warm white/red/ green, operating on DC or AC 220 Volt supply , including suitable adapters for the lights, life time 100000 hrs, complete all as per OEM and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fixing of 75 watt Non integral flexible LED strip light with high brightness for oudoor applications, 3KV surge protection, IP 65 Water-Proof Strip Light including suitable drivers, adapters and connecters for connection ,Warm White/ icy blue/blue with complete fitting all as specified and directed by Engr-n-Charge.

S & F double door MCB Distribution board of sheet metal enclosure, triple pole and neutral, 4 way with 200 Amps rated bus bar, 415 volt, IP42 protection grade and fixed with MS hold fast and grouted in wall with M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.Make- Legrand Ekinox3 series/ Schnieder Easy 9 series/ ABB Cat No ISYP021604C0001 or equivalent technocommercially equivalent make as specified in PS.
