M&L , 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM in two layers each of 75 mm thick (each layer to be rolled and consolidated separately) with course aggregate with coarse stone , flint or quartize of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) hollows made up to form true surface ,spread,surface binding with and including screening and moorum , watered , consolidated and rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing WBM surface by brushing with wire brushed for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally the cleaned surface with gunny bags to reomve all loose dirt etc and Applying evenly a prime coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion SS1 confirming to IS : 8887 at a rate of application of 0. 7-1 kg/sqm on surface of WMMIVVBM as specified in Table 500-3 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013 , using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge.

M&L for Premix Providing and consolidating 50 mm thick premix Dense Bituminous Macadam (DBM Grading - II) using min 4.5% VG 40 grade binder by weight of total mix aggregate gradation as per Grading 2 of Table 500- 10 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013 , rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge.

M&L for preparing bituminious macadum surface by brushing with wire brushed for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally the cleaned surface with gunny bags to reomve all loose dirt etc and applying evenly tack coat of VG-10 emulsion (Primer) @ 2.5Kg/10 sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge.

M&L for preparing black top surface by brushing with wire brushed for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally the cleaned surface with gunny bags to reomve all loose dirt etc and applying evenly tack coat with catonic emulsion (Primer) @ 5Kg/10 sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge.

M& L for providing bitumen premix Semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.50% binder (paving bitumen VG-40) by weight of total mix, mixed in computerized hot mix plant, laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with the help of mechanical paver and power roller 8 to 10 tonne capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- (i) The mix design shall be got done from approved lab and got approved from GE before commencement of work. (ii) In the event of variation in the mix design in the percentage of binder content on minus side,the difference in quantity of of binder content will be adjusted through supply only rates of Rs 42/- per Kg for paving bitumen VG-40.However no plus adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of binder content is used/approved in the execution of work under this item complete all as specified and directred.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and as direcded by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair for 900mm dia reflective safety traffic mirror for road and side walk of stainless steel face, 0.90 mm thick large radius of curvature for minimum distance distrotation orange powdwr coated steel back and hood orange vinyl extrusion with 75 mm clamp brackets for pole mouting incl 50 mm dia 2mm thick SS pipe 2.4 to 3.0 mtr length top of pipe cover with round decorative type made of SS and including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (400x400x650mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge.

S & F in repairs retro reflective informatory sign board 60 x 90 cm as per IRC 67 made out of high intensity reflective grade sheeting fixed over aliminium sheeting 1.5mm framed with 25mm stainless steel square tube supported on stainless steel 50mm dia 2mm thick pipe 3.0m length incl 650mm embeded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) (400x400x650mm) complete all as specified and directed. The size of foundation shall be 45 x 45 x 60cm. Note:- The stainless steel shall be of SS 304 Gde.

S & F in repairs retro reflective informatory sign board 90 x 120 cm as per IRC 67 made out of high intensity reflective grade sheeting fixed over aliminium sheeting 1.5mm framed with 25mm stainless steel square tube supported on stainless steel 50mm dia 2mm thick pipe 3.0m length incl 650mm embeded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) (400x400x650mm) complete all as specified and directed. The size of foundation shall be 45 x 45 x 60cm. Note:- The stainless steel shall be of SS 304 Gde.

S&F of solar reflective studs ABS body 100 x 100 x 18.50mm blinker high quality and fixed with epoxy adhesive as approved by GE & as directed by Engineer-in-Charhe. (Make : DARK EYE, 3M, TATA BP or equivalent) complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge.

Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge.Make: Dark Eye or 3M or Tata BP Solar or equivallent.

Supply and fixing metal tubular delineators made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge.

Supply and fixing metal tubular Solar dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed .(Make : Dark eye Modal No :DA 112)

M&L for red bajri/ Moorum spread,rolled and consolidated to gradient alongside paved roads as in berms incl necessary surface excavation, watering & rolling all as directed at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge

M&L for 75mm thick machine cut Jodhpur stones for edging of road including necessary excavation and demolition all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Chage.

Demolition of Cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15cm thickness below or above ground level) and removing debris out of MOD land, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying machine pressed / factory made chamfered edge cement concrete rubberised interlocking paver block, 80mm thick (as pre requitement at site) with 3 mm thick top layers of anti abrasive material of M-35 grade with any description, ( colour, design & pattern, & size/ shape, as approved by GE) as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including M&L 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying machine / factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade,at or near ground level, cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required, complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for two coat of synthetic enamel paint on new concrete surface including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge
