Opening of un serviceable integrated solar street light of12/16/24W and removing the Li - ion battery and replace same with suitable capacity with minimum back up of 24 hrs complete all specified and as directed .

Supply and errect steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-32 (8.5 metres long) complete with cast iron base plate and finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (i) Excavation and earthwork,PCC shall be measured and paid separately in relevant item here in after . (ii) Painting with two coats of black bituminous paint throughout internally and externally upto plating depth and the remaining external complete pole portion shall be painted with silver colour in two coats over a red oxide primer and A1 graded radium strip of 100mm width in three colour red, yellow, and green fix around the pole with 100mm gap in each strip at a distance of 1.1 mtr high from the ground level deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Dismantling and removing damaged pole of any description including necessary excavation and earth work, demolition of PCC etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Recharging of earthing pit using kalmi sora (Potashium permagnet), charcoal, salt, magnesium phasphet water and or using other chemical for obtaining the earth resistance within permissible limit and testing of earthing resistance of existing earth pits with different type of earth megger as to suit by disconnecting earth continuity conductor from test terminal block/panel, recording the results in triplicate duly signed by Contractor & MES rep and reconnecting the earth continuity conductor complete. Note : Earth maggers shall be arranged by Contractor at his own arrangement.

M&L for painting of earthing pit cover with two coats of black bituminious paint and making pit No. with synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and as directed .

Eearthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm X 60cm X 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized M.S. earth wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron mild steel all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part-I connected to main switch board or main control board all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth wire protected by galvanized iron 20mm dia light grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 15mm bore light grade including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit with pre-cast RCC cover, charcoal / salt, funnel etc including taking down old earthing complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - (i) The concrete pit shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, 40mm thick pre-cast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, reinforced with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm c/c on both sides with suitable cast iron handle shall be provided in lieu of cast iron cover shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part-I, (ii) Item includes the cost of GI pipe 15mm bore upto 7.50m for protection of earth wire/strip, (iii) Item includes the cost of earth lead wire/strip up to7.50m & (iv) PCC pit shall be provided at least 500mm away from the pit and not on the earth pit itself and the extra cost of additional length of watering pipe, bends, elbow etc shall be deemed included in the unit rate quoted.
