Bin linen multipurpose (FD/E6/MAP/09) Top / Sides / Shutters / Drawers / bottom / partition shall be made of 18mm thick Pre-lamaminated Particle Board Both side Decorative exterior grade as directed by Engr-in- Charge. Full panel MS drawer slide ivory colour powder coated of Size 54 mm(H)x375mm(L) with 9 mm thick Prelaminated Particle Board BSL exterior grade bottom and front and rear shall be 18 mm thick prelaminated Particle Board BSD exterior grade. 01 Nos Std quality magnetic catcher shall be provided to each shutters. S.S handle shall be provided to shutter / drawer as per sample kept at BSO yard. 12mm thick Prelaminated Particle board BSL exterior grade shall be provided on back side .Teak wood Legs frame of size 75mm X 30mm thick shall be made all around the bottom of Binsoiled with 02 Nos stiffener (25 x 25mm) complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 02 Nos Heavy duty concealed hinges std quality shall be provided to each shutter. Std quality Cam lock connector/dowels fastenning /universal angle/PVC corner shall be used in fabrication body/structure of item. 1.6/0.9 mm thick PVC edging shall be provided wherever required with edge bander machine as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Locks shall be provided to shutter and drawers .All wooden surfaces / wood based materials shall be French polished with high glossy finish. Rest all as per drg.

Sofa set 4 seater with cusion (FD-281) All wood shall be of first class hard wood teak . Cushion for seat & back shall be 100 mm thick PU foam 40 density covered with good quailty, tapestry cloth not less than Rs. 250/- RM. Tapestry as per sample kept at BSO Yard. PVC shoe shall be provided to each legs. All wooden portions shall be smoothened to apply best quality water base PU polish glossy finish. Polish work shall be done at BSO Yard. Rest all as per drg or as directed by EIC.

Table dinning 1200 x 900 x 760mm (FD/MAP-II/03) All as shown on drawing. All wood shall be of first class hard wood teak . Over all size of the Table shall be 1200 x 900 x 750 mm and only one stiffener in the center of table be provided as specified in drawings. Top of the table shall be provided with 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior grade, shade of approved quality. TW bracket of 100 x100 x 35 mm shall be provided in all four corners and 150 x 30 x 5 mm thick MS right angle screwed with rail and leg for extra strength be provided. Nylon buffers shall be provided to the bottom of legs. All wooden surfaces shall be melamine polish with high glossy finish. Polish work shall be done at BSO Yard. Rest all as per drg or as directed by EIC.

Chair writing (FD-280) All as shown on drawing. Overall size shall be 535mm long, 470mm wide and 890mm high. All wood shall be of first class hard wood teak. Canning shall be done with 2mm wide and 0.4mm thick half round cane woven as per Godrej pattern. All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be melamine polished with high glossy finish. Hard rubber/PVC rings of 25 mm dia and 25 mm high shall be screwed to the bottom of all legs. Rest all as shown on drg and as directed by EIC.

Table 3' x 2' with drawer (W) (FD-283) All as shown on drawing. Overall size shall be 900mm long,600mm wide and 760mm high. All wood shall be of first class hard wood teak. Legs shall be 60mmx 30mm in section throughout and 741mm high, four in numbers joined together in front, back and sides with top rails of 20mm x 110mm in section provided flush with top of legs. The left hand side portion, viewing from front, shall have drawers of 300mm wide, 25mm x 40mm in section teak wood stiffener on one side and 20mm x 30mm in section teak wood fillet on other side of drawer shall be provided as shown on drawing. Track rails 25mmx 25mm in section on one side and 30mm x 25mm in section on other side of drawers having rebate for guides rails as 12mm x 12mm in section shall be provided all shown on drawing. The sides and back of drawer shall be 12mm thick and 110mm high teak wood plank. The front of drawer shall be 20mm x 110mm in section teak wood planks. The bottom of drawer shall be 18mm thick BWR plywood shall be fixed.Table top shall be made of 18 mm thick Prelaminated particle board exterior grade with 0.8mm thick PVC edge-banding with auto-lipped through-feed . All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be melamine plolished with high glossy finish.Polish work shall be done at BSO Yard. Rest all as per drg or as directed by EIC.

Table 3' x 2' without drawer (W) (FD-284) All as shown on drawing. Overall size shall be 900mm long,600mm wide and 760mm high. All wood shall be of first class hard wood teak . Legs shall be 60mmx 30mm in section throughout and 741mm high, four in numbers joined together in front, back and sides with top rails of 20mm x 60mm in section provided flush with top of legs. At bottom 100mm high from bottom, side wooden lower rails of 20mmx60mm in section shall be provided in short sides joining legs in short sides. 5mmx5mm in section groove shall be provided in legs at top of legs in portion visible to view when placed in position. Table top shall be made of 18 mm thick Prelaminated particle board exterior grade with 0.8mm thick PVC edge-banding with auto-lipped through-feed . All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be melamine plolished with high glossy finish.Polish work shall be done at BSO Yard. Rest all as per drg or as directed by EIC.

Table centre (FD-274) All wood work shall be first class HW teakwood .Top shall be made of 18 mm thick Pre-laminated Particle Board Ext grade with 0.8 mm thick PVC edge-banding with auto-lipped through-feed . PVC shoe shall be provided to each legs. All wooden portion shall be smoothened to apply best quality melamine polish glossy finish. Polish work shall be done at BSO Yard. Rest all as per drg or as directed by EIC.

Table dinning 8 pers (FD-273) All as shown on drawing.Table top shall be of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle Board exterior grade with all edges of top covered with 0.8 mm thick PVC edge-banding with auto-lipped through-feed . All wood shall be of first class HW teak. Eight (08 ) Nos MS angular plates of size 150 x 30 x4mm thick shall be screwed to the legs at right angles with long rails and short rails. Wooden Corners will be provided to all legs. Hard nylon shoe / buffers shall be provided to each leg. All wooden surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be melamine polished with high glossy finish. Rest all as per drg or as directed by EIC.

Table peg (FD-384) All wood work shall be first class hard wood Teak. Top shall be made of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior grade with all edges covered with 0.8 mm thick PVC edge-banding with autolipped throughfeed CNC machine. PVC hard rubber shoe shall be provided to each legs, irrespective of whatever shown on drg, one center stiffener of size 20x40 mm shall be provided. All exposed wooden surface shall be water base PU polish glossy finish .Polish work shall be done at BSO Yard. Rest all as per drg or as specified.

Table writing (FD-275) All wood work shall be first class hard wood Teak. Overall size shall be 1145mm long, 600mm wide and 760mm high. Legs shall be 35mmx55mm in section and 717mm high having 5mmx5mm in section groove at the top of legs. Irrespective of whatever is shown on drawing top short rail of size 25 x 50 mm shall be provided at the side of drawer joining both long rail. Pre-laminated particle board 18 mm thick one side teak faces other side duly finished shall be provided as top with 0.8 mm thick PVC edge-banding with auto-lipped through-feed CNC Machine shall be provided all edges on the top and drawer and cabinet shutter also.Teak wood bearers of section 25mm x 20mm shall be provided between drawer and cabinet towards the front of drawer and cabinet and at the bottom of drawer. Sides and back of drawer shall be 12 mm thick teak wood planks. Bottom of the drawers and back of the box shall be of 12 mm thick plywood. Shutter for cabinet shall be fixed with two Nos EARL BIHARI Hinges/ Auto locking concealed hinges. One standard quality cam lock & magnetic catcher shall also be provided to the cabinet shutter. 100 mm long SS handle shall be provided as per sample kept with BSO Yard. Hard rubber shoes shall be provided at the bottom of the legs duly screwed. All wooden surfaces shall be melamine polish with high glossy finish. Polish work shall be done at BSO Yard. Rest all as per drg or as directed by EIC.
