(B) BRIEF SUPPORTING DETAILS & DATA FOR CPR 1. Tentative soil bearing capacity (SBC) The soil testing of the proposed site have not been conducted however SBC of proposed building as per recently completed project shall vary from 8T/m2 to 12 T/m2 at 1.5m in depth and 12-18 T /m2 at 2 m depth below ground level. The actual SBC shall be caried out after soil investigation by the cosultant and accordingly the number of stories shall be proposed by the cosultant. 2. Line pan of building and site plan (i) The proposed project shall be multistoried hospital building with entire modern services as per a smart city project in approx 56 acre of land for which site plan of area where MH is to constructed is enclosed. The plinth area of each department of hospital building shall be strictly as per accommodation statement Pt-II prepared by consultant on the basic of accommodation statement Pt-I. (ii) The consultant shall inspect the site, collect all required Engineering data, study the options taking into consideration the local climatic influence & geographical condition of site etc. (iii) The proposed project shall be designed as per approved Hospital norms of MCI for 449 Nos of beds of specialties hospital, The CPR of the hospital shall take into account the maintenance and durability aspects of the hospital taking into consideration NBC norms arboriculture norms green building norms. Coddle provision shall be follows and the building shall energy efficient. CPR may out line the project utilization of solar energy for in house energy need of Hospital buildings 3. Scope of work :- The scope of work of he project is entire completion of provn of technical accn and allied infra for MH Jaipur including all services. The plinth area of different units of hospital building shall be provided as per accn statement part-II prepared by consultant on the basic of accommodation statement Pt-I.

Green house effect :- Special attention shall be given to emery saving devices designed with maximum natural lighting and ventilation, Renewal energy sources and eco-friendly features and cutting edge technology with green features. Fire safety norms in accordance with local byelaws/codes NBC-2016 are to be followed by the consultant for the project. 8. Approval of CPR :- The consul test will prepare the initial CPR as per details provided in the render. The consultant may have to liaise with user MH Jaipur for finalization of initial CPR. The consultant shall incorporate all the changes in initial CPR as suggested by the user after consultation and approval of Accepting Officer. The consultant shall give detail presentation of proposed CPR in the office of the HQ Chief Engineer Jaipur Zone. The presentation shall be attended by all concerned sections head ie planning. design, architect E&M & contract section of HQ CE Jaipur Zone. The changes if any in CPR shall be proposed by all members present in the presentation and these changes shall be implemented in proposed CPR by the consultant after detail discussion and approval of Accepting officer further the presentation of CPR by the consultant shall be given in HQ ESWC & in E-in-Ch branch as directed by GE. The CPR shall be amended by consultant as per out come of presentation held in HQ CESWC & in E-in-C`s branch as directed by GE. The final CPR shall be approved by Accepting Officer after successful inclusion of all comments of HQ CEJZ, HQ CE SWC & of E-in-C`s branch.

CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR PREPARATION OF CPR FOR PROVN OF 449 BEDDED MILITARY HOSPITAL AT JAIPUR ALL AS DESCRIBED BELOW AND ALL AS A SPECIFIED AND DIRECTED (ALL ACTIVITIES AND SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDING SERVICES TO BE CARRIED OUT HAS BEEN DESCRIBED IN SCH A NOTES AND SCOPE OF WORK IN TENDER DOCUMENTS ). (A) Brief of the CPR to be provided by consultant :- project of provn of tech and allied infra for MH Jaipur is to be constructed in cantonment Jaipur. The consultant shall provide Conceptual Project Report (CPR) on the basis of authorized plinth area as per accommodation statement Pt-II prepared by the consultant on the basic of accommodation statement Pt-I provided in tender document and as per detail and data provided here in under. The consultant shall provide following details and drawings in CPR. The consultant shall in his CPR outline the various amenities and services to be provided for a modern hospital for its intended functional use. The CPR shall contain elaborate write up on this subject with following details :- . (i) Accommodation statements Pt-II on the basic of details provided in accommodation statements Pt-I (ii) Survey plan :- The site survey of the plot from total station at 2 mtr x 2 mtr grid interval and preparation of contour Map with marking permanent bench level on the basis of which the grid survey has been carried out. Providing hard and soft copy of the survey and contour Maps. (iii) Soil investigation as per scope of work (iv) Dimensional line plan of all bldgs (v) Floor plan of various buildings (vi) Typical unit plan (vii) MEP scheme of the hospital along with various other specialized services like Gas pipe lines etc. .
