Dismantling of stone slabs in roofs, suspended floors, chajjas, landings, etc., any description, any thickness, jointed in any mortar, complete all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling wall and false ceiling or insulation boards / slabs / blankets any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated, etc.) sheets as in roof coverings etc including ridges complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work as in framed trusses not exc 10m in span complete and taking down carefully for refixing purpose, from the height of 4.5m including all members required to be taken down by cutting rivets / taking off bolts etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : All steel members shall be dismantled carefully and stacked properly including segregating the serviceable & unserviceable members as directed. Serviceable members shall be reused under the respective item of this Schedule.

Dismantling of cast iron, wrought iron or mild steel work of any description and from any position not otherwise provided for in this Schedule (BOQ), complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling timber scantling 40 sqcm and over in section, in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling timber scantling under 40 sqcm as in fillets, posts, rafters, purlins etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with old size Fly Ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with old size Fly Ash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 including demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 5cm thick sand stone slab in sunshades, chajjas, shelves, cills, landings, cover stones, templates etc not exc 2m in length, punched dressed on face and along exposed edges, self faced on the other side and set and pointed in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates etc. conforming to Fe-290, Grade E-250 quality `A’ complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rolled mild steel work as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, including spl shaped washer, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats, necessary welding etc. conforming to Gde E-250 (Fe 410-W) quality `A’ ISI marked (IS-2062) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel work as in hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), complete, all as specified & as directed.

Erection and fixing only steel work in roof trusses including special shape washer etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Old serviceable steel members retrieved from here-in-before shall be used under this item

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5 cm long but not exc 10cm long and dia of neck 11 to 15 mm complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F in replacement of 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame of any design and as per specification complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Solid PVC Wall panelling/Lining consisting of 5mm thick wood grain printed PVC sheet instead of plain colour sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing without joint at site on PVC frame as per specifications complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Rate shall be inclusive of refixing of dismentled E/M fittings and fixtures.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet high rib profile file pattern colour coated 0.50mm thick with coating AZ-150 gsm of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Colour & design of sheet shall be as approved by the GE.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based coloured Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick with coating AZ-150 gsm of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ridge/fascia/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Colour of sheet shall be as approved by the GE.

M&L for false ceiling with 4mm thick composite cement designer board conforming to IS-14862 (Type B, Category 3), fixed with and including grid made out of galvanized iron powder coated inverted ‘Tee’ or ‘L’ section concealed powder coated GI frame work suspended from ceiling with provision of galvanized iron wire 4 mm dia and wall taping screw including butterfly clips, hold down clips for fixing the board to frame complete all as per manufacturer’s instructions, all as specified and as directed. (a) Size of grid – 595 mm x 595 mm. (b) Size of main Tee – 39 x 24.70 x 0.80 mm. (c) Size of cross Tee – 39 x 24.70 x 0.80 mm. (d) Size of wall angle – 24.70 x 24.70 x 0.70 mm. (e) Level clip with wire – Dia of GI wire 4mm (f) Soffit Cleat – 37 x 25 x 1.80mm Note : (i) Design & shade of cement board shall be as approved by the GE. (ii) Rate shall be inclusive of refixing of dismentled E/M fittings and fixtures.

M&L for false ceiling with 9mm thick armtrong gypsum ceiling board with & including anodized aluminium snap grid frame work of size 605mm x 605mm consisting of anodized aluminium main & cross Tee of size 36.50 x 25.00 x 1.40 mm weighing 0.24 Kg/RM & 23.50 x 26.40 x 1.40 mm weighing 0.191 Kg/RM respectively, main & cross tee jointed at junction crossing with anodized aluminium angle bracket of size 15x15x1.5mm weighing 0.12 Kg/RM fixed with suitable MS bolts, nuts & washers, snap grid (main/cross tee) supported at ends all along the wall with anodized aluminium angle of size 35x25x2mm weighing 0.36 Kg/RM fixed to wall with suitable arrangement, fixed in grid support with 2.50mm dia galvanized mild steel wire Class 3 fixed in detached works etc to support snap grid, with & including providing two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer including preparation to exposed surfaces, complete all as per manufacturer’s instructions, all as specified and as directed. Note : False ceiling board shall be of make Everest / Charminar or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appendix 'B' here-in-after. (ii) Rate shall be inclusive of refixing of dismentled E/M fittings and fixtures.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 18 to 20mm thick laid over & including screed bed or bedding layer of 20mm thick in CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab with true & uniform joints including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab 18 to 20mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc. laid over & including 10mm thick rendering (as screed bed) in cement & sand mortar 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab with true & uniform joints including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 18 to 20mm thick Granite (of any type) machine cut slab of approved shade (table rubbed and polished) with true & uniform joints as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms & like and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over & including 15mm thick screed bed (bedding layer) in CM 1:4 with cement slurry @ 3 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified & as directed. Note : The exposed edges of granite stone slab shall be made full round & polished to mirror finish and rate quoted shall deemed to include this provision.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for double charged vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular), polished, coloured (light shade & pattern as approved by GE), area of each tile exc .42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular), polished, coloured (light shade as approved), area of each tile exc .42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and providing joints throughout the thickness of the plinth protection filled with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in two layer on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls consisting of 1st layer of 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 and 2nd layer (setting coat or top layer) of 5 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, 2nd layer mixed with integral liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished fair & even, complete, all as specified and directed. Note : - Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) of approved shade/tint over a coat of primer over & including 2-3mm thick thin layer of acrylic ready mixed putty to give uniform surface complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment including cleaning of mortar drops, smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots etc and preparation of plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) of approved shade/tint over a coat of primer on walls complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint over a coat of chalk whitening complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment including cleaning of mortar drops, smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots etc and preparation of plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint on walls all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces (plastered or unplastered) of walls including brooming or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots and applying two coat of white wash complete all as specified & as directed.

Hacking out old broken glass any thickness, size, quality or description from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 3mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exc 0.5 sqm in each pane including painting / oiling to new putty to match with the existing/new surfaces, complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F 3mm thick figured glass pin head type and glazing with oil putty in square not exc 0.5 sqm in each pane including painting / oiling to new putty to match with the existing/new surfaces, complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified & as directed.
