Taking down old unserserviceable ACSR Conductor and GI wire of any size from HT Poles and removing from site complete all as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable cross -arms/Clamps/nut bolts of MS channel and angle section etc from HT Pole any size, Complete all as directed.

Dismantling and taking down of old unserviceable insulators from any height of electric pole, complete all as directed.

Dismantling and taking down of old unserviceable prestressed cement concrete HT pole 11 mtr height complete all as directed.

M & L for brick work with FLY ASH BRICKS {As per IS-13757 (1993) burnt clay fly ash building bricks}, (OLD SIZE BRICKS) with width equal to the length of the brick laid dry & flat abutted with each other with gap between adjacent bricks not exc 10 mm over UG cable for protection, complete, all as specified & directed.

M & L for sand cushioning to PVC under ground cable with screened and washed sand and punning to provide a required cover complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Thickness after punning shall be considered for payment.

Supply and fixing for MS structural steel work in cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated (with drilled holes hot and cold etc) from channel/angle iron sections of various size and shape FI clamps (full, half 'D' and earth clamp etc) including necessary MS bolts, nuts, washer etc and painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed

S & F Danger notice plate of size 25x20cm and 1.6mm thick mild steel, vitreous enamelled white, with letter, figures and conventional skull bones in signal red colour and fixed with mild steel clamps, nuts, bolts and washers, clamps made out of 25x3mm flat iron for HT poles/transformers/pillar box etc with voltage and danger indicated in Hindi and English complete all as specified and directed

Supplying, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminum conductors, 11 KV grade of , IS 7098 marked, suitable for HT 11 KV(E) system, laid in trenches / ducts / encased in GI pipe / fixed to pole of sizes 120 Sqmm 3 core, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- (a) Excavation & earth work for laying cable shall be measured and paid for seprately under respective items of this BOQ. (b) GI pipe for laying of cable, sand cushioning, cable protection cover shall be measured and paid for seprately under respective items of the schedule (c) Road cutting involved during excavation for laying of cables etc shall be made good as per existing road. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates of the item shall be inclusive of the above provisions.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning in repair of Air-break, gang operated, triple pole switch, outdoor, vertical mounting type (ISI marked), mechanically operated, mounted on 15 nos insulators for current rating upto 400 Amp complete with fuse mounts, fuse carriers and HT fuse elements and frame work with operating mechanism worked from ground level, with locking arrnagments including Godrej pattern 65mm pad locks with two keys, complete suitable for HT 11 KV, 50 Hz AC supply including necessary electric connections including taking down unserviceable air break switch, complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Pactil (Motors)/GR Power switch/Danke Power Ltd/Jaipuria.

Supply and fixing GI pipe 100 mm bore light grade for protection of cable along pole / wall / laid under the road / laid under the floor & including clamps complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid separately under respective item of this BOQ.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping padestal of poles etc including weathring, slightly rounded or chambered angle and throating, necessary form work finishing all exposed faces of concrete even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of poles/ struts/ stay assembly etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, jointing and testing outdoor cold shrinkable type end termination jointing kit, suitable for 11KV under ground earthed system 3 core XLPE armoured aluminuim conductor cable of size120 Sqmm, complete, all as specified and directed. Make : M-seal/Dension/Raychem RPG/Birla 3M/ Mahindra & Mahindra.

Supply & errecting cable route marker for HT Cable made of precast RCC 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregrate cast in pillar of size 15x15x60cm including reinfocement with 4 Nos 10mm dia TMT bars 55cm length and link /stirrups of 8 mm dia TMT at 150mm C/C and fixing in ground 30 Cm below ground level in PCC 1:3:6 type B-1 using 40mm grade stone aggregate of size 45x45x45cm duly painted & written HT 11 KV electric supply including PCC & earth work complete all as directed.

"M & L for steel tubular swaged pole 11 Meters long 410 SP 22 with cast iron base plate welded to bottom of the pole, finial taper plug, bolts nuts, and screws etc including three coats of bituminous paint on pole surfaces / portion embedded in the concrete & applying two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of primer on external exposed surfaces of pole including distmantling old unserviceable pole complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Excavation & earth work and PCC in Foundation & coping shall be measured & paid separately.

Boring of holes under road, paverment, hardstanding by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine indluding HDPE pipe of 100mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead GI strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I connected to continuous earth wire on pole all as specified and testing on completion, including provision of earth wire protected by 40mm dia GI light grade protection pipe from test point to main board and 20mm GI medium grade watering pipe funnel, PCC earth pit and RCC cover charcoal, salt and GI wire including excavation and earth work etc complete all as directed at site. Note :- (i) The concrete pit shall be in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 and 40mm thick precast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with suitable handle. (ii) The cost of GI pipe for protection of earth lead/ strip including earth lead upto 7.5 mtr.
