Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness in any position and type complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement as in plinth protection laid in panels including forming expansion joints of span n.exc 3m and filled with bitumen mastic grade B complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for roof treatment to RCC roof as follows :- (a) Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roof including mud phuska and taking down existing APP membrane & disposal of retrieved material upto a distance n.exc 100m and deposited where directed by Engr-in-Charge. (b) Cleaning the roof surfaces thoroughly using wire brushes to remove caked mud, sludge etc and applying 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 using approved water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement. (c) After minimum curing period to plaster work preparation of roof top surfaces, providing and applying single component a fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid applied as waterproofing membrane formulated with PU hybrid polymers and reinforcing acrylic fibres and having Sun Reflective Index (SR) of 106 on top of concrete roof surfaces in three coat including self primer at ratio of elastomeric liquid and water as per manufacturer's instruction and coverage @1 Ltr/10 Sqm with a thickness of 650 micron, cracks should be filled with crack sealants, the vital physical and chemical parameters shall be as under min elongation at break of 350%, Results positive hydrostatic pressure of upto 10 bars, crack bridging ability of 2.5mm at 650 microns applied with brush or rollers complete as per manufacturers instructions and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes : (i) 06 Hrs interval between two coats will be maintain and the work will be carried out and paid only after receiving of the Waranty Certificate from the manufacturers. (ii) The work will be executed by authrosied applicator of the manufacturers as approved by GE. The contractor will obtain particulars/documents of authorised applicator from the manufacturer and submit to GE for approval before exeuction of work. (iii) The guarantee of water proofing treatment shall be for minimum 10 years reckoned from date of completion of whole work.
