Returning, filling in, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cross arms, bracings, channels, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Anti-Climbing device, spikes type fabricated out of MS Bars(round square and flat)including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Insulator Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150 mm height, 150 mm dia for 11000 volts grade, shall be in one piece and have a top groove and shall be threaded to take galvanised mild steel pin complete as specified and as directed.

M&L for Single disc assembly Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, for 11000 volts grade, shall be in one piece and have a top groove and shall be threaded to take galvanised mild steel pin complete as specified and as directed.

M&L Aluminium conductor, steel reinforced including stringing in posistion complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Air break Switch gang operated, HT, 11000 volts grade. triple pole with 12 insulators, 200 amps rating with drop out fuse assembly with fuse carrier, fuse element mounted on insulator and fitted on steel frame vertical type operated mechanism from ground level consisting of operating rod of 25mm bore medium grade GI pipe ISI marked of suitable length worked from ground level and with locking arrangement flat iron clamp 50mm x 6mm including MS channel of suitable size and length for fixing GOD including bolts, nuts, and washers complete in pole all as specified and directed. (Note :- Channel, cross arms, bracings etc shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L bore earthing not less than 250 mm dia 16 feet deep in any type of streta filled with black soil up to 7 feet from bottom complete with galvanized iron pipe 40 mm bore medium grade 3 meter long tapers at bottom & provided 12 mm holes (staggered) at 75 mm centre to centre up to 2.5 meter of length from bottom , buried directly in ground filled with 45 cm alternate layer of chemical magnesium sulphate & salt up to ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6mm as earthing lead by means of bolt and nut, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel including brazing work and 40mm dia light grade pipe for earth lead protection including all necessary earth work, excavation, earth chamber with PCC 1:3:6, type C1 and RCC chamber cover of PCC 1:2:4 with handle and 20mm dia GI watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh etc and testing on compete all as per IS: 3043 (1987) and all as specified and directed. Note:- Boring of hole, filling with black soil, earth chamber and earth lead upto 7.50m long from the earthpit and it's braceing work etc., shall be deemed to be included in unit quoted rates.

S&F Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead of 32x6mm galvanised iron strip fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthling etc. as required compete all as specified and directed Note:- Exceeding 7.5m length shall be measured under this item.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of 11KV, 630 Amps, 21KA for 3 Sec, SF6 insulated, One side extensible, outdoor duty (IP54) 4 way Ring main unit manually operated in combination of 2 nos. VCB modules (as outgoings) and 2 nos. Load Break switch (as incomers) consisting of copper busbar in SF6 insulated, 304 (Non-Ferrite Non-Magnetic Grade) stainless steel enclosure of thickness 2.5mm with manometer complete all as specified and as directed. a). The HV switchgear and control gear should be confirming to IEC-62271-100: 200. b). The RMU should be internal arc tested for 21KA for 1Second with IAC-AFLR classification for gas tank and cable chamber. c). Vacuum Interrupter of VCB should be RMU Manufacturer’s own make. d). Each feeder should have voltage presence indicator. e) RMU Should have followings: (i) Microprocessor based Self powered numerical relay with over Current/ earth fault & short circuit protection with each VCB feeder - 01 No. (ii) Protection CT shall be of Burden 2.5VA, ratio 100-50/1A, Class of Accuracy class 5P10 for O/C and E/F protection for each VCB - 03 Nos. (iii) VCB operating sequence must be O-0.3Sec-CO-3Sec-CO (iv) VCB Mechanical endurance must be M2 duty i.e for 10000 operation. (v) Manometer for each tank - 01 No. (vi) Fault Passage indicator for each LBS - 01 No. (vii) Right angle boots for all the feeder Modules

Note for item No 31 & 32 - RMU shall be placed on 1.0m height PCC platform of suitable size and design recommended by manufacturer and the cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in unit quoted rates.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation for poles etc., compete all as specified and directed

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 using 40mm grade stone aggregate in foundation of pole including necessary form work for poles etc., compete all as specified and directed

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate for coping including necessary form work and finishing the surface without using extra cement of poles etc., complete all as specified and directed

Taking out carefully 11 KV, HT, UG cable of cross sectional area 120 Sqmm, 3 Core and cable protection cover for reuse, keeping in safe custody after taking down including transporting to another location not more than 10 Km distance for reuse compete all as specified and directed. Note: Earthwork invloved including returning filling and removing excess soil shall be measured and paid separataly.

Laying only 11KV, HT, UG Cable of cross sectional area 120 Sqmm, 3 Core retrieved from item No 37 above in trenches compete all as specified and directed Note: Earthwork invloved including returning filling and removing excess soil, sand coushning, stone patti etc shall be measured and paid separataly.

Supply and laying GI pipe, light grade of size 100 mm bore dia for passing of cable fixed to poles/walls/lay under trench complete with and including fittings as required compete all as specified and directed

Supply and laying GI pipe, light grade of size 80 mm bore dia for passing of cable fixed to poles/walls/lay under trench complete with and including fittings as required compete all as specified and directed

M&L for cutting the existing bituminous road / hard standing to size not exceeding 45cm wide and depth not more than 1.0m for passing of HT UG cable through GI pipe and making good the disturbed surface filled with excavated material, consollidated and top 200mm depth with plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1 using 20mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling & taking down ACSR conductor, of any size, after taking necessary shut down, for 11 KV HT OH line, by loosening the binding wires, jumpers etc., complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling insulator any type and any size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cross arms of MS channels or angle sections etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stay assembly complete with loop insulator etc. by loosening the bolts of the clamps (on the pole side / stay rod side) and taking out complete, including loop insulators, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Unit rate qouted is inclusive of nessary excavation, demolition of coping, foundation concrete, returning filling in and removing the debries and making surface good.

Dismantling of concrete pole/struts, any size complete and making the disturbed surface good and clearing off the debries complete all as specified and directed. S&F HT cable route indicator made out of plate of 150 mm dia, 4mm thick having embossed writing HT cable fixed on MS angle iron 30x30x5 mm of 900 mm long with two nuts, bolts and grouting 500 mm length under ground and splitted and bent to shape and embedded in ground with PCC 1:2:4, Type B2 of size 15 cmx 15cm x 15 cm complete all as specified and directed.
