Demolition of Cement concrete (un -reinforced ) in any position and removing from site complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The demolished material shall be disposed off out side the MOD land. The contractor shall quote his rates considering this aspect.

M&L Plain Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in seismic and other similar bands, base of water tanks, shelves, copings, bed plates, hold fasts, plinth courses, filling in pressed steel frame and the like finished fair and even incl necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 ( using 40mm graded aggregate) thick as in sub base of floor surface finished even & rough to receive floor topping complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors, finished the surface by making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying chequered cement concrete tiles (glossy finished) 30cmx30cmx22mm thick made by table vibratory method set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floors with grey cement & pigment tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cm 1:6 as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges and the like finished fair and even incl necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade 'B' complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions,arches, pillars, ec, but excluding aslar facings,dresse stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.
