M&L for point wiring with single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade FRLS cable of copper conductor multi stranded of size 1.5 sqmm (Nominal size) drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit medium grade, ISI marked not less then 20 mm dia with all accessories like tee, straight joint, L bend etc concealed in wall , ceiling , floor etc, pressed MS Sunken boxes in wall of required size and colour for switches and sockets, 1.5 sqmm (Nominal size) PVC insulated (green insulation) copper conductor FRLS earth continuity cable drawn with wiring and connected to common earth dolly all as specified for one light point/Ceiling fan/ Ehaust Fan controlled by one SP switch including making good distrubed surface, complete all as specified and directed. Note for Ser item No. 02 & 03 :- Cost for MS Sunken Boxes, Hylum sheets and cutting, chieseling and cutting the wall/Ceiling for conduit fixing, making good to existing surfaces (Matching with existing colour) shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

S&F for switch piano flush button single pole one way 5 amp 240 volts, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for ceiling rose, surface type, 65mm x 50mm, 3 terminal, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for electric water heater/Geyser vertical storage type steel body with copper inner tank and heating element 2 KW, A.C single phase 230 volt, 50 Hz of storage capacity 25 Ltrs, BEE 5 Star rated complete including connecting up including provision of new flexible 3 core copper wire of size 4 sqmm from power point to water Heater/Geyser, , including requied hold fast 10 cm long and washers, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in repair PVC connections of 15 mm size of length 450mm with PTMT nuts , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair CP Bib Tap cast copper alloy/brass fancy type of size 15mm bore with crutch or butterfly handle screwed down, screwed for iron pipeor for brass ferrule and fixed to position, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair CP stop cock/valves cast copper alloy/brass fancy type inside threaded 15mm bore to connected position, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for GI pipe of size 15mm bore medium grade ISI marked including all fittings on wall in requied position including taking down exiting , complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement sheet metal enclosures single pole and neutral earth enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 amps, 240 volts, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for exhaust fan, steel body AC single Phase. 230V of size 300mm sweep of RPM 900 with, blades, and frame and louvers, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for fresh air fan, PVC body RPM 1300 AC single Phase. 230V copper winding of size 230mm sweep with, blades, and frame and louvers, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting openning through brick wall 230mm thick built in cement motar suitable for exhaust fan 230mm/300mm sweep including making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 as required, complete all as specified and directed.

Contract Amount shall be derived after affecting the amount of Schedule of Credit in General Summary on serial page No 17 of tender documents.
