M & L for water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive excellent dirt pickup resistance with low VOC less than 50, Antifungal / Anti Algai properties in two coats @ 1.79 litre (undiluted) / 10 Sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer's instruction applied over primed surface with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of minimum 1 litre per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in between subsequent coats of paint complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No. 1 to 4 :- The work for periodical services shall include the following and the rates quoted by the bidders shall include the same :- (a) The work pertaining to periodical services shall be executed by the contractor as per MoU from authorised applicator through manufacturer of the materials like Exterior Emulsion paint, putty etc after approval by the GE. (b) The Contractor shall upload with the documents under cover I "Memoradum of Understanding" (MOU) with at least one of the manufacturers mentioned in the contract, failing which the bid shall be laible to be rejected. (c) Use of Scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc necessary for execution of work and protective measures. (d) Removing of Nails, making good holes, cracks etc (e) Work in patches and in narrow / widths, bands, cornices, pilasters etc and cutting in edge of line where necessary. (f) Spreading and removing covering to doors, windows, floors, fittings etc to protect them from splashes. (g) Washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery , electric fittings , wirings etc. Drops and splashes of paint to be cleaned to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (h) Sample patch of 10Sqm be prepared considering all the items of periodical and shall be got approved from GE prior to carrying out further work.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone or or concrete surface including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed..

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces and finishing surface even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&l for rendering 15 mm thick ( consist of 10mm thick plaster initial layer in CM 1:6 and second layer of 5mm thick in CM 1:4 ) on fair face of brick or stone work or concrete surfaces of wall and upper layer or top surface finishing even and fair mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately.

M & L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on other than fair faces of stone or concrete ceiling surfaces, finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper, over and incl a layer of primer with 1mm thick wall care putty to get even and smooth level finish on new plastered surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of existing surface of walls by complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper over and including a coat of primer with a layer of wall care putty for complete smooth finish of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying One coat of oil bound distemper on old plastered surface of walls including preparation with using auto roller for making the surface unfirom complete all as specified and directed.

All as specified in item No 12 above but applying one coat of distemper oil bound (using Rollar) white or any tinted on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted wood or wood based surface of any description exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for prepration of old painted steel surface of any description exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint. Complete all as spd and directed.

M &L preparing new surfaces of plastered or unplastered surfaces and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M &L preparing old surfaces of plastered or unplastered surfaces and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M &L preparing new surfaces of plastered or unplastered wall surfaces and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M &L preparing new surfaces of plastered or unplastered ceiling surfaces and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M &L preparing old surfaces of plastered or unplastered wall surfaces by complete removal of existing treatment and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M &L preparing old surfaces of plastered or unplastered ceiling surfaces by complete removal of existing treatment and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for writing letters or figures etc( block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n.exc 30cm high with paint to match existing work complete all as spd

M&L for keyed pointing to square rubble masonary jodhpur type reqular course in CM 1:4 including racking out joint/pointing to square rubble masonary jodhpur type reqular coursed built in any mortar all as spd.

M &L preparing old painted surface of plastered or cement concrete ( inter locking or chequered tile) surface and applying one coat of plastic emulsion complete all as specified and as directed.
