M & L for washing rubbing down and stopping of old painted surfaces, removing nails, making good holes, cracks etc and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for washing rubbing down and stopping distempered surfaces of wall and applying one coat of oil bound distemper white or tinted complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment of old plastered surfaces of wall and applying Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification. Two or more coats & including 1mm thick finished coat of white wall care white putty (JK/Birla), complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old iron and steel surfaces of any shape and size over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old iron and steel surfaces of angle iron surfaces Girth size (40x40x5mm to 65x65x6mm) for fencing Post and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of wall surfaces of wall and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint over & including 1mm thick wall care putty (JK/BIRLA) complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Asaian/Apex/Berger (Weather coat all guard) NOTES :- The following precautionary measures shall be ensured by the contractor before and during execution of work (i) All painting works shall be got executed through original materials manufacturing company or their authorised applicators as approved by GE and contractor should submit MOU for three year (from date of actual completion to 3 year)with the manufacturing company or their authorised applicators before execution of work and entire work shall be executed with the approved firm. (ii) After completion of painting work contractor shall remove and clean all the droplets /stain of paint left on the floor, glasses and joinery. (iii) OEM/authorised OEM applicator should give guaranttee of minimum 05 years and mentioned in MOU submitted to the department before commencement of work. (iv) Aurthorised applicator shall be of Make" Asian/ Berger/ Nerolac and all materials shall also be of similar make as approved by GE.

M & L for for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying one coats of weather proof acrylic emulsion paint complete all as per manufactures instructions and complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Asaian/Apex/Berger (Weather coat all guard) NOTES :- The following precautionary measures shall be ensured by the contractor before and during execution of work (i) All painting works shall be got executed through original materials manufacturing company or their authorised applicators as approved by GE and contractor should submit MOU for three year (from date of actual completion to 3 year) with the manufacturing company or their authorised applicators before execution of work and entire work shall be executed with the approved firm. M & L for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n.exc 30cm height with synthetic enamel paint of approved tint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applied two coat of glossy indigo floor coat emulsion paint premium series or equivalent on existing old paver block/ chequred tiles/ floor of any pattern incl removing caked mud trading oil and greasy sports, cleaning with water complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment of old surface of manglore tiles and applying two coats of terracotta roof paint complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Apex/Berger

M&L for preparation old surface of kerb stone and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of dirrerent colour for neat smooth finish finishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster from stone / brick wall, ceiling including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:6) on stone masonry surfaces wall finished even and smooth without using extra cement or surface other than fair face of brick-work or on one side of lathing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:3) on ceiling surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10 mm thick rough cast plaster mix with crusted stone (6-10 mm), sand and cement in the ratio 1:1:1 , over 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 as in under coat including dubbing coat (if required) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on stone masonry wall surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepartion of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepartion of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling loose / disintergrated portion of RCC Chajjas, bend shelves, beams balconies and similar work at any position or any height and doubbing out with PCC 1:1.5:3, 15mm to 50mm thick using 6 to 12mm graded stone aggregate to make up and finished required shape including applying anti corrosive paint on exposed surfaces and provision of necessary supporting form work and including 10mm thick plastering in CM 1:4, finished fair and even, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs Roof tiles, Mangalore pattern, interlocking at side joints, laid dry, complete all as specified and directed.
