Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Indoor type Programmable Logic Controller based Automation Panel. The panel shall be floor mounted of Size 600x600x200mm, fabricated from 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet properly powder coated with angle iron support frame of size 40x40x6mm. The Panel shall be suitable for control and Monitoring of 01 no Flow Meter,. The Panel shall consist of (i) PLC with CPU, Power Supply, suitable no. of digital inputs / outputs and analog inputs / outputs, expansion modules, RTC and 02 nos. Communication Ports (ii) HMI - 4 line LCD display with 15 sealed membrane keys & 1 No. Communication Ports, (iii) SMPS of 5 A rating, (v) MCB - 2P, 10 A, (vi) 0.5 sqmm multistarnded internal wiring with ferruling and suitable lugs. (vii) GPRS enabled wirless modem, Omni directional antenna and PLC to modem communication cord etc. (viii) Suitable no. of interposing relays 24 V D.C. and 230 V A.C. coil rating and 6 A contact rating The PLC and Panel shall perform the follwing function (a) GPRS based on line realtime wieless communicaion with the Central SCADA Station

Cutting existing DI line of size 200 mm and inserting Elctromagnetic flow meter with fitting and flange work, including earth work and bailing out line water complete. Note- Flow meter shall be measured & paid under respective items. Ii) Rate inclusive for DI / CI fitting up to 300mm.

Excavating in trenches for manually soft/loose soil, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for taking out anytype of water tubing, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out

Returning, filling in any type of soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50M where directed and at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point.

Suppy & Fixing on wall including suitable saddle and spacers 6 x 1.5 sq mm PVC sheathed and PVC insulated, armoured, Copper cable .

Supplying and laying of Un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV, type 1, flat size 250mmx150mmx40mm and abutting each other with gap between adjacent precast concrete cable cover not exceeding 10mm over underground cable for protection.

Material and labour for sand cushioning to underground cable screened un-washed river sand and punning for cushioning as per technical data to the cable all as specified and as directed by EIC.

Supplying and laying GI pipe light B Class of size 40mm to protect underground cable for road and footpath crosing.

Material and labour for cutting the road for laying of pipe and repair the same with road repair material (Patch mat) all as directed as site width of road cutting would be 0.3 to 1.0 Metre.

M&L for replacement in earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode, 60Cm X60 Cm X 6.0 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth strip 32x6 mm by means of galvanised iron or steel with 40mm dia GI pipe light grade for protection of earth strip and all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to elelctrical equipments all as specified or indicated including Exc & earth work, constn of PCC pit with RCC cover, watering pipe 20mm dia light grade with funnel & wire mesh & testing on completion all as directed. cost of earth strip of size 32x6mm up to 7.5 mtr deemed to be included in the rate quoted by contactor

Integrate modification of the program and creation of additional screen and soft keys to faciliate remote monitoring and operation of the PLC base slave panels incorporated.Work includes modification of the existing SCADA system and its formats so as to include the status of the said automation slave panels in the reporting software
