Dismantling & taking of down existing ACSR conductor of any size by opening the binding wire from HT / LT electric poles complete all as speicified and directed.

Dismantling/Taking out existing PCC HT electric poles of any length including breaking of cement concrete, necessary excavation and earth work, complete all as speicified and directed.

Excavating in trenches in any type of soil, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and exceeding 1.5 m but not exceeding 3.0 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, cesspits,manholes, pier holes, water/sewer pipe line, electric cable line etc not exceeding 10 Sqm area on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out ,including taking out defective cable, sand cushion and protection cover and stacking serviceable materials for reuse and removing unserviceable from complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning , filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Sand cushioning to under ground cable in trenches/existing cable trenches/ducts in layers of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed. (Note:-18 cm Punned thickness shall be reckoned for the purpose of measuremet and payment)

M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation mass filling and lean concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregateas in coping of poles/pipe/ platform/ paths etc including necessary form work and finished surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay 300mm x 180mm x 40mm thickness Un-reinforced Precast Concrete Cable Covers Class HV, type-1, flat, ISI marked, putting on the cable abutting to each other for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, lay, test, joint 100 mm bore galvanised pipe light grade of ISI marked for passing of cable fixed to poles/walls/laid under floor/ laid in trenches as cable protection complete with and including fittings as required compete all as specified and directed..

M&L for boring hole under the road / pavement / hard standing with the help of trenchless technology using ultra sound technique or mannually and necessary machine for inserting GI pipe of size 100/80 mm not less than one metre below ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for spreading of new stone aggregate of size of 40mm evenly inside the RMU/ transformer yard area, remove the all debris, hard soil upto a depth of 40 cm manually with causing damage to the LT/HT UG cables of any size and in the presence of UG cable loop carefully clearing the area with out using excavating tools like crowbar, spades, showel etc and depositing the excavated earth to a distance not exceeding 50 m complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, lay, test, joint and commission XLPE insulated , screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric powercable heavy duty with aluminium conductor of size cross sectional area 95/120 sqmm 3 core, 11000 Volts grade (11 KV earthed system); laid in trenches/under floor/through ducts, fixed on pole/pipes/open complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation & Earth work, sand cushioning, cable protection cover, pipe and joint shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BoQ

S&F Cable End Termination Jointing Kit, HT 11 KV grade, heat shrinkable, indoor type complete with jointing materials and accessories suitable for HT XLPE cable 3 core 11 KV grade of size 70 Sqmm to 120 Sqmm x 3 core armoured alumuinium conductor cable complete all as specified and directed. Note- Unit rate quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to inclusive of jointing material like long sleeve form RMU connection and other connected items, T&P and labour etc.

Note- Unit rate quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to inclusive of jointing material like long sleeve form RMU connection and other connected items, T&P and labour etc.

M&L for Earthing in replacement complete with Galvanised Steel earth plate electrode 60cm x60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level ,connected to and including Galvanised Steel earth strip 32X6mm by means of nut, bolts, check nuts and washers made of copper alloy and connection to test point and earth dolly and provision of charcoal dust and common salt packed all around the earth plate including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil/rock strata and testing complete all as specified and directed and shown in electrical plate number 3 of MES SSR part-I complete with the following:- (a) Excavation and earth work for drilling hole for electrode in any type of Soil/rock strata. (b) PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1, Pre-cast RCC cover with CI frame with suitable handle 50 mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric weighing not less than1.87 Kg/ Sq meter. (c) Funnel with 20 mm bore galvanised iron medium grade watering pipe and lugs etc complete all as specified and directed. (d) 50 mm bore galvanised iron light grade protection pipe for protection of earthing lead and earth lead, each 7.5m long complete all as specified and directed. (e) Requisite quantity of common salt and charcoal. Note:- Copper earth strip and 50mm light grade GI protection pipe upto 7.5m each shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item. (ii) If the desire earth resisitance not obtained on testing after completion, earthing shall be redone by the contractor without any extra cost upto obtain the desired resistance. (iii) Tibba sand shall be shall be used by the contractor after filling of salt and charcoal for earthing.

S&F 32X6mm galvanised iron earth stripe as in earth continuity conductor fixed to wall or resses or chasses or burried in ground or drawn in and including 50mm bore galvanised pipe light grade of ISI marked for passing of cable fixed to poles/walls/laid under floor/ laid in trenches as cable protection complete with and including fittings as required compete all as specified and directed. (Note:- GI earth strip and GI light grade protection pipe beyond 7.5m length covered under item of provision of earthing set, shall be paid under this item).

Supply, install, commission and test Ring Main Unit (RMU) 11 KV Outdoor type extensible RMU floor mounted with internal eletrolytic grade copper bus bars, consisting of combinations of 630 Amp 2 Nos. fixed manual Load Break Switch as outgoing & 1 Nos. fixed type manual Vacuum Circuit Breaker as incommer. All live parts, bus bars, LBSs connections of RMU shall be enclosed to avoid multiple interconnections & sealed for life robotically welded non magnetic and non ferrite grade stainless steel tank Grade 304 of minimum 2.5 mm thick having IP67 degree of protection filled with SF6 gas as insulation with leakage rate less than 0.1% per year tested as per IEC 62271-200. The unit shall have front cable entry for ease of installation and shall have site replaceable bushings for ease of troubleshooting during breakdown.RMU should be complete with all accessories such as Terminal boots, VPIS, cable supports, all front cable terminations, mechanical indications for Load break switch ON/OFF, Manometer as per with IEC standards 62271-200, 60056, 60129, 60265, 60298, 60420, 60529 and 60694. Altitude of installation up to 1000m as per IEC 60120. Extensible Bushings,if applicable shall be bolted type top mounted outside the tank for connection of external bus bar .Also, the outer enclosure shall cover the full length of the switchgear,to ensure IP3X+IP54 protection for cable boxes . RMU should be The unit shall be internal arc proof 21kA for 1 sec. for tank+Cable Box ,and tested and totally safe for human beings. The gas release & personnel safety with internal arc proof shall not depend on plinth design in and incuding the following :- The configuration of the RMU will be 1 VCB (One VCB) as incomer and 2 LBS (Two LBS) as outgoing (a) The Vacuum Bottle shall be of same make as that of RMU to ensure better life cycle optimization for the RMU. (b) The Manufacturer shall furnish performance Certificate for similar kind of RMUs in their own legal Name . Any Joint venture certificates / partnership with other firms shall not be considered. (c ) RMUs, VCB Panels,Outdoor PCVCBs,CRP shall be from one same Manufacturer to ensure ease of maintanance after expiry of warranty period. (d) The unit shall include the following with all necessary standard fitting required at site.
