M&L for cleaning of Main DB/Energy meter enclosure by removing the dust deposits using suitable blower/ brush, checking all the connections, tightening the screws, nuts, bolts & thimble of incomming/outgoing system complete including replacement of defecting rusted bults, nuts and wires required as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Repair, maint and making the continuity of supply after rectifying the defects of the electrical items such as Main DBs, switches, sockets, fan regulator, replacement of MCB (Light/Power), Lamp holders, Bell/Buzzer, Push button, Ceiling rose, Capacitors, Tube light Fitting any type, Flame proof light fitting, Ceiling Lights and other similar electrical items/fittings etc. including providing of small pieces of electrical wire of size 1.00 Sqmm to 10.00 Sqmm single core and length not exceeding 0.50 Mtr complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Any accessories found unserviceable shall be replaced as required and it shall be measured and paid separate under respective item. (ii) Other items like stationery, rent of T&P, Misc items like insulation tape, screws, nuts & bolts are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor. Note for Item No. 37.00 :- (i) Contractor will arrange minimum 2 well experienced electrician to attend repair of internal electrical system at site as required by Engineer-in-Charge throughout the contract period from 0900 Hrs to 1700 Hrs and should complete the assigned job within 48 Hrs after receipt of the assignment. It the contractors fails to complete the job in the given time recovery will be made Rs. 50.00 @ per Job per day. The working staff will be provided the hygenic materials like hand sanitizer, mask, glooves etc. (ii) Details of repair to be collected throughout the contract period from JE E/M at 0900 Hrs from the office located at Tech Area. Register of repair should be prepared by the contractor and details of repair to be updated in the register after completion of every repair work. (iii) Contractor will arrange vehicle, electrical tools, folding ladder, misc items like insulation tape, screws, nuts and bolts for repair work. (iv) The cost of T&P required to carry out the repair of flame proof/normal light fittings in OTM Accn upto height of 15 Meters on wall/ceiling is deemed to be included in quoted rates.
