Supply, fill and top up transformer oil ISI Marked in transformers after filtration with 50 to 60 KV/min of die-electric strength of oil by high vacuum oil filtration plant complete all as specified and directed. Note: Topping up of new transformer oil wiil be paid in other item of this schedule

Supply, fill and top up New Transformer Oil, low viscosity type of dielectric strength not less than 50 to 60 KV/min into the conservator tank/body tank of the transformer/OCB/FRMUs/Voltage stabilizers etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement Cable End Termination Cable Jointing Kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for XLPE armored aluminum cable of size 120 sqmm 3 core armoured alumuinium conductor cable complete all as specified and directed. Note- Unit rate quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to inclusive of excavation and earth work, T&P and labour etc.

S&F in replacement Cable End Termination Cable Jointing Kit for 11 KV(Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrinkable joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for XLPE armored aluminum cable of size 120 sqmm 3 core armoured alumuinium conductor cable complete all as specified and directed. Note- Unit rate quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to inclusive of excavation and earth work, T&P and labour etc.

Supply and filling dehydrating breather with first fill dehydrating agent (silica jel) supply and fix Dehydrating agent (silica jel) of power distribution transformer of capacity 200 KVA to 400 KVA including taking out unserviceable Silica Jel complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement Drop out fuse with fuse links and wire fuse complete of capacity HT 11KV 200 Amps 10(KA) station class complete with fixing clamps, bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement Lightening arrester of capacity HT 11KV 200 Amps 65(KA) station class complete with fixing clamps, bolts, nuts and washers fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed

Excavating in trenches in hard/dense soil., n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits,manholes, pier holes, for laying pipes and electric cables etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as speified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm any type of soil complete all as speified and as directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point for soil complete all as speified and as directed.

Supply and lay old size well burnt sub claas 'B' bricks of size 230mmx115mmx75mm complete all as speified and as directed.

M&L for providing dry River sand in trenches as sand cushioning to underground cable including punning down of sand in layercomplete all as speified and as directed. (Note :- 18 cm punned thickness shall only be reckoned for the purpose of measurement and payment).

S&F RYB 3 phase LED indicator lamps (set of 3) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT of size 25x20cm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, lay, joint and test HT UG XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts, grade of cross sectional area 120 Sqmm 3 Core laid in trenches / ducts / fixed on pole / wall / laid under road / path / culvert / drains / encased in pipe including taking down the existing cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, lay, joint and test HT UG XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts, grade of cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 Core laid in trenches / ducts / fixed on pole / wall / laid under road / path / culvert / drains / encased in pipe including taking down the existing cable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement galvanised stay assembly complete with 20mm dia stay rod including stay starnd 7/4mm fixed for stay of poles including GI nuts, two numbers thimbles MS clamps made out of 50mmx6mm flat iron including MS nuts bolts and washers 300mm x 300mm x 6mm MS stay plate, stay bow of size 40cm long 16mm dia, loop type insulator including painting the exposed MS work with 2 coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.(loop type insulator ,stay clamps ,excavation and concrete measured separately)

Disconnecting the GOD of any capacity and make from main power supply afte taking proper shut down and carrying out repairing of unserviceable GOD by taking down, dismantling & removing dust, carbon deposits or any other substance and replacing worn out parts like fixed contactor-01 Nos set, moving contactor-01 No. set, reasssembling complete GOD, re installing in position after applying petroleum jelly on moving and fixed contactor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for chemical earthing with copper plate 90cm x 60cm x 5mm thick electrode buried directly in Ground (Earth pit not less than 3.60m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 2.85 mtrs below normal ground level connected to copper earth strip 50mm x 6mm (as earth lead) by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washers complete including 50mm bore GI tubing medium grade upto 7.5mtrs long, excavation in any type of strata, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 earthing chamer/pre cast RCC slab 50mm thick in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 reinforced with welded steel wire fabricated funnel wire, GI watering pipe of 20mm bore medium grade wire mesh complete all as specified and connected to electric panel board/test point shown in earth plate No 5 of SSR-I 1991 and all as specified and directed. Note:-(i) The rate quoted by the tenderer shall be deemed to be included for provn of all Excavation and Earthwork in any typeof soil,PCC in pit,Precast RCC cover,funnel and watering pipe. (ii) The rates for earthing under item includes the cost of: Main earthing lead from earth electrode to test point upto 7.5 metre. (iii) It also Include Composite bentonite 40% ,Copper sulphate 10% , Gypsum 5% , Graphite 10% , Alum 5%, Zinc Sulphate 10%, Aluminium Sulphate 10%

S&F in replacement 20x3.15mm size copper strip earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe pr fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc completion complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only in repairs old serviceable copper strips of size 20x3.15 mm with porclain insulators on wall/floor including brazing of broken strips all complete specified and directed. Note: Porclain insulators will bemeasured and paid for separately.

S&F in replacement porcelain insulators suitable for copper strip of size 20 x 3.15 mmg earthing strips to walls/floors.roof etc complete with necessary nuts bolts and fixtures etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement 12mm dia copper air termination rod, single pointed, 300mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the voltage stabilizer by taking out oil and storing for reuse after cleaning and removing moisture from it taking all the assembly of voltage stablizer and removing / repairing the unserviceable parts, reassembling it after repair testing and commissioning the voltage stablizer of capacity 200-250 KVA balanced type with the following:-(spares to be measured and paid separately)

Supply only sensing card low and high including connecting wire.

Supply only carbon bushes (set of three) Make as per sample

Supply only servo/voltage syncronising motor 240 Volt, 50 HZ Make as per sample

Supply only Toggle switch Make (as per sample).

General Note:-Unit rate(s) qouted by the contractor for Item(s) "in replacement or in repairs" shall be deemed to be included for dismantling / taking down or up carefully existing item(s) and removing the old unserviceable or serviceable or partly serviceable materials from site, which shall be sold to the contractor as per "Schedule of credit' and shall be the properity of the contractor. No claim whatsoever as to the quality of old retrieved material shall be entertained on this account.
