M&L for premix bituminous macadam (Consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using paving bitumen (VG-30) 4% by weight of total mix, spread, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) In case the binder contents by weight of total mix is less than 4% as per actual design mix, the price adjustment shall be made as per average rates of all paid voucher for bitumen pertaining to this work. If the total binder contents as per design mix is more than 4%, no price adjustment shall be made for the same. (ii) Job mix formula for premix bituminous macadam shall be obtained from the institutions specified in CA prior to commencement of work and shall be got approved from the GE.

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- This item shall be applicable in existing road to be provided with SDAC.

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stops lines, dashes, arrows, etc and the like not exceeding 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo platic road marking paint of approved colour conforming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturer's instructions etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Solar Cat Eye reflective type of metal body alloy of of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PMMA striplens reflector of Model DA 972.0 fixed with and including mild steel stud of suitable size as per manufacturer's instructions etc. all as specified and directed

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective Overhead informatory road signage and boards of size 1.00mx1.50m size, double legged frame, (with frame work) made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - III of ASTMD-4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, letters, borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001 in silver white with blue colour back ground and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class II of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys, rivets or bolts & nuts @ 300 mm centre to centre all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures, including the cost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminium sheet including appropriate priming coat. The rate includes the cost of rounding off the corners, lowering down the structural frame work from the gantry, fixing and erecting the same in position all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.( Notes:-Unit rates qouted by the contractor shall be deemed to include for structural frame work including M.S. plate to be provided separately. Rectangular area of the sheet only shall be measured for payment).

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing debris from site complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of concrete as in road side kerbs and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved different tints over a coat of primer paints plaster coat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of concrete as in road side kerbs and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved different tints complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of concrete as in road side kerbs and applying two coats of cement base paint of approved different tints over a coat of primer paints plaster coat in sigma/ camouflage pattern complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 80mm thick Factory made Machine pressed precast concrete M-40 Grade interlocking paver blocks/tiles coloured with grey cement and pigment, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured Industrial tiles, (Johnson endura or equivalent in makes specified) 300x300x10mm thick confirming to IS laid in floors etc and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles complete over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for factory made coloured Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, with grey cement and pigment set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, paths and pavements etc., over and including 15mm thick cement screed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Sand filling using sand suitable for plasters under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in levelling course, sub base of floors, sub course, flooring. pavement etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 30mm thick Wearproof topping as specified (incorporating an approved metallic floor hardner), laid on concrete floors and pavings, and finished even and smooth (including metallic hardner) as per manufacturere,s instuctions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for finishing surface of concrete roads, pavements, by brooming and making grooves while concrete is green omplete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description, on brick or stone or PCC block masonry walls/ceiling etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and including removing debris/rubbish from the premises outside the MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on surfaces other than of fair faces of brick or concrete wall surfaces/ PCC Block masonry, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection and provided joints 10 mm wide & full depth at 3 m distance and every change of direction filled with sand and bituminious mix (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.
