Roughening surface of old concrete floor by picking sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and including brushing neat cement slurry with 3 Kg/Sqm in roofs, complete all as spd and directed.

M&L Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding, mass concrete finishing as required gradient cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as spd and directed.

M & L Rendering 10mm thick screed bed in cm 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @200 ml per kg cement or as per manufactures instruction on concrete surface complete all as specified and direct by Engr in charge.

M & L APP based polymeric membrane minimum weight 3 Kg/Sqm and minimum 3 mm thick, reinforced with polyester non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/Sqm ) laid by torch forced application over and including a priming coat using bituminous primer @ 0.40litre/ sqm as per manufactures instruction on concrete surface complete all as specfied and direct by Engr in charge.

M&L 15mm thick screed bedding in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound pidi proof LW @ 200ml per 50Kg cement as per manufacturers instructions on concrete surface of roof and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge (WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L 20 mm thick pre-cast cement concrete tiles using 1:2:4 type B0(using 12.5mmgraded stone aggregate) set jointed and pointed in Cm 1:3 over 15 mm thick screed bed in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound ISI marked.

M&L for 75 mm thick , 1:3:6 type C2 ( using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floors, in plinth protection , complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm dia steel tubing & connections including removal from site , complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 20 mm dia steel tubing & connections including removal from site , complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 15mm bore of tube medium grade galvanized with all fittings & fixed complete to walls & ceiling or laid in floors , complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 20mm bore of tube medium grade galvanized with all fittings & fixed complete to walls & ceiling or laid in floors , complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing old retrieved steel tubing 15mm bore and including new fittings in new or old position after necessary cleaning, complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt from RCC / PVC tank capacity of tanks exc. 250 ltrs and up to 500 ltrs by emptying, drying, cleaning with chlorine/washing powder by scrubbing the dust with wire brush from tank by removing inlet and outlet pipe and refixing inlet and outlet pipe, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position.

S&F 1000 litre capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank, white colour, triple layers, conforming to IS, cylindrical vertical with closed top, hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixed in repair 20 mm bore Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe

Taking down 20 mm ball valve and refixing the same , complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 20mm Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe

Taking down 20 mm Gun metal, globe or gate valve and re-fixing the same , complete all as directed by engg-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions,arches, pillars, ec, but excluding aslar facings,dresse stone work and precast concrete articles., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brickwork with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 30 above but except bricks. Note: Serviceable bricks obtained from item no 29 will be re-used.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories)

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls 110mm bore including necessary clumping complete all as specified and directed

Refixing only 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls including necessary clumping complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls/ceiling etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 , complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings unframed over 40sq. cm and over in section, in any position, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling steel hand rails/grills of any description and in any position area not exc 3Sqm and refixing in same position as directed by engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Rolled sections Fe-410-W (Gde-E250 quality A) as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates, , complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling AC sheet (Corrugated/Semi-corrugated) in roof covering, complete all as specified and directed

M/L for Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated or semi corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.
