Returning, filling in, excavated soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for sand cushioning with dry coarse sand to under ground cable around the cable after laying the cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Thickness after punning shall be considered for payment.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1 with flat, size 300 mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV,type 1 with flat, size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Chemical Earthing based on 3 meters long GI earth pipe C grade as a electrode 50mm bore duly fixed with connector at top for connection of copper strip 32 x 6mm riveted/nut bolt after 12 mm boring. The Electrode is surrounded by mixture of TERRA GEL 20 kg and TERRA ECO 22Kg Chemical compund powder including providing of pit cover heavy duty plastic of suitable size all as per manufacturer specification complete all as specified and directed.. Note: (i) Rate included for Testing commissioning including checking of earth continuity and earth result complete all as specified and as directed. (ii) Venders are bound to get earthing result less than 1 ohm. If the result of earthing not achieved less than 1 ohm by one earthing then another additional earthing will be provided by the contractor as bi-pot including interconnecting with copper strip of same configuration at no extra cost to achieve test result as specified and all as directed by Engr-in -charge. (iii) Rates for copper earth strip of size 32x6 mm up to 7.5 RM will deemed to be included in quoted rates. Copper earth strip beyond 7.50 Mtr shall be measured and paid Separately under relavent items.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick burried in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtrs below normal ground level, connecting to the Galvanised iron earth lead 4.0 mm size by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers earth lead protection by provision of GI medium grade pipe 15 mm bore including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4), type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4), reinforced with XPM (wieght not less than 4 Kgs/Sqm) , GI light grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at the bottom 7.5 meter long placed on top edge of earth plate common salt and charcoal filling test point , funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs all as per electrical Plate No.3 of SSR Part I and connecting to earth test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of 11 KV 630 Amps having short circuit capacity 21 KA for 3 Sec Outdoor (IP55), RMU (Ring main unit) 2 – way comprising of 02 Nos. motorized operated load breaker switch and 02 Nos. 630 Amps fixed type motorized spring charging VCB electrolytic grade copper busbars all inside single, gas filled, welded stainless steel 304/441 or better IP 67 Degree of Protection tank with min thickness , 2 to 2.5 mm thick for load bearing member and 1 to 1.6 mm for non load bearing member, internal arc classification, 21 KA for 1 sec on site repairable with site replicable / coupling / mechanism, etc. The enclosure shall have pad lockable doors as per OEM design, fully covering the front facia and cable boxes ensure fail safe anti theft protection. The unit along with Bus connected, fixed type Auxiliary transformer shall include the following along with all necessary accessories and fittings are required at site.

(D) Standard mano meter -01 for each tank, Operating handle - 02 , cable clamping provision(standard)-01 /for every cable enrty, Operation and maintance manual - 01, installation and commissioning manual - 01, Foundation as per OEM Recomendation (Earth Work and PCC works) for placing RMU on Plinth protection of the Equipment including Fencing with gate is deemed to be included in the cost quoted. Height of plinth should not be less than 0.45 mtrs from ground level. as per Electric Norms. Note :- The above module consisting of Load break Switchs and VCBs shall be alligned appropriately and must have electrical and mechanical interlocking as per latest electrical safety norms including installation on plateform as recommended by OEM complete.

S & F of Automatic Street Light Control Switch using Infrared Sensor based Nature Switch for automatic switching of street lights. Nature Switch operation should be based on Natural Lux Level. Required Illuminance level for switching On is = 30 Lux and for switching OFF =10 Lux. The Circuit should be suitable enough to take three phase load of 12 KW with 3 Nos Contactors, 3 Nos incoming MCBs & 3 Nos Outgoing MCBs of 40-63 Amps each & circuit wiring (Copper) of min 10 sqmm. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
