Supply, install, testing and commissioning of cubical type CPRI approved LT feeder pillar box, Double Door , Outdoor type mounted on pedestal factory made, totally enclosed with necessory ventilation weather, dust and vermin proof (also to confirm IP-54 standard), front and rear opening and locking arrangement made of MS angle iron frame work and CRCA sheet of 3.15 mm thick as per IS 8623 duly painted with powder coated paint of approved shade after minimum seven tank treatment process. The panel shall be suitable for 415 volts , 50 HZ, 3 phase 4 wire system and shall be complete with 400 Amps capacity copper bus bar with suitable size copper conductor duly insulated with PVC coloured heat shinkable type sleeves,thimbles glands and Digital Ammeter 0-250Amps, 3 phase class 1.0 with integrated selector switch and CTs duly prewired and Digital voltmeter 0-433 Amps and also fitted with indicator lamps shall be complete all as directed with the following accessories including taking out of old unserviceable LT Feeder pillar box. Repair and maintenance of LT panels of different sizes incl copper strip including taking off old U/S Strips fixing with new strips with nuts and necssray connections MS sheet 16 SWG(1.6 mm) and fabrication of back side and front side cover of LT panel including cutting to required size and shape fixing in position by bending, welding all as required for proper functioning of LT panel shutters including two coats of coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc, fixing panel gates with proper fixing screws complete all as specified and as directed.
