All as per item ser No 1 above 400 to 625 KVA -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Servicing of the DG set should be followed as per the instructions given under: Checking and rectifyng of (i) Battery charging system , level up Electrolite and specific gravity. (ii) Leakage in fuel lines & connections of fuel pump. (iii) Leakage of Lub. Oil and cooling system, hose pipe & connection, belts tension, fan hub drive pully and water pump and cleaning of water separation and cooling system. (iv) condensate trap. Repair of leakage/ maintenance of water cooling system. Cleaning of radiator by draining out of Coolent, checking of all hose pipes, nut & bolts and tightening properly including checking of leakages all as directed by Engr – in – Charge. (v) Reset the complete switches in automatic lighting connection. (vi) Cleaning of complete D G Set, check and tightening of all nut &bolts including replacement of U/S parts , oiling/ greasing of all movable parts and unusual vibration. (vii) Leakage in exhaust system and exhaust restriction, drain out condensate trap. Repair of leakage/ maintenance of water cooling system. checking of all hose pipes, nut & bolts and tightening properly including checking of leakages all as directed by Engr – in – Charge. (viii) Check all electrical connection of alternator and control wiring (ix) Check all earthing connection of DG Set, repair the same if required (x) Drain out old used engine oil from the DG Set cleaning the sump Properly including opening of “B” check kit.Filling of Engine Oil 20W40 or as recommended by the manufacturer, Qty of Engine Oil is specified separtly (xi) Opening of all filters such as diesel filters, oil filters, Air filter and other required items. proper cleaing of the items and reinstalling or replace the same if required. ( xii) Testing the D G Sets after completion of work. (xiii) Contractor shall employ skilled labour (FGM) for the above repairs. All the complaints arised should be attended and solved on the same day within one hour by one company engineer/ technician for over all repairs. Note:- Replacement of required spare parts will be measured and paid separately

(d) Removing existing defective wring of DG set AMF panel, rewiring with mulitstrated single core PVC insulated copper conductor wire, 1.5 sqmm for AC/DC supply connections to all control system and devices and testing of AMF panel after complete repair all as specified and directed. (Note : Unserviceable spare like power contactor, auxilary contactor, Digital meters, relays, indication lamps, KWH meters, rotary selector switches etc shall be measured and paid separately under relavant items.

Supply and topup / replace distilled water for battery or radiator of engine used with coolent "K' Cool Super plus 50-50 Premix all as specified and directed.

Dismantling unserviceable battery charging dynamo from DG set of rating 1 x 12 / 2 x 12 Volts complete repairs and servicing including replacement of bushes, bearings, Carbon brushes, rectifires, rewinding of field magnet coil / rotor armeture coils and any other minor parts required all as directed and fixing on engine testing/commissioning complete for DG set having any capacity. Note : Replacement of rotor armeture coil if reqd shall be measured and paid seperately.

Dismantling self starter 12V/24 V of DG set for repairing the starter by replacing carbon brushes, brush holder, bearings, solenoid coil, replacement of burnt aremeture, rewinding of Fd coils, replace of pinion gears etc, completer servicing and refixing after repair, testing/commissioning complete for DG Set any capacity

S&F in repairs Air filter element inner and outer suitable for existing type of modele DG set Engine of capacity 20 to 30 KVA.

M&L for draining out coolent water from radiator, dismantling radiator, repair of radiator for leakage if any, cleaning the radiator set with dilute HCL, kerosin, fresh water and refixing the same with new rubber hose with clamps filling with coolent with distilled water and checking for its proper function on DG set all as directed and specified. Note : Coolent and distilled water shall be measured and paid separately under relavant items.

Supply and fix in replacement battery lead length not less than 1.25 Mtr long and not more than 2.5 mtr as per connection requiremnt of each DG set, PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor 70 sqmm single core, duly fixed brass clamps, copper lugs for connections from DG battery to self starter on DG Sets of any capacity .

Labour only for attending breakdowns of DG sets/AMF panels through skilled technician from reputed service centre of DG sets with necessary tool kits, checking Engine and alternator for defects, carryout necessary repairs works to rectify the defects without major overhauling/opening of Engine or Alternators, replace of external spare to repair/rectify the defects and testing DG set for its smooth functioning on full load all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : 1. Necessary spares required to rectify the defects shall be measured and paid separately under relavant items. 2. The complaint shall be attended and rectifed within 24 hrs form time of reporting by Engr-in-Charge or his auth representative. 3. Any Major defects shall be reported on Priority to Engr-in-charge to avoid undue delay in fuctioning of installation.

Replacement of control card of AMF panel with defective controller model and type as per existing to DG set of any capacity

Dismantling of ACB of various capacity from the panel and opening the same and servicing the ACB by using gear oil etc and refixing of the ACB including replacemnet of ACB coil all as per directions of engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of mannual fuel pump of DG set any capacity and taking the same to reputed workshop and reparing the same for any defects and refixing the same onto dgset all as directed by engineer-in-charge

S & F Replacement of electronics/manual speed governer of the dgset of any capacity existing type and size and model all as specified and direction of engineer-in-charge

S&F in replacement of moving contact & fixing contact set of contactor capacity 100 to 200 Amp
