M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of brick walls or concrete surfaces, surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement upto two storey bldg including scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on any face of ceilling or concrete surfaces, surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 20 (15+5) mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) over stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brick-work or on one side of lathing as 15mm dubbing coat in 1st layer and 5 mm in second layer including finishing even and smooth upto two storey bldg including scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly palster surface of wall and applying 2mm thick putty in two coats to make the entire surface free from undulations and finally applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying bond coat of epoxy bonding agent & cement in 1:1 ratio for bonding old and new concrete on damaged surfaces applying polymer modified mortar in CM 1:3 including mixing of polymer latex additives upto 60mm thickness (Chajjas fins, border etc) (i) Qty of ploymer to be used 15% by weight of the cement or as per manufacturer instruction (ii) Use of electrical mixer to get the homogeneous dough on bond coat surfaces. (iii) To achieve required thickness repeat this step after 24 hrs as required.(iv) Keep the surfaces moist using water fog for 5 to 7 days etc complete all as specified and as directed. (v) Rate shall be inclusive of all necessary scaffolding for building height one storey complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : - Epoxy bonding agent shall be Krishna, Dr Fixit, MC Bauchemie and M/s Cemistik, Sika or Equivalent as approved by GE

Cleaning and removing all scales and dirt etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipe etc for exc 500 n. exc 1000 ltrs capacity of water tanks as directed by eningeer -in-charge.

S & F in repairs 20 mm dia ball valves high pressure PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F steel water tubes, 20mm dia meter medium grade galvanized, with all fitting and fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floors including taking down steel tubing and connections complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 20mm dia bore steel tubing and connections, including refixing old steel tubing and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling,floors, etc.)

S&F Rotational moulded polyethylene1000 liters water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position with 20 mm ball brass valves, high pressure,with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed including dismantling old unserviceable water tanks and removing to store complete all as specified and as directed.
