Removing excavated soil to a distance beyond 50 m but not exceeding 250 metres and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and exc 1.5m but not exceeding 3 m in depth; for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10sq m on plan and exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and making good surface in any type of soil. complete all as specified and as directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming of soil in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mrtres and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete comlplete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete comlpete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M 25 design mix (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc; basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete. (Reinforcement will be measured and paid for separately) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M 25 design mix (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in walls, retaining walls basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses. (Reinforcement will be measured and paid for separately) complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter for flat rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and Waste of formwork to faces of walls , retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttressess, etc; vertical or to batter for flat fair finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) 110mm bore pipes single socketed, ISI marked, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hand packing (any thickness) at the back of walls over arches etc. and raising (or lowering) to the required level using broken stone or boulders of gauge 12.5 to 80 mm (47% -40 to 63 mm and 53% - 12.5 to 20 mm) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for three coats of white washing on newly plastered wall surface including preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 0.71mm thick plain, aluminium sheeting, alloy 31000 H4 in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 25 mm thick pre-formed filler for expansion joints complete all as specified and as directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surface (in cutting ) with power roller 8 to 12 tonne to required shape , level and gradient including watering as required. ( Rolling shall be continued till the density achieved at least 98% of the maximum dry density.) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and Laying Dry lean Concrete (DLC) 100 mm thick of aggregate gradation as per Table 1 of SP 49:2014 having 7 day average compressive strength not less than 7 MPa. Minimum cement content not less than 140 Kg/Cum DLC mixed in Batching Plant, transported to site and laid by electronic sensor paver including spreading and compacting usign high amplitude tamping bars of paver (initial compaction) further by double drum smooth wheeled vibratory rollers with 80-100 KN static weight to achieve minimum dry density not less than 98% of maximum Dry Density, necessary finishing etc complete all as specified and tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge work 2013 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L laying and compacting 100 mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base Course (GSB) grading as per Grade V as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013, in a single, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag, or combination thereof as per the grading required. The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and leveling on teh subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity, and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight for acheiving rquired compaction density of atlear 98% of the Maximum Dry Density. Consolidating to required gradient and camber complere all as specified and directed with finished surfaces tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013 complete all as specified and as directed.

Consolidating to required gradient and camber complere all as specified and directed with finished surfaces tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying 400 micron thick HDPE sheet (Virgin Quality) water proof, wrinkle free without puncture having minimum weight 390 gm/Sqm over tack coat/sand cushion as specified in the design with overlap between adjacent strips and at transverse joints as minimum 300mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for10 mm thick sand cushion with clean river sand duly clear of residual, organic and deleterious materials spread evenly to uniform thickness laid over DLC layer as specified and directed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying 200 mm thick Pavement quality concrete (PQC) of minimum 28 days field Flexural strength of 45Kg/ Sqcm or 4.5 Mpa, aggregate gradation as per Table 3 of IRC 15- 2017, coarse aggregate of clean, hard strong, dense, non-porous and durable pieces of crushed stone or gravel, fine aggregates of clean natural sand or crushed stone sand or combination of both using minimum 360 kg/cum of cement with non-circular, virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18 mm length, specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39, UV stable, alkali resistant, with equivalent dia 15-40 micron, minimum melting temperature as 240°C and minimum tensile strength of 300 Mpa and at the rate as specified by the manufacturer. PQC laid, spread and compacted with slip-form paver of minimum 7 50 m width, including curing and tining by Texturing cum Curing Machine complete all as specified and directed. Required surface texturing to be done as specified in Clause 10 1 14 and Table 9 of IRC 15-2017 complete all as specified and as directed.

Forming 25 mm width expansion joint in concrete slab for full depth of PQC. Early entry saw and subsequent cutting by using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size, straight and smooth edges. Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil, vegetation and other debris. The joint then filled with pre-molded 25 mm thick compressible polyethylene closed cell type filler board as specified, thereafter application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant. Placing of closed cell, medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 30 mm dia, over filler board and filled with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS- 5212, BS 4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) of+/- 30% having minimum 10 year performance guarantee, applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacturer complete all as specified and as directed.

Forming dummy/contraction joint with an initial saw cut of 3 mm soon after the concrete has set, upto a depth of 1/3rd to 1/4th the thickness of the slab, widening the first saw cut to 6 mm and 24 mm deep by using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size. straight and smooth edges. Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil, vegetation and other debris. Application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant. Placing of closed cell, medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 8 mm dia, application of bond breaker tape on top of back up rod for complete width of the joint and filled with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS- 5212, BS 4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) OF +/- 30% having minimum 10 year performance guarantee, applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacturer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick (spread thickness) moorum/Red bajri, spread, rolled and consolidating to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in paving and finishing the surface even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F MS posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc wind ties for roof including securing bolts; drilling holes, notching for wires, etc; flat iron fillets ( for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc, and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for mild steel round bars 12mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 5 cm but not exc 10 cm, dia of neck 5 to 10mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for painting to steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for painting to steel and iron surfaces of any description, not exceeding 10 cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in different tint with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L concertina razor tape barbed wire (reinforced barbed tape) with dia 1050 mm when unscratched central core wire made up from high tensile spring steel core wire conforming to IS-4454 hot dipped galvanized confirming IS 2629 with diameter 2.59 mm having UTS 145-160 Kg/ Sqm and zinc coating 250-300 g/sqm including Electro galvanized steel strip 0.5mm (+ 0.02mm)thick width 19mm (before wrapping on central core wire), conforming to IS-1573, zinc coating 120gm, sqm and bituminize dipped, width of barbs 11.05mm, pitch of barbs 25.4mm (+ 0.02mm) including clips 1.5mm thick & shall be AI SI 304, number of clips 125 for each coil. Coverage of per coil is 8.5 RM & weight of each coil is 14.00 Kg to 14.50 Kg for fixing as per detail & drg as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing, made cut from GI wire of 4mm dia and mesh size 100 mm x 100 mm etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Forming contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound, Grade 'B' complete all as specified and as directed.

Forming 12mm thick expansion joints in 100mm thick concrete slab filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade 'B' complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for steel gate 7.5 m wide and 2.75 m high from road level alongwith wicket gate for security fencing including PCC, MS work RCC pillar, excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning and filling in, removal of soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m, painting to steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc complete all as specified and shown in drawings complete all as specified and as directed.
