Supply and fixing in replacement bollard 10 w integral decorative with ip 66 degree of protection of capacity 10 watt LED with all accessories pole, foundation , complete errect/fixed/mount properly at directed place with reqd fixing/mounting arrangement and connecting/testing complete all as specified by Engr-in-Charge.Make- Jaguar item code -OBL-BLK-34044L10H( Romantica bollard) or equivalent technocommericial make mentioned in Appx 'B'.

Supply and fixing LED flood light 120 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP 66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete with driver and lamp complete all as specified by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair surface mounted 2' x 2' LED luminarie 36 watt, cool day/warm white light with white powder coated CRCA housing with LED driver, efficiencey 100 Lm/w complete all as specified and directed. Make -Crompton or equivalent technocommericial make mentioned in Appx 'B'.

Material and labour for earthing in repair complete with copper plate electrode 60cmx60cmx3.15mm thick, buried directly in ground, vertically to a dpeth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at depth not lss than 1.5 mtr below ground level earth plate surrounded by 15 cm thick and packed layers of charcoal, dust and common salt, earth lead copper strip 20 x 3 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check-nuts and wahsers of galvanised iron and thimbles and of earth wire protected by galvanised iron pipe light grade 40mm bore and water pipe 20mm bore GI medium grade with funnel and wire mesh complete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in lieu of CI cover and frame etc all as specified and directed.

S&F copper strip of size 20 x3 mm as earth continuity conductor buried in ground or fixed to wall/floor/ground provided with porcelain insulators space no less than 0.5 mtrs complete all as specified and directed.

S&F and testing in replacement of energy efficient LED street light fitting of 70/72 watt pole mounting comprising a diecast aluminium houing with heat resistant toughened glass with frame IP 66 protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair LED mirror light fitting, 10 watt, 600 mm length complete with all accessories pre-wired and including connecting up with flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed. Make: Havells/Crompton/Philips

S&F in replacement Revolving LED Search Light 300W high beam motorized model mounted on revolving stand Upto 700 mtr range, High Grade Lens 360 degres rotation.The revolving mechanism is fully covered with weather & rust proof fiber box with maintance door ,foundation holes (4 nos) at bottom and wall mounted control panel including complete cement foundation for fixing on site all as specified and ad directed by engr in charge .Make - Kalin ,Model No- MRSL -LRFLL-25 PC 30 or equivalent technocommericial make.

NOTES FOR LED LIGHT FITTINGS & BULBS : (i) All LED light/luminare shall meet the provision laid down in IS - 16101, 16102 Part-I/II, 16103 Part-I, 16104, 16105, 16106, 16108/2012 and 15885 Part -II / Section 13. (ii) Contractor shall submit test report of LED street light fitting from Government accredited test laboratory for LM-79 and LM-80. (iii) Contractor has to furnish a replacement warranty of 02 years for LED light fittings complete including lamps from the date of completion of contract. The product will be replaced on site free of cost in the following case :- (a) Manufacturing defects. (b) Failure due to mechanical and electrical impact. (c) Drop in lumen (or lux at 1 m) below 90% of claimed values of lumen (or lux at 1 m) of the LED /Luminaries.

Supply and fix single core PVC insulated FR cable with multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 sq mm cross sectional area 3 core ,1100 volts grade all as specified and as directed.

M/L air termination single pointed copper rod of 12 mm dia and 300 mm long.

S & F GI pipe 40 mm dia grade to be fixed in PCC foundation all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F in replacement galvanized iron strip of size 32 x6 mm as earth continuity conductor buried in ground or fixed to wall/floor/ground provided with porcelain insulators space no less than 0.5 mtrs complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement copper strip of size 32 x6 mm as earth continuity conductor buried in ground or fixed to wall/floor/ground provided with porcelain insulators space no less than 0.5 mtrs complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement copper strip of size 20 x3.15 mm as earth continuity conductor buried in ground or fixed to wall/floor/ground provided with porcelain insulators space no less than 0.5 mtrs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for carrying out brazing to existing earthing strip joint in between earthpit to test point after removing the nut bolt ,scraping the strip,preparing the hole and fix new copper bolt and nut the surface all as specified by Engr-in-charge Note - length of brazing 75mm minimum for jointing of strip.

Material and labour in repairs for electric Welding of existing GI strip of any size, any height (on roof/ on wall) at various places complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M& L in repairs for porcelin insulater fixing on wall for supporting the copper strip at distance 45 cm including nut bolt drilling hole etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Test point terminal block in repairs as made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm, drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw complete all as specified & directed by Engr in Charge.

Taking down old broken and damaged earth pit chamber and M & L for construction of new earth pit chamber of size 600 X 600 X 300 mm of PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 with funnel and wire mesh complete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in lieu of CI cover and frame etc including colour of earth pit chamber red/green/yellow/white all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 with 20 mm grade aggregate including demolation of existing foundation all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Material & Labour in repairs for Chemical Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 90cm x 60cm x 5mm thickness burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.5mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to and incl copper strip 32x6mm by means of nuts & bolts, check nuts and washers of brass made of copper and connected to test point and earth dolly al as shown in electrical plate no 3 SSR part I 2009 ans specified or indicating including providing charcoal dust 100 kgs ,common salt 150 kgs ,magnisum sulphate 200 kgs and all around the plate 15CM depth and wide upto 650mm height in continuous layer ,balance pit will be filled with vegaetable soil upto groundlevel including excavation and earth work in any type of soil PCC (1:3;6) type C1 in chamber ,precast concrete (1:2:4) type B1,reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm with cast iron frame ,funnel with wire mesh 40 mm bore light grade GI watering pipe all as specified and testing on completion.(Note:- the earth resistance should be less than one ohms and GI protection pipe and earth lead more than 7.5 RM shall be measure and paid separately)

Supply ,installation ,Testing and commossioning of grid of maintance free conductive concrete earthing using EEM of resistivity 0.001 Ohm with hard /dense soil/rocky area boring for installation and commossioning of earth electrode 25 Nos copper boned rod- 17.2 mm X 3 Mtr length embedded in 80 mm dia to get earth registance value of less than 01 Ohm and 10 inch HDPE Heavy duty pit cover (25 Nos) including M6 x35 mm Hex Head bolt with nut and washer Zinc coated complete all as specified and as directed by engr in charge. (Note- GI/Copper strip from earth electrode to from a grid will be measured and paid seperately)

Supply and laying in repair of GI pipes medium grade with fitting laid in trenches/wall /ground surface complete for the 20 mm sizes for eathing pits water connection complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour in repair of bib tap 20 mm dia standered of PTMT any colour high pressure screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and install hi wall split units indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in-built air ionizer and plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 3 star rating and EER 3.2 of capacity 1.5 TR complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase of capacity 5 KVA complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket with one single pole MCB 32A, 240V, 10 KA ‘C’ characteristic (Make : Havells/L&T/Anchor).

M&L Sub main wiring with approved colour coding as per IS (Red, Black and Green for single phase circuits) with two single core 4 Sqmm and one 4 Sqmm PVC insulated FRLS cable with stranded copper conductor drawing into and including PVC non-metallic rigid conduit medium grade complete all as specified.
