Rolling and consolidation of formation surfaces in cutting/ filling with power roller exc 8 tonne & n exc 12 tonne capacity.

Laying and compacting 100mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base Course (GSB) grading as per Grade-I as specified Table 400-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013, in a single layer over compacted subgrade with natural sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag, or combination therof as per the grading required. The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and levelling on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity, and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of the Maximum Dry Density. Consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specification for Road and Bridge works, 2013.

M&L for wet mix macadam (WMM) of 225mm thick (compacted thickness) in three layers 75mm thick each compacted separately with coarse aggregate of grading as per MoRTH specification & IRC by using mechanical paver, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete using tandem vibratory roller exceeding 8 tonne and not exceeding 10 tonne capacity all as specified and as directed. Note :- Three layer of 10 Sqm shall be measured as a single unit.

Preparation of WMM surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying evenly a tack coat with paving bitumen VG-10 @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm with mechanical pressure sprayer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 70mm thick premix bituminous macadam (BM) with 4% binder content (using paving bitumen VG-30) by weight of total mix, laid rolled with 8 tonne to 12 tonne power road roller and compacted to required gradient and camber, consolidated complete all as specified.

Material and labour for applying evenly a tack coat with paving bitumen VG-10 @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm with mechanical pressure sprayer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for bituminous premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% (minimum) paving bitumen (VG-30) as a binder by weight of total mix and grading of aggregate & design criteria as specified in SSR Part-I clause No 20.B.2.5.4(e) & 20.B.2.11 and mix at hot mix plant, spread with mechanical paver, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with tandom vibratory roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity, all as specified in para 20.B.4 & sub para 20.B.4 of MES schedule Part-I and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing bituminous surface of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arows etc and the like n exc 10cm wide on road pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour using glass beads conforming to BS-3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 100 mm thick (spread thickness) moorum or red bajri, spread, watered rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne capacity power road roller as in berms complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material exceeding 1.50 Km but not exceeding 5 Km out of MoD land as directed.

M&L for continuous burnt clay bricks edging, with width equal to the width of the bricks ; laid dry on eand vertically complete all as specified and directed.

Supply installation, testing and commissioning of HT 11 KV, 3 phase 50 Hz, indoor type, totally enclosed metal clad switchgear complete with Vacuum Circuit Breaker having rupturing capacity 350 MVA, overload and earth fault protection, ammeter, voltmeter and of rating 630 Amp motor operated spring charge,with connecting facility all six in series overload and earth fault protection and consisting the folowing- (a) Assembly of 3 vacum interupters complete with epoxy support insulator and self alingning finger type isolating contacts, (b) Hand and motor (220 volt AC) charged independent spring closing/tripping trip free operating mechanism with manual closing and tripping push buttons and mechanical breaker closed/ open spring charge/dischaged indication. Taking out carefully old HT cable of size 50 sq mm x 3 Core, XLPE/PVC sheathed 11000 volts grade armoured with aluminum conductor carefully of any size from trenches, poles, under floor etc for further use/disposal all as specified and directed. Note : Earth work will be measured & paid seperately.(ii) Serviceable cable cover to be stagged at site properly for re-use.

Supply , laying & testing HT cable aluminium conductor, standared compact circular aluminium conductor screened with extruded semi connducting compound, XLPE insulated , insulation screening with extruded semi conducting compound in combination with copper tape, core laid up, innersheath of PVC, galvanised steel flat strip, and overall pvc sheathed cable conforming to IS 7098 (PART-2) 2011 suitable for 11000 Volt (E) grade of cross sectioal area 95 Sqmm 3 core. Loacation at MSF

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade (earthed ) for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for3 core XLPE armoured Al conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm 3 core

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed ) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for3 core XLPE armoured Al conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm 3 core

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m in depth for laying of cable for soft/ loose soil and getting out all as specified.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm apart for soft/loose soil all as specified.

Removing of excavated surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level.

M & L for dry Sand cushioning in trenches for protection of cable including watering and consolidation all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness shall be considerd for measurment purpose

Laying only old PCC cover retrived from item no. 19 above.

Supply and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover class HVP, type -I with peak of size 300mmx180mm x40mm laid in trenches over under ground cables complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cable Route indicator duly marked with words HT cable 11 KV on MS plate 150 mm dia x 6 mm thich duly painted with yellow colour and letter with red colour and mounted on angle iron 40x40x4mm, 60cm long into and including block of size 300x300x300 mm in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone agreegate laid in ground to the required depth including necessary earth work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for making cross hole suitable for 80/100mm dia bore pipe including passing GI pipe of size 80/100mm dia, below the road with the help of pressure pipe/ boring tools for passing the cable and removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 100 mtr from work site all as directed. Note : Gi pipe to be measured and paid seperately under relevant items,.

Supply and lay Tubes, 'light grade' galvanised, of size 80 mm bore with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and pole or laid in floors for HT cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with copper plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers and electrode connected to copper strip 20 x 3 mm as earthing lead by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth strip protected by galvanized steel pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) connected to machinery/equipment all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR-2010 Part I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20mm bore light grade GI pipe for watering, funnel, wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 chamber, PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 reinforced with 6 mm dia MS round bars @ 15 cm c/c both ways for cover 50 mm thick and MS frame of suitable size made of angle iron 50 x 50 x 60 mm, complete all as specified. Note :- (i) The unit rate includes earth lead and protection pipe up to maximum 7.5 metre from earth plate to earth point/test point. (ii) Earth pit shall be constructed minimum 0.5 metre away from earth.

Supply and fixing earth continuity of Copper strip 20X3 buried in ground or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc all as directed.
