Taking down shutters of any description and S&F new 30mm thick flush shutter solid core construction with block board core & ply wood face panels, commercial type on both faces including decorative laminate 0.9mm thick type 1 of surface finish, colour and pattern as approved fixed with approved adhesive on both sides including necessary fitting like 200 mm long aluminium anodized barrel tower bolts of extruded section (ISI marked) (02 Nos in each shutter), 250mm long aluminium alloy anodised sliding door bolts with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded section or cast aluminium alloy (ISI marked)(01 No in each shutter), 150mm long extruded aluminium handles, anodised, fabricated type (ISI marked) (02 No in each shutter), floor door stopper of aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised, with hard drawn steel spring overall length of cover plate 140mm (ISI marked), Mild Steel 300mm, ordinary rat tail rod patttern springs including roller & roller plate fixed to wooden frame or welded to steel frame making suitable cut out in wall and making good in CM 1:4 (01 No in each shutter) and 100mm size B-21 butt hinges of extruded aluminium alloy (02 Nos in each shutter) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 Sqm and not exc. 2 Sqm each (includig fitting and fixtures and S&F new 35mm thick factory made glazed and skeleton shutters made of second class hard wood (Bonsum/Hollock), open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc., sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I Section 8 Clause 8.24 (a) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated fixed to chowkat including necessary fitting like 200 mm long aluminium anodized barrel tower bolts of extruded section (ISI marked)(02 Nos in each shutter), 300mm long aluminium alloy anodised sliding door bolts with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded section or cast aluminium alloy (ISI marked) (01 No in each shutter), 150mm long extruded aluminium handles, anodised, fabricated type (ISI marked)(02 Nos in each shutter), floor door stopper of aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised, with hard drawn steel spring overall length of cover plate 140mm (ISI marked) (01 Nos in each shutter), Mild Steel 300mm, ordinary rat tail rod patttern springs including roller & roller plate fixed to wooden frame or welded to steel frame making suitable cut out in wall and making good in CM 1:4 (01 Nos in each shutter), 100mm size butt hinges of extruded aluminium alloy with galvanized mild steel hinge pin, anodized type B-21 (ISI marked) (02 Nos in each shutter) and Galvanized mild steel wire cloth 0.56 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanized wire staple complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F factory made solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm thick wood moulded grain printed PVC sheet used instead of Plain colour PVC sheet & edges will be painted to match with printed sheet reinforced with MS square tube complete all as specified & shown in relevant drawing of item No. 08095 to 8097 in MES Schedule (Part-II) and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F 28 to 30mm thick (styles) factory made solid PVC moulded Door shutter, with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick 3D wood grain Moulded PVC Sheet Polyurethane painted on the front face & 2mm Plain colour PVC Sheet on back face with particle board core complete all as specified & shown in relevant drawing of item No. 8101 to 8105 in MES Schedule (Part-II) and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 12mm thick toughned glass door as in door leaf area not exc 4 sqm with approved etching, a set of stainless steel 304 handle 300mm, stainless steel 304 heavy duty locking arrangement for glass door, ss cylinder floor sprint set, bottom and top patch with pivots complete for functioning of a hydraulic glass door complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F PVC solid wall lining consisting of 5mm thick wood grain printed PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specification and as shown in relevant drawing of item 08113 to 08115 on Page No 162 of MES Sch Part -II (2010) including taking down old unsv wall lining complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Sintex / Rajshree or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appendix 'A' here-in-after.

S&F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F as in repairs stainless steel drapery rod of 20 mm inner dia (in lengths as directed) with & including decorative finial at both ends and pair of stainless steel brackets fixed at both ends with PVC rawl plug & steel screws on walls/beam, all as specified & as directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, cooler stand 12mm sq guard bar, framework of water tanks and similar works of quality Fe 290 (Gde E-165) etc and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer including dismantling structural steel work including door, gates, framed work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F as in repair steel rolling shutters (Thickness of laths 1.25mm) with ball bearing, including mild steel high tension spring of required length,mild steel tubes of 32mm to 50mm dia,cleat,anchoring rod, hasp,staple,stays and one shop coat of primer; erected in position complete including top cover as directed with gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle with safety lever lock (02 Nos in each shutter) and ball bearing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters including fitting and fixtures area exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4 Sqm each (without taking off the wooden shutters from the frame) including cutting holes for hold fasts and making good disturbed surface with cement mortor or PCC after fixing new chowkats and S&F new pressed steel frames for door of size 105x60mm with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc made out of mild steel sheet of 1.25mm thickness including plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in filling of pressed steel frame, chowkats, hold fast blocks and other similar items etc, applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters including fitting and fixtures area exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4 Sqm each (without taking off the wooden shutters from the frame) including cutting holes for hold fasts and making good disturbed surface with cement mortor or PCC after fixing new chowkats and S&F new pressed steel frames for door of size 125x60mm with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc made out of mild steel sheet of 1.25mm thickness, plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in filling of pressed steel frame, chowkats, hold fast blocks and other similar items etc, applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F anodised aluminium frames powder coated (thickness of powder coating shall not less than 50 micron) for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including jointing cleats for fixing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F anodised aluminium doors shutters powder coated (thickness of powder coating shall not less than 50 micron) sliding / openable having aluminium sections weighting 0.55 Kg/RM including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, 100mm size, 4 levers brass mortice lock vertical type (01 No), hinges, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F anodised aluminium window / ventilators shutters powder coated (thickness of powder coating shall not less than 50 micron) side hung type, without sash bars having aluminium sections weighting 0.55 Kg/RM including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, rubber neoprene packing including anodised aluminium fitting such as peg stay 150mm long (1 No), hinges type B21 100mm size (2 Nos), suitable handle (1No) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F as in repair Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work of size 605mm x 605mm for false ceiling including necessary notching. The snap grid shall consist of anodized aluminium main & cross Tee of size 36.5mm x 25mm x 1.4mm weighing 0.24 Kg/RM and 23.5mm x 26.4mm x1.40mm weighing 0.191Kg/RM respectively. The main and cross tee shall be jointed at junction crossing with anodized aluminium angle bracket of size 15mm x 15mm x 1.5mm weighing 0.12Kg /RM fixed with suitable MS bolts, nuts and washer. The snap grid (main /cross tee section) shall be supported at ends all along the wall with anodized aluminium angle of size 35mm x 25mm x 2mm weighing 0.36 Kg/RM fixed to wall with suitable arrangement duly suspended with 3mm dia GI wire length as required @ 600mm C/C with adjustable device including plugging in brick / concrete work with steel raw plugs including making good all the disturebed portion and including 4mm thick PVC coated ceiling board, embosed texture, fixed to aluminium snap grid (size of grid 605mm x 605mm) in ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick (minimum size 550mm x 550mm or size as directed) laid over & including screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thick in CM (1:6) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing including demolition of existing stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc, laid, bedded, jointed and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab 20 to 25mm thick (minimum size 550mm x 100mm or size as directed), on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting, raiser of steps etc. laid over & including rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including cutting, grinding, rubbing and mirror polishing including demolition of existing stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc, laid, bedded, jointed and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for running welding as in repairs not exc 2.5cm in length, thickness of metal to be welded exceeding 6mm and not exc 9mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 18-20mm thick Granite slab of approved shade and colour as in cooking platforms, steps, jambs, pillars, window cills and the like etc, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match with shade of Granite stone including cutting, grinding and polishing (mirror polish i.e. full granite polish as per local trade practice) over & including 15mm thick screed bed (bedding layer) in CM (1:6) including demolition of existing stone slab in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : The exposed edges of granite stone slab shall be made full round & polished to mirror finish and rate quoted shall deemed to include this provision.

M&L for 50mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring, finished even and smooth without using extra cement cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for non skid ceramic joint free coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar (1:6) including demolition existing tiling with cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for non skid ceramic joint free coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick rendering in cement & sand mortar (1:4) including demolition existing tiling with cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles (coloured) 300mm x 600mm x 7-8mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick rendering in cement & sand mortar (1:4) including necesary cutting as per site requirment including demolition existing tiling with cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 10mm thick vitrified ceramic light shade, double charge (as approved) coloured tiles (square / rectangular), polished, area of each tile exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar (1:6) including demolition existing tiling with cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 10mm thick vitrified ceramic light shade, double charge (as approved) coloured tiles (square / rectangular), polished, area of each tile exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm as on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick rendering in cement & sand mortar (1:4) including demolition existing tiling with cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on stone surface/brick surfaces of walls including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faced brick masonary or concrete surface of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement and preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on stone surface/brick surfaces of walls including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faced brick masonary or concrete surface of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement and preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of appropirate primer over and including 1mm thick layer of wall putty (Make J K or Birla) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on stone surface/brick surfaces of walls including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and new 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on brick walls/concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions including finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement and applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on stone surface/brick surfaces of walls including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and 5mm thick rough cast plaster over 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faced brick masonary or concrete surface of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement including Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on stone surface/brick surfaces of walls including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and new 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) on brick or concrete surface of ceiling, finished even & smooth without using extra cement including Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from old plastered surfaces like lime, distemper, plastic paint, cement base paint including scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorscent salts, trading oil, greasy spots using mechanical grinding machine and washing of old surface with water of wall, preparation of surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper (OBD) over a coat of appropirate primer over and including 2mm thick layer of ready made wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surfaces smooth and ready for receiving painting complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and laying of 15mm dia (OD 16 mm ) CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain / brass CPVC SDR 11 fittings including all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, trenches including taking down old unsv tubing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and laying of 20mm dia (OD 22.2 mm ) CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain / brass CPVC SDR 11 fittings including all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, trenches including taking down old unsv tubing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 15mm inner dia CPVC brass male / female brass threaded adaptor fitting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 15mm inner dia CPVC brass elbow fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F as in repair 15mm dia stop cock cast copper alloy, fancy type with, chromium plated long shank and cup (concealed type) with crutch or butterfly handle screwed down high pressure, screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair Vitreous china premium/ 1st quality wash down water closet wall hung EWC white/ ivory/off white (closed pattern incl all necessary accessories like rag bolts/ gel gasket etc. with & including WC seat cover closed pattern with flat bottom and cover, health faucet ABS CP, one piece /single body pvc blow moulded concealed cistern, pneumatic type capacity 10 litre including chrome finish dual flush control plate, flushing pipe and fixing bracket complete assembled with necessary fittings complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F as in repair 75mm dia PVC (SWR) multi floor trap, plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement including jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F as in repair 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with solvent joints laid In trenches or in floors and walls including requisite Number of clamps made out of flat iron 25x4mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F as in repair 75mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with solvent joints laid In trenches or in floors and walls including requisite Number of clamps made out of flat iron 25x4mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius jointed with adhesive complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius jointed with adhesive complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for removing loose ceiling plaster completely, cleaning and dripping mortars and curing of effected surface area, cleaning well expossed reinforcement and applying two coats of anti-corrosive paint to it, supply and fixing mild steel XPM mesh of size 25mm x 25mm (wire dia min. 2mm) to the effected ceiling surface either by welding with exposed reinforcement or by stapling nails or screw or tie with reinforcement, applying cement slury and 25mm thick microphone of 1:1:1 using 6mm graded aggregate and cuting it for 3 days and then making well finish the surface using cement mortar 1:3 including three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Note :- Old unserviceable material retrieved from all above mentioned all items shall be deposited in store yard of subdivision by the contractor at his own arrangement. Nothing extra shall be paid extra on this account.
