Taking down old unserviceable cross -arms/Clamps/nut bolts and Angle section etc from HT Pole any size, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserserviceable GI Earth wire/Guard wire etc. of any size from HT Poles and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down of old unserviceable pin type/ shackle type insulators and from any height of electric pole, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down of old unserviceable prestressed cement concrete LT pole 9 mtr height complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with FLY ASH BRICKS {As per IS-13757 (1993) burnt clay fly ash building bricks}, (OLD SIZE BRICKS) with width equal to the length of the brick laid dry & flat abutted with each other with gap between adjacent bricks not exc 10 mm over UG cable for protection, complete, all as specified & directed.

M & L for sand cushioning to PVC under ground cable with screened and washed sand and punning to provide a required cover complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Thickness after punning shall be considered for payment.

Supply and fixing GI pipe 40 mm bore light grade for protection of cable along pole / wall / laid under the road / laid under the floor & including clamps complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid separately under respective item of this BOQ.

Supply and fixing GI pipe 50 mm bore light grade for protection of cable along pole / wall / laid under the road / laid under the floor & including clamps complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid separately under respective item of this BOQ.

Supply and fixing GI pipe 100 mm bore light grade for protection of cable along pole / wall / laid under the road / laid under the floor & including clamps complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid separately under respective item of this BOQ.

S & F galvanished steel stranded wire size 7/3.15mm for stay assembly, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F LT UG cable and Supply/Lying / fixing, jointing, testing and commissioning of LT under ground cable 1100 volts grade XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed cable heavy duty armoured, with multistranded aluminium conductor laid in trenches/ ducts/ pipes/fixed on walls/poles complete all as specified and directed for following size cables :-

(b) GI pipe for laying of cable, sand cushioning, cable protection cover shall be measured and paid for seprately under respective items of the schedule (c) Road cutting involved during excavation for laying of cables etc shall be made good as per existing road. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates of the item shall be inclusive of the above provisions.

S & F loop type insulator with complete fitting porcelain, vetrous white or brown large size with over all dimension 65x90mm and clearance of hole 16mm, complete all as specified and directed. Make : BHEL/WS Insulators/Jayshree/Southern insulators/Modern insulators/Yamuna power (Dension).

S & F shackle type insulator with complete fitting porcelain, vetrous white or brown90mm dia and 75mm height including galvanised MS straps of 32x3mm size insulator bolts 12mm dia incluidng washers and nuts for 1100 Volts grade, complete all as specified and directed. Make : BHEL/WS Insulators/Jayshree/Southern insulators/Modern insulators/ Yamuna power (Dension).

Supplying and fixing stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No 1 on page No 495 of SSR Part-I (2009) using stay rod 16mm dia x 1.8 metre long, stay bow 20 mm dia 40 cm long and stay plate 30 cm x 30 cm x 6 mm with stay wire 8 SWG x 7 strands, loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation/ earth work, PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) and painting to exposed surfaces of mild steel work with two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Minimum size of PCC pit for stay assembly shall be 60x60x60cm. Concrete shall be measured and paid seperately. (ii) Loop type insulator, stay clamp, stay wire, excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid seperately.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping padestal of poles etc including weathring, slightly rounded or chambered angle and throating, necessary form work finishing all exposed faces of concrete even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of poles/ struts/ stay assembly etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Junction box made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet of size 250mm x 300mm x 150mm with hinged door and locking arrangement & including 2 Nos aluminium bus bar of rating 100 Amps, mounting on insulator, including one No MCB SPN 6 Amps, fixing on pole with MS flat of size 25x3mm & painting the box with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning factory made bus bar box, out door type platform mounted suitable for 415 volts 3 phase four wire 50 HZ AC supply system, having bus bar chamber with insulated aluminium bus bar 400 Amps TPN rating installed on porcelain insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof IP-54 class protection and made out of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet and 50x50x8mm thick angle iron frame. Front and rear opening type with aprons for cable entry with double door shutter with locking arrangement {including provision of 65mm Godrej (freedom) lock with 2 keys} and all sheet metal work including frame etc shall be provided with anticorrosive coating with seven tank process and finally spray polyster powder coating process of flint grey shed. The scope of work includes the following :- (a) Plateform : Plateform for the panel with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40mm graded crushed stone, 15 Cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class 'B' old size bricks, rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for panel. The plateform shall be such that it is at a height of 45 Cm above the nearest road level. Note :- (i) All out going feeder shall be connected by cable through suitable size gland plate/glands. (ii) Plat form for the panel PCC base/foundation, necessary excavation & earth work etc shall be included in the quoted rate. (a) INCOMING : - (i) MCCB four pole 100 Amp, 440 volts with adjustable thermal and megnatic setting capacity 25 KA complete – 01 No. (ii) Indicator Lamp - 03 Nos (R-Y-B).

The panel shall be dust and vermin proof IP-40 class protection and made out of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet and 50x50x8mm thick angle iron frame. Front and rear opening type with aprons for cable entry with double door shutter with locking arrangement {including provision of 65mm Godrej (freedom) lock with 2 keys} internal wiring with PVC insulated solid copper conductor FRLS cables IS-694 marked of adequate size but not less than 4 Sqmm and all sheet metal work including frame etc shall be provided with anticorrosive coating with seven tank process and finally spray polyster powder coating process of flint grey shed. The scope of work includes the following :- (a) INCOMING : - (i) MCCB four pole 400 Amp, 440 volts with adjustable thermal and megnatic setting capacity 25 KA complete – 01 No. (ii) Multi span relay 9Amp & Volt) with suitable CTs (iii) Indicator Lamp - 03 Nos (R-Y-B). (b) OUTGOING :- (i) MCCB four pole 250 Amp, 440 volts with adjustable thermal and megnatic setting 50 KA complete – 03 Nos. (ii) MCCB four pole 200 Amp, 440 volts with adjustable thermal and megnatic setting capacity 25 KA complete – 02 Nos. (iii) MCCB four pole 100 Amp, 440 volts with adjustable thermal and megnatic setting capacity 25 KA complete – 01 No. (c) Platform for the panel with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40 mm graded crushed stone,15 cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class 'B', old size bricks, rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100 mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for panle. Supply and fixing of PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable 2.5 sqmm 3 runs including steel conduit from street light fitting to junction box on pole of 9 meters and making necessary connection both at junction box and street light fittings and fixing accessories complete all as directed.

Supply & errecting cable route marker for LT Cable made of precast RCC 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregrate cast in pillar of size 15x15x60cm including reinfocement with 4 Nos 10mm dia TMT bars 55cm length and link /stirrups of 8 mm dia TMT at 150mm C/C and fixing in ground 30 Cm below ground level in PCC 1:3:6 type B-1 using 40mm grade stone aggregate of size 45x45x45cm duly painted & written LT 1100 Volts including PCC & earth work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mounting bracket made out of GI tubing 40 mm bore light grade 1.5m long made to shape including 2 Nos flat iron clamp 50x6mm to be tightened on two Nos rag bolts of size 12mm dia and 100 mm long grouted fixed on PCC/sted pole with bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, transporting to site errecting and fixing in position Steel tubular swaged pole, 9 metres long, type 410 SP-31, complete with cast iron base plate, pole cap, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washers etc including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer including 3 nos band/straps in red post office box colour (300mm wide EACH) using fluorescent paint commencing at a distance 300mm from padestal of pole and marking pole nos with black synthetic enamelled paint including tarring one coat on steel surface embedded in concrete including taking down old unserviceable PCC pole complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work, PCC etc shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Boring of holes under road, paverment, hardstanding by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine indluding HDPE pipe of 80mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx 6.3mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead GI strip 25x4mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I connected to continuous earth wire on pole all as specified and testing on completion, including provision of earth wire protected by 40mm dia GI light grade protection pipe from test point to main board and 20mm GI medium grade watering pipe funnel, PCC earth pit and RCC cover charcoal, salt and GI wire including excavation and earth work etc complete all as directed at site. Note :- (i) The concrete pit shall be in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 and 40mm thick precast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with suitable handle. (ii) The cost of GI pipe for protection of earth lead/ strip including earth lead upto 7.5 mtr.
