Supplying & fixing to walls and ceilings or laid in floors 15 mm nominal bore, medium grade, galvanised coated steel tube conforming to IS 1239 (Part-1): 2004 including all fittings conforming to IS 1239 (Part-2): 2011 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 15 mm nominal size, nonrising spindle type fancy bib taps as per IS 8931: 1993 made of cast brass including Knob, knob components, divertor & components, bright finish complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 15 mm nominal size, screw down stop valves, cast copper alloy body and body components with crutch handle, bright finished complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F stainless steel braided flexible connection pipe for hot and cold water supply for geyser, 15 mm bore, 450 mm length, 12 bar working pressure complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F miniature circuit breakers (MCB), single pole (SP), unenclosed, panel board type, screw type terminals for external copper conductors, C-type instantaneous tripping, rated voltage single phase, rated frequency 50 Hz, Rated current 6A to 32 A, Rated Short circuit capacity 10 kA, any type of fixation, Protection IP 20 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Installation, Commissioning and testing of thermosyphonic type Solar Water heating System of capacity 200 litre per day. The solar water heater system shall comprise of the following: (a) Supply & fixing cylindrical type hot water tank of capacity 200 litre made of SS sheet 1.6 mm thick including insulation with materials as specified. (b) Supply and fixing 2 Nos. collectors flat type having area not less than 2 sqm each and ISI marked including cover plate collector box, absorber, insulation and mild steel staging all as specified & directed. (c) Supply and fixing temperature gauge ISI marked dial type having range 0-100°C. (d) Water connection from collectors to water tank including GI pipe and insulation. (e) Supply and fixing electrical heating backup complete all as specified and directed. N0te: (a) Normal water pipes and accessories from the normal water overhead tank to inlet of plate collector shall be measured and paid for separately (b) Hot water pipes from hot water storage tank to bathroom/kitchen shall be measured and paid for separately. (c) HDPE tank shall be measured and paid separately.

S & F 20 mm bore galvanised iron pipe, medium grade as per IS 1239 (Part-I) insulated with 25 mm thick glass wool, plastic sheet, aluminium cladding and retaining materials of chicken wire mesh, adhesive complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying & laying in trenches 25 mm nominal bore, medium grade, galvanised coated steel tube conforming to IS 1239 (Part-1): 2004 including all fittings conforming to IS 1239 (Part-2): 2011 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying & laying in trenches 20 mm nominal bore, medium grade, galvanised coated steel tube conforming to IS 1239 (Part-1): 2004 including all fittings conforming to IS 1239 (Part-2): 2011 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F rotational moulded polyethylene double layer water tanks (vertical cylindrical with close top) as per IS 12701: 1996 of 500 litres capacity hoisted and fixed in position including provision of 20 mm /15 mm dia medium grade GI pipe for connecting inlet, outlet, over flow and washout pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose/ hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & spreading in trenches dry river sand cushioning to underground cable in trenches including spreading, levelling, hand punning down complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Depth of sand cushioning will be measured after punning down and levelling the sand properly.

M & L for laying of bricks locally available sub class 'B' bricks, non-modular sizes as per IS 1077: 1992 for cable protection cover laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable perpendicular to the direction of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated cable for working voltages of 1100 V, PVC sheathed, armoured, 2 core, nominal cross sectional area of main conductor 10 sqmm, stranded aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS 7098(Part-I): 1988 including cable glands, lugs etc. to suit the cable size and to be laid in trenches, fixed along pole, under floors, through pipe laid under floors/roads and in trenches, through concealed GI pipe along wall etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F double door MCB Distribution board of sheet metal enclosure, single pole and neutral, 4 way with 200 Amps rated bus bar, 240 volt, IP42 protection grade and fixed with PVC plug and screws and grouted in wall with M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F miniature circuit breakers (MCB), two pole with one protected pole (SPN), unenclosed, panel board type, screw type terminals for external copper conductors, C-type instantaneous tripping, rated voltage single phase, rated frequency 50 Hz, Rated current 40 A, Rated Short circuit capacity 10 kA, any type of fixation, Protection IP 20 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 25 mm gun metal, globe or gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed to pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 20 mm nominal size, nonrising spindle type fancy bib taps as per IS 8931: 1993 made of cast brass including Knob, knob components, divertor & components, nickel-chromium plated finish complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F hot rolled medium and high tensile structural steel of grade E165 as per IS 15911: 2010 as in framed work such as grills, grating, etc., with ends of bars of shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework water tanks and similar work complete all as specified and as directed.
