Sch 'A' PART-XII (MISCELLANEOUS B&R AND E&M WORKS) Notes: (i) This schedule is not pre-priced by MES and the pre-priced rate indicated as "Rs 0.00" under column 5 signifies this fact only. (ii) Excavation and earth work except for the items which categorically includes for same shall be measured and paid separately under respective schedule.

SEWAGE DISPSAL M & L for construction of RCC septic tank 150 users designed to carry sewage and sullage water including excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, RCC M-30 design mix in walls, base slab, baffle walls and roof slab including beams etc with vent shaft, manhole openings with cover connection etc complete with effective depth of 1.5 Meter and overall depth of 3 meter conventional type complete all as shown in drawings and as spacified.

M & L for construction of RCC septic tank 100 users designed to carry sewage and sullage water including excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, RCC M-30 design mix in walls, base slab, baffle walls and roof slab including beams etc with vent shaft, manhole openings with cover connection etc complete with effective depth of 1.5 Meter and overall depth of 3 meter conventional type complete all as shown in drawings and as spacified.

M & L for Soakage wells having size 3 Mtr dia x 4.5 Mtr effective , excavation in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M-25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick masonary in CM, RCC cover slab in M-25 / SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC / DWC complete filled with brick bats complete all as shown and specified

EXTERNAL WAER SUPPLY Supply, Lay and testing 150mm (6'') bore dia ductile iron pipe, spigot & socketed, ISI marked, class "K-7'', with internal cement mortar lining including nuts and bolts including rubber gasket (tighten joint), laid in trenches, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Lay and testing 100mm bore dia (4") ductile iron pipe, spigot & socketed, ISI marked, class "K-9'', with internal cement mortar lining including nults and bolts including rubber gasket (tighten joint), laid in trenches, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 80mm (3'') bore dia Foot Valve conforming to IS-4038 complete all as specified and as directed.

Construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 90cm x 90cm X 90cm (internal dimensions) with one brick thick wall in cement mortar 1:4 on 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in foundation lean concrete, including PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in benching and coping and 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) internally and externally upto 15cm below ground level providing valve pit cover 40x 40 x 6mm angle iron frame all-round fixed by means of 4 Nos holdfast 150mm long made out of flat iron 40 x 6mm embedded in PCC block 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) of size 230 x 200 x 100mm including provn of hinges welded with angle iron frame and MS cover 3mm thick sheet, MS handle of suitable length and size welded with MS cover and suitable locking arrangement and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including necessary excavation and earth work in soft / loose soil complete all as shown on drawing and as specified.

All as per item No 19 above of size 60cm x 60cm x 60cm complete

Supply, install, test and commissioning 50mm (2") bore dia, Cast iron flanged air valves with two air outlets and fixing up in cast iron water supply mains 150mm bore dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, commissioning and testing cubical type LT panel board outdoor , manufactured by a CPRI approved manufacturer, floor mounted, dust & vermin proof, front and rear operated door with necessary locking arrangement made of 50 x 6mm MS angle iron frame work and CRCA sheet of 3.15mm thick duly painted with two coats of powder coated paint of approved shade after seven tank treatment process both internally and externally. The panel shall be suitable for 415 Volts, 50 HZ, 3 Phase 4 wire system and shall be complete with suitable capacity copper bus bar (1.5 times the incoming switch gear current rating) with suitable size of PVC insulated copper conductor, thimbles glands complete all as specified and directed with the following accessories :-

Supply & Fixing of Monoblock centrifugal pump set of capacity 20 HP suitable for operate with 3 Phase, 415 Volt, AC 50 Hz supply and having ingress protection level IP-55, Class of insulation 'F', ISI Marked complete with bronze impeller, Stainless Steel shaft and all necessary hardware and pipe fittings / gasket and duly fixed on rubber mountings and necessary electrical / earthing connection complete suitable to meet the following parameters : a) Operating Head : 30 Mtr b) Discharge : 15 LPS c) Capacity : 20.0 HP d) Suction : 80mm e) Delivery : 80mm f) Rated RPM : 1450 Make : Kirloskar Brothers Limited (Model : KDS 2050+) or Equivallent model of KSB / CROMPTON Note : Electrical cables and earth lead conductors shall be measured and paid separately under respective items as mentioned in the schedule of External Electrification works. .

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATIONS M & L for Construction of an outdoor type Sub-Station by making a PCC platform of size 3.0 Mtr x 3.0 Mtr x 1.5 Mtr (1.20 Mtr above GL & 0.30 Mtr below GL) made with PCC 1:2:4 , type B-1 20mm graded stone aggregate including necessary shuttering / form work and finishing cement concrete surfaces above GL even and smooth by cement plaster 1:4 . The area around the platform (6.0 Mtr x 6.0 Mtr shall be covered with 1.80 Mtr high GI chain link fencing made with 3.15mm dia GI wire and Aparture 100mm x 100mm duly fixed with the M.S. angle post 75mm x 75mm x 8mm of required length all as per the drawing and a double leaf steel gate of size 2.5 mMtr wide x 1.8 Mtr height (frame work to be made of 50 x 50 MS angle, 40mm x 6mm M.S.Flat and M.S. Expanded Metal complete with painting the steel surfaces with 2 coats of aluminium paint over 1 coat of red oxide metal primar all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charg. Note : Excavation, earth work, PCC etc shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing street light bracket suitable for 70 Watt street light , PCC pole mounting comprising a pressure die cast housing with toughened glass and individual high power LEDs with secondary optics, IP-66 protection and Impact resistance complete all as directed.

Note: (i) All MCCBs should be TM type (Icu=Ics=100%) including accessories like spreaders, nut bolt etc. (ii) The design of panels shall be got approved from GE before fabricated. ARBORICULTURE Supply and plantation of SHISHAM TREE PLANT with saplings 90cm to 150cm height including excavation of suitable size pit 9size of pit shall not less than 45 cm dia & 60 cm deep) to accommodate the roots of plants including provn of good earth and treating with farm yard manure in the ration (4:1) fertilizers and pesticides (i.e. Bevation and neem cake BHC 10% linson dust. Thimment or phorate, manures super and vermicompost) and make up the trench area to proper levels for its growth and maintaining for one year from the certified date of completion of work complete all as specified and direcetd

S & F Tree guards 60cm dia and 2.0 Mtr high, fabricated with 3 Nos FI of size 25 x 4mm and 3 Nos MS angle 25 x 25 x 4mm welded with MS welded mesh of weight not less than 4 Kg / Sqm with 02 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

NOTE for Sl Item No 32 to 37 :- (i) Height of plant shall be measured from top of follage (not from the isolated branch / leaf, main stem) to 150mm from top of root. (ii) Water will not be supplied by MES for arboriculture. Contractor has to make his own arrangement for watering to plants and grass. (iii) The rates quoted by the contractor deemed to include watering, maintenance of plants / grass till two years after certified date of completion of work. (iv). During two years after completion if any plant / grass is found dead or not of satisfactory growth, plants / grass of approved size and shape shall be provided without any extra cost to the Govt. (v). Supply and application of manure, sweet earth and pesticides, fertilizers etc up to two years after completion are deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate. (vi) Tenderer to note that 20% cost of quoted amount against these items shall be retained for 2 years after completion. In case of failure by the contractor to maintain the plants / grass as above, the same shall be carried out by the department at his Risk and Cost and the expenditure shall be deducted from this retained amount or any other dues. (vii) The plants shall be brought at site Six months before the date of completion of the work as per Work order.
