Construction of RCC Septic tank (conventional type; for 100 users) designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, RCC M-30 Design Mix in Walls , Base Slab , Baffle walls and Roof Slab including beams etc with Vent shaft , manhole openings with cover connection etc., complete with effective depth of 1.5 meter and overall depth of 3 meter,complete all as shown on Drg NO.CEAF/STD-263/90 sheet No.1/9 to 9/9.

Construction of soakage well of 3.0 m dia and 4.5 mtr effective depth excavation, in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick masonary in CM, RCC cover slab in M25/ SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats, complete all as shown in Drg No.CEAF/STD-301/90 sheet No.1/4 to 4/4.

S&F brass chromium plated central hole mixer without pop up for mixing hot and cold water, screwed down for 15mm bore iron pipe and fixed, complete all as specified and directed

Supplying and planting below mentioned best quality grown trees of 8-10 ft height plants at site including transportation of plants, pit digging 0.9m x 0.9m x 0.9m in ordinary soil, including HEDGE around trees and refilling the same with the excavated soil mixed with manure, fertilizers and chemicals as may be required and remaing soil removal distance of 50 m and lift upto 1.50m complete all as specified and directed.

Complete maintainance of new plant trees for 12 months jobs like making of basin at regular interval watering, weeding application, manuaring and fertilizer application etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : If any plant/tree planted is found dead during this period, shall be replaced with same age and size of tree.

Grass Paver

Supply and fixing of precast grass concrete Paver Block any shape and size of 60 mm thickness made out of M-35 concrete set on compacted earth and joined with suitable earth including supply and plantation of grass selection I variety by dibbling root method complete including all the materials, labour, T&P, manure, fertilizers, other additives etc required for the activities for completion of said work and also shown in the note here-in-below:- Note: The following activities are to be carried out at site for planting of grass and the rate quoted against this item shall be deemed to include the cost of same, including necessary material, labour and T&P complete : (a) Anti-termite treatment : Providing and spraying BHC powder over soil over the area / lawn where grass to be provided (b) Dressing and levelling the soil to the required gradient and slope on completion of operation as mentioned in (a) above. (c) Well decayed Okhala manure in the proportion 3:1 (3 part soil : 1 part manure) shall be mixed with soil where grass to be planted. (d) Poring of water as required till completion of Phase-I work

Note :- The contract sum shall be arrived after deducting the amount of Schedule as NIL from total quoted amount of BOQ and accordingly lowest bidder shall be ascertained.
