M & L for cleaning of inner surface of under ground reservoir 50000 Gallon capacity, manually with trained and skilled manpower for working in underground reservoir, including draining out the muddy water from the bottom surface of reservior, scraping and cleaning the bottom and side walls with the help of wire brush, taking out and removing of mud out side the premises washing and draining out complete waste material from the reservoir, M&L for applying spray of suitable disinfictant chemical safe for human being on inner surface of the tank, writing the date of cleaning with synthetic enamel paint on outer side of tank surface where ever directed complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cleaning of inner surface of Over head Reservior (Back wash tank) 20000 Gallon capacity manually with trained and skilled manpower for working in Overhead reservior above filteration plant with suitable T&P and safety equipments including draining out the contaminated muddy water from the bottom surface of underground reservior, scraping and cleaning the side walls with the help of wire brush, including removal of mud and draining out complete waste material obtained from cleaning out side the premises, apply spray of suitable disinfictant chemical safe for human being on inner surface of the tank, writing the date with synthetic enmal paint on outer side of tank surface where ever directed complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of open channel from intake point to raw water storage tanks near at Old pump House by means of taking out mud/silt, shurbs, grass, buishes and other soild and semi solid particles from cross section of chanel and removing them and depositing in low line area n.exc 10 m from the starting point. cutting and trimming the tress branches from both sides of the chanel not exc 0.4 mtr wide at top and 0.30 m wide at bottom at a depth of not more than 0.4 m Note : The length of canal is appx 640 RM from intake point to storage tanks.

Cleaning of open drain (Sadul Minor canal) of size 3m top and 0.4m bottom and depth 1.5m, from intake point to raw water storage tank near clear water pump house, by means of taking out mud/silt, shurbs, grass, bushes, deposited in the drain, scraping and cleaning the bottom and side walls with the help of wire brush, taking out and removing of mud out side the canal and removing to distance not less than 10m from the edge of berm and cleaning complete all as specified and directed. Cutting and trimming the tree branches both sides of the canal approx 2m each side of canal complete all as specified and directed Note : The length of canal is appx 1.1 km from intake point to storage tank.

M&L for dewatering of Raw water intake tank 2.5 LG of size 41x22x4 Mtr (at GCPH) with pump set or manually, removing sludge/ silt of avarage depth 0.8 mtr, scraping the side walls and bottom of tank, removing plants, vegetable growth etc from inside of the tank, taking out, cutting and removal of grass, shurb bushes etc from 5 Mtr around the external walls of the tank transporting the mud and waste materials outside the premises and depositing where directed.

M&L for dewatering of Raw water intake tank 2.0 LG of size 30 x 30 x 4 Mtr (at GCPH) with pump set and manually removal of complete dirt/sludge/ silt of avarage depth 0.8 mtr from the tank sludge/silt.The work include scraping the side walls and bottom of tank including removal of plants, vegitable growth etc from inside of the tank and cutting and removal of grass, shurb bushes etc upto 5 Mtr around the external walls of the tank and transporting the mud & waste material outside the premises complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for dewatering of Raw water intake tank 10.0 LG of size 45 x 45 x 4 Mtr (at OPH) with pump set and manually removal of complete dirt/sludge/ silt of avarage depth 0.25 mtr from the tank and depositing where directed at a distance not less than 1.5 Km from the tank. The work include scraping the side walls and bottom of tank including removal of plants etcd from inside of the tank and cutting and removal of grass, shurb bushes etc from 5 Mtr around the external walls of the tank inculding transportation charge all as directed and specified.

M&L for dewatering of Raw water intake tank 12.0 LG of size 60 x 60 x 4 Mtr (at OPH) with pump set and manually removal of complete dirt/sludge/ silt of avarage depth 0.25 mtr from the tank and depositing where directed at a distance not less than 1.5Km from the tank. The work include scraping the side walls and bottom of tank including removal of plants etcd from inside of the tank and cutting and removal of grass, shurb bushes etc from 5 Mtr around the external walls of the tank inculding transportation charge all as directed and specified.

M&L for dewatering of Sludge tank 12.0 LG of size 60 x 60 x 4 Mtr (at OPH) with pump set and manually removal of complete dirt/sludge/ silt of avarage depth 0.5 mtr from the tank and depositing where directed at a distance not less than 1.5Km from the tank. The work include scraping the side walls and bottom of tank including removal of plants etcd from inside of the tank and cutting and removal of grass, shurb bushes etc from 5 Mtr around the external walls of the tank inculding transportation charge all as directed and specified.

M&L for dewatering of Raw water sludge intake tank 0.5 LG of size 16x12x4 Mtr at (OPH) with pump set and manually removal of complete dirt/sludge/ silt of avarage depth 0.8 mtr from the tank and depositing where directed at a distance not less than 1.5Km from the tank. The work include scraping the side walls and bottom of tank including removal of plants etcd from inside of the tank and cutting and removal of grass, shurb bushes etc from 5 Mtr around the external walls of the tank inculding transportation charge all as directed and specified.

M&L for dewatering of Raw water sludge intake tank 2.5 LG of size 41 x 22 x 4 Mtr at (CWPH) with pump set and manually removal of complete dirt/sludge/ silt of avarage depth 0.8 mtr from the tank and depositing where directed at a distance not less than 1.5Km from the tank. The work include scraping the side walls and bottom of tank including removal of plants etcd from inside of the tank and cutting and removal of grass, shurb bushes etc from 5 Mtr around the external walls of the tank inculding transportation charge all as directed and specified.

M&L for dewatering of Raw water intake tank 110.0 LG of size 120 x 60 x 7.5 Mtr at (CWPH) with pump set and manually removal of complete dirt/sludge/ silt of avarage depth 0.25 mtr from the tank and depositing where directed at a distance not less than 1.5 Km from the tank. The work include scraping the side walls and bottom of tank including removal of plants etcd from inside of the tank and cutting and removal of grass, shurb bushes etc from 5 Mtr around the external walls of the tank inculding transportation charge all as directed and specified. Note for Srl Irem No 11 to 18 (i) Any Damage caused to the tank during cleaning shall be made good by the contractor with out any extra cost. (ii) The contractor shall take the necessary arrangement to block the incomming water to sludge tank before starting the work and opening the same after cleaning the tank without any extra payment.(iv) No extra payment will be made for transportation of pumping set or any other machinary required the above work .(v) contractor will be sole responsible for dewatering below foot valve, transportation of obtained mud,T & P required and other safety mesuresrequired for safe execution of work without any extra payment.(vi) Trimming , cutting ,uprooting and removing of Trees/Bushes/ weeds/roots/ vegitable growth etc upto 5 mtr surrounding area and inside the tank floor embarcement and making good disturbed surface also included in this item..

Dewatering, Cleaning, removing of mud/still/dirt from jack well size 2.5 m dia and 5.5 mtr depth(depth of sludge approx 0.3 m) including cleaning of bottom side walls,foot valve, NRV and throwing away sludge 50m beyond the bank of jaxckwell including cleaning of area up to 5 mtr all around the bank of jack well and removing of all garbage and levelling all soil around the bank of jackwell complete all as specified and directed

Dewatering, Cleaning, removing of mud/still/dirt from clariflacculator well size 14.5m dia and 3.1m depth (depth of sludge 0.20m approx) including cleaning of rotational iron wheel, bottom, side walls and throwing away sludge 50m beyond the bank of well including cleaning of area up to 5 mtr all around the bank and removing of all garbage and levelling all soil around the bank of clariflacculator complete all as specified and directed

Material & labour for taking sample of treated / raw water in sterlised bottles/Cane from Clear water supply point, UG Sump / OH Resorvier for Analysis of water for the following parameters and obtaining sample test report from Govt Recognized Laboratories as approved by GE: (i) Physio Chemical Analysis of Water ( Colour , odour , pH Total solids, Dissolved Solids, Permanent hardness, temporary Hardness, Ammonia feree and salinbe, Ammonia Albuminoidal, Nitrites, Nitreates, Oxygen absorption at 15 Min, Iron , Fluoride,magnisium,lead) (ii) Microbiological Analysis ( Total Choliforms , Eschirrchea Coli) Note : 1. A certificate of approval / certification of Lab by Goivt Of India / State Govt shall be submitted by the contractor to the deptt. 2. Sample shall be submitted to the Labortory within 24 Hrs of collection of sample 3. One samples will be checked in each job.

Surface excavation in soft/loose soil n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in any type of soil and removing the spoil outside the premises all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

S&F in repair of Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe of 15 mm bore dia and fixed all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of Sluice Valve of size 200 mm Class PN 1.6 ss spindle with CI hand wheel of size 450 mm confirming to IS 14846 all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F in repair of Sluice Valve of size 300 mm Class PN 1.6 ss spindle with CI hand wheel of size 640 mm confirming to IS 14846 all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L Framed work fabricated with structural Mild steel section, plates, braces, rails complete drilled and grounting including painting with anti corrosive primer and bituminous paint black in colour all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built incement mortor including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete al as specified and directed.

Demolition of Cement Concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and rubhish off from premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C–1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregates as in coping, drainage, bedding, floor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. .

M&L Rendering 10 mm thick on fair face of brick work in cement mortar 1:4 or concrete suface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Note : (i) Necessary T&P such as scaffolding, ladders, ropes, buckets etc, and safety equipments will be provided by the contractor and the cost thereof shall be included in the rates quoted by the contractor (ii) Contractor shall provide to the workmen necessary safety eqpts such as helmets, gloves, gum boots, torch etc for safety of the workmen. (iii) Contractor shall make necessary arrangements to avoid the accidents due to hazards gases present in the reservoir. (iv) Contractor will submit all the old unserviceable item retrived from above mentioned schedule of items to AGE E/M Store yard. Transportation charges for the same is responsibility of contractor and no extra payment shall be made on this account
