Demolition of cement concrete in sunken portion including floor tiles and preparation to sunken surfaces by cleaning of and removal of loose concrete and filling cracks with polymer modified mortar using Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP or equivalent in Forsoc, thermax, sikka and other approved make and applying 2 coats of Dr. Fixit Bath seal WPC in suken areas and laying a protective plaster in 10mm thickness in cement mortar (1:3) admixed with Dr. Fixit Pidicrete LW + @ 220ML per bag of cement applying mix of cement water in the ratio 1:1:5 by volume using DR FIXIT PIDICRETE URP chemical on floor and vertical surface of sunken floor as per manufacturers instructions filling with PCC (1:5:10) type E-2 using 40mm graded brick aggregate complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : WPC shall be used as per manufacturer instruction and rate of the same is inlcuded in this item. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

M&L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size burnt bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) including demolition of brick work, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : - Serviceable bricks shall be used on other location and the same shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of BOQ.

All as per serial item No. 4 here-in-above but except bricks. Note : Old serviceable bricks retrieved from serial item No 4 of BOQ here-in-before shall be used under this item.

S&F as in repair 30mm thick flush shutter solid core construction with block board core & ply wood face panels, commercial type on both faces including decorative laminate 0.9mm thick type 1 of surface finish, colour and pattern as approved fixed with approved adhesive on both sides and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer including necessary fitting like 200 mm long aluminium anodized barrel tower bolts of extruded section (ISI marked) (02 Nos in each shutter), 250mm long aluminium alloy anodised sliding door bolts with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded section or cast aluminium alloy (ISI marked)(01 No in each shutter), 150mm long extruded aluminium handles, anodised, fabricated type (ISI marked) (02 No in each shutter), floor door stopper of aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised, with hard drawn steel spring overall length of cover plate 140mm (ISI marked), Mild Steel 300mm, ordinary rat tail rod patttern springs including roller & roller plate fixed to wooden frame or welded to steel frame making suitable cut out in wall and making good in CM 1:4 (01 No in each shutter) and 100mm size B-21 butt hinges of extruded aluminium alloy (02 Nos in each shutter) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Rate of all required fitting are included in this item, Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45 x 85 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 30mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws and including necessary tower bolts 150mm (02 Nos in each shutter), Aluminium handle 150mm long (02 Nos in each shutter all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F as in repair 35mm thick factory made glazed and skeleton shutters made of second class hard wood (Bonsum/Hollock), open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc., sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I Section 8 Clause 8.24 (a) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated fixed to chowkat including two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer including necessary fitting like 200 mm long aluminium anodized barrel tower bolts of extruded section (ISI marked)(02 Nos in each shutter), 300mm long aluminium alloy anodised sliding door bolts with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded section or cast aluminium alloy (ISI marked) (01 No in each shutter), 150mm long extruded aluminium handles, anodised, fabricated type (ISI marked)(02 Nos in each shutter), floor door stopper of aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised, with hard drawn steel spring overall length of cover plate 140mm (ISI marked) (01 Nos in each shutter), Mild Steel 300mm, ordinary rat tail rod patttern springs including roller & roller plate fixed to wooden frame or welded to steel frame making suitable cut out in wall and making good in CM 1:4 (01 Nos in each shutter), 100mm size butt hinges of extruded aluminium alloy with galvanized mild steel hinge pin, anodized type B-21 (ISI marked) (02 Nos in each shutter) and Galvanized mild steel wire cloth 0.56 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanized wire staple complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, cooler stand 12mm sq guard bar, framework of water tanks and similar works of quality Fe 290 (Gde E-165) etc and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer including dismantling structural steel work including door, gates, framed work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F as in repair pressed steel frames for door of size 105x60mm with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc made out of mild steel sheet of 1.25mm thickness including plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in filling of pressed steel frame, chowkats, hold fast blocks and other similar items etc, applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Rate for all above work is included in this item, Nothing extra shall be paid on this account,

S&F as in repair pressed steel frames for door of size 125x60mm with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc made out of mild steel sheet of 1.25mm thickness, plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in filling of pressed steel frame, chowkats, hold fast blocks and other similar items etc, applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. S&F anodised aluminium frames powder coated (thickness of powder coating shall not less than 50 micron) for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including jointing cleats for fixing etc and as per the speicification the top and bottom horizontal members and vertical members adjacent walls shall be fixed with floor, ceiling walls and cills where required and fixing with the help of rawal plug and screw or with fixing clip or with expansion hold plate fastners. Aluminium section shall be smooth, rust free, straight mitred and jointed mechanically where ever required all complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F anodised aluminium doors shutters powder coated (thickness of powder coating shall not less than 50 micron) sliding / openable having aluminium sections weighting 0.55 Kg/RM including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, 100mm size, 4 levers brass mortice lock vertical type (01 No), hinges, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws including galvanised mild steel wire cloth 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and 4mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Rates for wire mesh and glass deemed included in above rate.

S&F anodised aluminium window / ventilators shutters powder coated (thickness of powder coating shall not less than 50 micron) side hung type, without sash bars having aluminium sections weighting 0.55 Kg/RM including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, rubber neoprene packing including anodised aluminium fitting such as peg stay 150mm long (1 No), hinges type B21 100mm size (2 Nos), suitable handle (1No) including galvanised mild steel wire cloth 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and 4mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Rates for wire mesh and glass deemed included in above rate.

M&L for 18-20mm thick Granite slab of approved shade and colour as in cooking platforms, steps, jambs, pillars, window cills and the like etc, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match with shade of Granite stone including cutting, grinding and polishing (mirror polish i.e. full granite polish as per local trade practice) over & including 15mm thick screed bed (bedding layer) in CM (1:6) including demolition of existing stone slab in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : The exposed edges of granite stone slab shall be made full round & polished to mirror finish and rate quoted shall deemed to include this provision.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring finished even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic joint free coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floors, set and jointed with epoxy grout to match coloured to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar (1:6) including demolition existing tiling with cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for non skid ceramic joint free coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed with epoxy grout to match coloured to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick rendering in cement & sand mortar (1:4) including demolition existing tiling with cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles (coloured) 300mm x 600mm x 7-8mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick rendering in cement & sand mortar (1:4) including necesary cutting as per site requirment including demolition existing tiling with cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 10mm thick vitrified ceramic light shade, double charge, ultra charged (as approved) coloured tiles (square / rectangular), polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors etc, set and jointed with epoxy grout to match coloured to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar (1:6) including dismantling of unsv tiling with cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on stone surface/brick surfaces of walls including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faced brick masonary or concrete surface of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement and preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on stone surface/brick surfaces of walls including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faced brick masonary or concrete surface of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement and preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of appropirate primer over and including 2mm thick layer of wall putty (Make J K or Birla) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on stone surface/brick surfaces of walls including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and new 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on brick walls/concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions including finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement and applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on stone surface/brick surfaces of walls including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and new 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) on brick or concrete surface of ceiling, finished even & smooth without using extra cement including Preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated, plastered or pointed surfaces of ceiling by brooming down or steel wire brushing,scrapping down smoke soot moulds, moss and efflorescent, salts and treating oil & greasy spots and filling cracks with putty etc and applying two coat of white wash complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Hacking out old broken glass any thickness, size, quality or description from wooden / metal frame and punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and S&F 3mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exc 0.5 sqm in each pane including painting / oiling to new putty to match with the existing/new surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and laying of 15mm dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain / brass CPVC SDR 11 fittings including all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, trenches inlcluding taking down old unsv tubing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and laying of 20mm dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain / brass CPVC SDR 11 fittings including all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, trenches inlcluding taking down old unsv tubing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 15mm inner dia CPVC brass male / female brass threaded adaptor fitting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F as in repair vitreous china wash basin white, flat back of size 550x400mm including a pair of cast iron brackets embedded in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 blocks of size 10 x 7.5 x15 cm with & including 32 mm dia PVC waste pipe, 32mm dia PTMT waste coupling half or full thread (minimum wt 45 grms) flange end bedded in red lead cement & other end fixed to waste pipe and including brass chromium plated fancy type pillar tap, screwed suitable for iron pipes of 15mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Vitreous china premium/ 1st quality wash down water closet wall hung EWC white/ ivory/off white (closed pattern incl all necessary accessories like rag bolts/ gel gasket etc. with & including WC seat cover closed pattern with flat bottom and cover, health faucet ABS CP, one piece /single body alongwith pvc blow moulded concealed cistern, pneumatic type capacity 10 litre including chrome finish dual flush control plate, flushing pipe and fixing bracket complete assembled with necessary fittings and fixtures including necessary brick work and plastering for fixing the concealed cistern complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F as in repair Bottle trap of PTMT having minimum water seal of 25mm (Minimum weight 32mm-260gms/ 40mm-270 gms) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for removing loose ceiling plaster completely, cleaning and dripping mortars and curing of effected surface area, cleaning well expossed reinforcement and applying two coats of anti-corrosive paint to it, supply and fixing mild steel XPM mesh of size 25mm x 25mm (wire dia min. 2mm) to the effected ceiling surface either by welding with exposed reinforcement or by stapling nails or screw or tie with reinforcement, applying cement slury and 25mm thick microphone of 1:1:1 using 6mm graded aggregate and curing it for 3 days and then making well finish the surface using cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
