SCHEDULE 'A' PART - XI MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS is not prepriced by MES and prepriced rates indicates 0.0 under column 5 signifies this fact only. Bidder shall insert their rates in Green filed under Col-6.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply and fix energy efficient 10 Watts B-22 bore LED lamp working at 230 Volts 50 Hz complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of factory made and tested (design verified as per IS/ IEC-61439-1&2 by CPRI approved manufacturers) LT feeder pillar box (KIOSK) indoor type, platform mounted, including suitable angle iron (4 Nos leg) for 415 Volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, all as specified and directed, having bus bar chamber with insulated copper bus bars 300 Amps rating installed on porcelain insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, made of 2.00 mm CRCA sheet 75mm x 30 mm thick MS channel frame, 7 tank process, duly powder coated finish, thimbling and cable entry boxes with cable gland including painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, front and back side opening type with aprons for cable entry with double door shutter and locking arrangement, danger plate and earthing terminal and suitable PCC work complete all as specified and directed. The scope of work includes provision of the following:- Incoming:- (a) MCCB 4 pole 100 Amps, 25 KA, 415V - 01 No (b) Bus bar (copper strip) 200 Amp - 4 Nos (c) Digital panel meter (Amp Voltage meter) including CTs - 01 No (d) Digital indication lamp set - 01 Set (e) Slot for electronic energy meter - 05 Nos Outgoing:- (i) MCB SPN 40 Amp 415 V 50 Hz-05 Nos Note:- Contractor shall submit LT panel drawing for approval of GE before procurement.

Supply and fix RCCB, 2 pole SPN, as per IS 12640-1, IEC 61008-1 with rated sensitivity of 32A, 30mA for protection against earth leakage current for domestic use to fix in MCB DB complete along with necessary accesories including connection and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix LED light fitting with high output diffuser 2 feet, 10 Watt, 220 V AC decorative type with driver and LED lamp 5700K Rated CCT energy efficient with lumen efficiency corresponding to five star BEE rating published for year of installation, pf 0.8, colour rendering index not less than 70%, IP20 complete with all accessories internally pre-wired including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable tray perforated aluminium pre-galvanised fixing, passing through vertical wall, chiseling, cutting on vertical/ horizontal wall including making good of disturbed surface complete all as specified and dircected.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL

Material and labour for Double Wall Corrugated Polyethylene pipe (DWCPE pipes class SN8), bore of pipe 150 mm, conforming to IS 16098 (Part 2): 2013 (Structured-wall plastics piping systems for non-pressure drainage and sewerage), laid, jointed and tested with couplers, collars and all other accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Double Wall Corrugated Polyethylene pipe (DWCPE pipes class SN8), bore of pipe 200 mm, conforming to IS 16098 (Part 2): 2013 (Structured-wall plastics piping systems for non-pressure drainage and sewerage), laid, jointed and tested with couplers, collars and all other accessories complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Material and labour for construction of valve pit of size 75 x 75 x 75 cm with double brick masonry with internal plastering from the top of surface including cover of MS sheet 3.15 mm thick and angle iron 40mmx40mmx6mm with hinges and locking arrangement including painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide and grouting to PCC 1:2:4 plastering in cement mortar 1:3, foundation using cement concrete type C2 1:3:6, including necessary earthwork complete all as specified and directed and shown on drawing no. CEAA/TD/57.

Material and labour for cutting CI/ DI pipe 150 mm bore dia in situ for taking branch connection of 80 mm bore dia using necessary DI special fittings with suitable size rubber gasket, GI nut, bolt and washers as required at site and including necessary earth work complete all as specified and directed. Note: The rate quoted shall include cost of earth work. However CI/ DI special and its nut, bolt and washer shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of work.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply and laying well burnt sub class 'B' bricks, laid flat for protection over the cable, length equal to width of brick over cable perpendicular to length of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and testing new generation energy and environmental friendly long life LED street light fitting of 60 Watt LED, made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having top opening separate driver compartment with IP66 protecion and impact resistance of IK07 with 10KV build-in-surge protection device, suitable for housing on 40/ 50 mm dia GI pipe bracket complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing thermoplastic junction box of size 200 x 140 x 95 mm with aluminium bus bar suitable for single phase and neutral including one No. MCB of 0.5 Amps to 1.0 Amps SP complete with fixing clamps using MS flat 25 x 3 mm and nut, bolt, washer etc. complete all as specified and directed. Make: Cat No. K2014 of Sintex or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply and connecting three core cord flexible wire, copper conductor, multistranded, PVC insulated and overall PVC sheathed of size 1.5 sqmm 1100 Volts, drawn through LT steel tubular poles for connection to street light from junction box complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cable route indicator duly engraved with 'LT CABLE 1100 VOLT' on cast iron round plate 100/ 120 mm dia with provision of 500 mm long (minimum) single leg/ stand of flat iron 40 x 5 mm, welded/ riveted on back side of plate, fixed and grounded in position with PCC type C1 block of approximate size 1 cubic feet complete all as specified and directed.

DEMOLITION

Taking down carefully light fittings (tubelight/ bulkhead) by disconnecting electrical connections, unscrewing from position and shifting unservicable material to store for taking credit complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully ceiling fan/ exhaust fan by disconnecting electrical connections, unscrewing from position, dismantling blades and shifting fan and blade to store for taking credit complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully electric geyser 25/ 50 Litre capacity by disconnecting electrical connections and water connections, unscrewing from position, and shifting unservicable geyser to deposit at E/M store yard complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully energy meters by disconnecting electrical connections, and shifting meters to deposit at E/M store yard complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down down carefuly copper / aluminium submain wiring 4.0/ 6.0 sqmm by disconnecting all electrical connections and shifting unservicable material to store for taking credit complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unservicable TPN DB 4/ 6 way, 415 Volts including MCB SPN/ SP by disconnecting all electrical connections and shifting unservicable material to store for taking credit complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unservicable SPN DB 8/ 12 way, 415 Volts including MCB SPN/ SP by disconnecting all electrical connections and shifting unservicable material to store for taking credit complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down external water supply GI tubing 20/ 25 mm including fittings and shifting unservicable material to store for taking credit complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling inlet water control gate valve/ stop valve 20/ 25 mm dia and shifting unservicable material to store for taking credit complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down existing UG cable 16/ 25 sqmm 4 core by necessary excavation and shifting unservicable material to store for taking credit complete all as specified and directed.

FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM

Supply and fix CL#150 rated three-piece design 25 mm NB cast steel (CS) straight pattern ball valve, conforming to IS 9890: 1981 and tested as per BS 6755-1, having cast iron body, stainless steel AISI 304 ball, renewable PTFE seat and gland packing, CS fastners and lever having screwed/ socket weld end connection with accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and comminsioning of fully automatic Star/ Delta starter, suitable for the booster pump, complete with contactors, push button, LED type indicators, auto/manual selector switch, overload protection, current sensing type single phase preventer complete with all accesories and wiring etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 1100 Volts grade 3 core, 6 mm² copper conductor, XLPE armoured cable conforming to IS 7098-1: 1988, having stranded aluminium compact shaped conductors as per CI. 2 of IS 8130: 1984, PVC inner sheath, single armouring of galvanised steel strip/ wire and PVC Type ST-2 outer sheath conforming to IS 5831-1984, icluding necessary clamping/ dressing with cable ties and termination complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PN 1.6 rated air vent valve having brass body, cover, adopter, disc assembly and cap, stainless steel strainer, plastic float and 25 mm screwed threaded ends suitable for maximum operating temperature 100 ˚C installed on all high points in the water piping system to automatically remove the trapped air with necessary accesories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix orifice plate made out of 6 mm thick SS 304 with orifice of required size to be fitted between flange and landing valve of external and internal hydrants to reduce pressure at the outlet to the level of 3.5 kg/cm2 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 4 kg capacity dry chemical powder (ABC) type fire extinguisher conforming to IS 15683: 2006, with initial filling in brand new cylinder with powder coated finish, fitted in gunmetal union, high pressure CO2 gas cartridge, discharge hose, wall mounting bracket/ floor trolley mounting accessories along with suitable signage, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 3 kg light-weight squeeze grip CO2 type fire extinguisher, conforming to IS 15683: 2006, with CO2 gas filled in brand new seamless cylinder with powder coated finish, made out of Manganese steel with wheel type valve, discharge nozzle, bend and horn, wall mounting bracket/ floor trolley mounting accessories along with suitable signage complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 9 litre mechanical foam type fire extinguisher, conforming to IS 15683: 2006, with initial filling in brand new cylinder with powder coated finish, fitted with gunmetal union, high pressure CO2 gas cartridge, hose and ABS type branch pipe and wall mounting bracket/ floor trolley mounting accessories along with suitable signage complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 9 kg capacity dry chemical powder (ABC) type fire extinguisher (1 No. at entry/ exit), conforming to IS 15683: 2006, with initial filling in brand new cylinder with powder coated finish, fitted in gunmetal union, high pressure CO2 gas cartridge, discharge hose, wall mounting bracket/ floor trolley mounting accessories along with suitable signage, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix galvanized mild steel fire bucket (filled with dry sand) conforming to IS 2546: 1974 round bottom type enamel painted, white inside and red outside and letters "FIRE" in black outside and handle with mounting bracket complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix signage made out of 3 mm thick opaque PVC foam board with computer cut, PVC non-reflective self adhesive vinyl painted foam board with mirror fasteners complete of size 300 mm X 150 mm reading "EXIT" in 12.5 mm block letters in green and white background, properly spaced to provide good legibility located directly in corridor near to each staircase and squarely attached to the wall or partition in a way that the top of the sign is not above 2 m from the finished floor level complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix signage made out of 3 mm thick opaque PVC foam board with computer cut, PVC non-reflective self adhesive vinyl painted foam board with mirror fasteners complete of size 450 mm X 150 mm reading "FIRE EXTINGUISHER" in 12.5 mm block letters in white and red background, , properly spaced to provide good legibility located directly in corridor near to each Manual call point/ Fire Extinguisher and squarely attached to the wall or partition in a way that the top of the sign is not above 2 m from the finished floor level complete all as specified and directed.
