S&F for steel body Exhaust Fan 300 mm sweep, single phase 230 volts AC, 900 RPM four blade with louver shutters complete fixed properly on wall surface with the provisioning of suitable sizes of rag bolts, nuts, washer and to connect by using cable PVC insulated copper stranded conductor of suitable size and overall PVC sheathed which shall be passed through PVC flexible conduit of length not exceeding 0.50 mtr complete all as specified.

S&F powder coated sheet metal enclosures MCCB VTPN DB, double door, tripple pole and neutral, 4 way 415 volts fitted with insulated vertical phase bus bar/neutral bar with shround earth bar cement spill proctector interconnecting wire set cable tiesblanking plates and circuit indentificationlables etc all as per IS-8623-1 IK-09 and making good disturbed surfaces of walls including plaster cutting of wall etc complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing MCCB 415V,16KA, 4 Pole 63 Amps Adjustable overload setting & fixed magnetic setting, making good disturbed surfaces of walls including plaster cutting of wall etc complete all as specified.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brick-work or on one side of lathing with CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified.

M&L Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified.
