M & L for cleaning of underground sewage line of 150mm bore excavation and breaking & minimum two length and removing blockage laying new pipes rejoining with old pipes including haunching new pipes with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate in all situation where cleaning is not possible also including excavation & earth work complete all as specified and directed.

All Ditto as per item No 4.00 (here-in-before) but dia of pipe 200mm bore of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for making arrangment for bypass to nearest manhole or line to keep sewage flow continous providing required necessary T&P such as protable pump set, flexible hose pipe etc., all as required for pump set flexible hose pipe upto 60 meter distance, complete all as specified and directed.

De sludging and cleaning / clearing of existing manholes (excluding 1st manhole) of any size any shape, exceeding 0.5m but not exceeding 1.00m deep by removing sludge, waste, debries etc from manholes and including cleaning completely by using fresh water & including disposing/ removing of all sludge, waste debries etc will be transported in covered carrier vehicles and dumped out side MoD land wherever approved by local Govt authority, complete all as specified and directed. Notes for Srl Item Nos. 07 & 08 :- During desludging & cleaning manholes of existing sewage line necessary arrangement for continuous flow of line through bypass system by pump/Municipal corpon truck, tractor for avoid blockage of all line and rate for the same deemed to be included in the quotated rate.

M & L for clearing/cleaning of temporarily all blockage of WC, Bath, Kitchen, WHB, Traps, soil wast/vent pipe (vertical or laid in trenches/floor of any type/size), existing sewage line upto 1st manhole pits and 1st manhole of any section/depth/any situation by way of cleaning /dislodging manholes by using any type of manualy or mechanically or by way of any other suitables means & including foreign materials from manholes, traps, pits where required and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and keeping the sewage system upto 1st manhole functional in perfect condition & including final drop out from upto 1st manhole (working in final condition with taking precautationary measures equipment shall be provided as required or applicable) complete all as specified and day to day directions of Engineer in Charge. Note :- (i) The contractor shall be rectified all complaints on daily basis even on sunday and holiday to attend emergency complaints alongwith requisite T & P as required for Job. No extra payment shall be admissible for working on Sunday/Holiday. (ii) Labours (Safaiwala/sweeper) provided under this item shall exclusively by deputed on the work for cleaning of blockage as described in this item. The persons to be depolyed for this item shall not be deputed for any other work mentioned in BOQ. (iii) Each and every complaint shall be rectified within 24 hours of handing over of complaint slip, failing which a panel recovery of Rs. 50.00 per complaint for each 12 Hrs shall be imposed on the contractor which shall be recovered from any dues of contractor outstanding with the department. No claim whatsoever shall be entertained on this account in future. Complaints Register shall be maintained by the Contractor and will be put up daily basis to the Engineer-in-Charge for verification.

Cutting and grubbing of bushes grass and tree surrounding, septic tank, soakage well, manholes, gully trap and sewage line alignment etc for making workable condition and levelling of ground around the manholes, sewage line and removing the waste material to a distance exc 50m but not exc 500m and clearing the site complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note :- (i) All requisite T & P as required for aforesaid item and safety shall be arranged and made available by the contractor. However, rate quoted by tenderer shall deemed to be included in the quotated rate. (ii) All safety measures for workmen to do work shall be provided by the contractor. (iii) Any other existing Govt. assets (like electric cables, water pipe line, storm water drain, boundary walls etc) are damages during the site clearance/excavation contractor should be repair at same time without any delay and no extra amount on this account is admissible. (iv) Bidder shall note understand that the rate quoted by him and in r/o of site clearance items shall be deemed included in quoted rate and no extra on this account is admissible.

Taking out and removing of old manhole cover and frames of any type/grating on rain water gutter including re-fixing the same after raising man hole with brick work of height 3 brick course wall of outer size 120x120 cm to 150x150cm in CM 1:4 and fixing the old manhole cover or fixing new cover complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc & removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work/stone boulder masonry, built in CM incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish from premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish from premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 150mm dia (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50 m wide and n.exc 1.50 m in depth for foundation, laying pipe lines, manholes etc., n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in soil, including spreading, levelling, waterning and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (soil) n. exc 50m and deposited where directed at a level n. exc 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc), chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces & including necessary Formwork, and shifting to different places and set in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggreate), 75 mm thick as in plinth protection/Path/PCC paving etc including finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement, with and including all necessary form work to divide the area in panels, finishing exposed edges fair or rounding or chamfering where dirtected and providing 6 mm wide joints throughout the thickness of plinth protection duly filled with mastic filling (one part of hot bitumen 85/25 and three parts of fine sand by weight), complete all as specified & directed.

M&L brick work with pulverized fuel Ash-lime bricks (Fly ash bricks - modular size), straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L walling of random rubble, uncoursed well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in Cement Mortar 1:6, including finishing the joint, flush as the work proceeds complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc. 40mm to face stones and dressing or face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or bourght upto courses complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces, finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested, for 150mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.
