Material and Labour for Non skid ceramic tiles , having size of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but n.exc 0.18 Sqm and 7mm to 8 mm thick ,Premium (1st quality) straight edge, colour as approved by GE , in floors , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured polymer based grout to match the colour of tiles, laid over and including 20 mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles, Premium (1st quality) straight edge, colour as approved by GE , of size 350mm x 250mm / 450mm x 350mm /450mm x 300mm, 7mm to 8mm thick, as in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colored polymer based grout to match the colour of tiles, laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for waterproofing treatment to sunken slab with creating fillet caving 50 x 50 mm with ploymer modified mortar on the junction of slab and wall as per manufacture insructions, M & L providing for applying two coats of two components (1 Part Liquid : 1.4 Part powder) ready to use cemetitious waterproof coating on properly perepared surface by brush having elongation of 120% for the applying water proofing treatment as per following and complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (i) Applying 1st coat of Acrylic cementitous two components waterproof coating on horizontal and vertical surfaces. (ii) Applying of glasses fiber mesh of 45-50 GSM immediately on alone coating in all corners, wall and floor junctions, drainage flange etc all as per manufracturers instructions . (iii) Applying 2nd coat of Acrylic cementitous two components waterproof coating after 4 to 6 hrs on horizontal and vertical surfaces. Note : (a) Complete material shall be procured in bulk and kept in lock and key. (b) The installation company should be trained and authorized by Manufacturer & installation to be carried out as per manufacturers approved method statement . All auxiliary & accessories involved during application should be supplied by single manufacturer as a part of system. Any component used which is not manufactured by the particular manufacturer can only be used with official approval from manufacturer, (c) Ponding of slab shall be carried out to check the efficiancy of waterproof coating by filling water to 50 mm depth for 48 hrs all as directed by Engineer-in-charge, (d) Contractor shall submit 10 yr guarantee for water proof treatment work from date of completion of work

M&L for PCC (1:5:10) type E-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate including waterproofing compound as per manufacturer instruction as filling of sunken floors/bottom and side of drain complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick / stone walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water all as directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or stone masonary in CM (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster on bricks or stone walls etc and including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and preparation by surface with help of mechanicaly and applying 1.5 to 2.5 mm thick acyrlic wall care putty and smoothening the surfaces with sand paper/mechanised sanding etc, (Preparatory to paint as directed), and applying Two coat of 100% Premium interior acrylic emulsion paint by using Brush/ roller over and including one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

M & L rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of concrete surfaces of wall finished fair and even without using extra cement and and applying three coats of white wash on wall including preparation of surface complete all as specified & directed

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on brickwork or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 on wall, finished fair even and smooth including mixing of WPC in mortar and applying two coats of cement base paint including preparation of surface complete all as specified & directed.

M & L rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on fair faces of concrete surfaces of ceiling finished fair and even without using extra cement and and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling including preparation of surface complete all as specified & directed

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatement with help of mechancially and applying 1.5 to 2.5 mm thick acyrlic wall care putty and smoothening the surfaces with sand paper/mechanised sanding etc, (Preparatory to paint as directed), and applying Two coat of 100% Premium interior acrylic emulsion paint by using Brush/ roller over and including one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of old decorated surfaces of wall by brooming down and scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts , treating oil and greasy spots and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of alkali restant primer complete all as specified and directed .

Taking down existing shutter and refixing in same opening shutters of any description exc 1.0 Sqm but not exc 2.0 Sqm each all as specified and directed. (Note:- 'Refixing' includes taking down, easing and adjusting and also refixing builders hardware as required including renewal of unserviceable screws, etc.)

Taking down chowkhats or frames n.exc 1.5 sq. m each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all specified and directed directed.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/Ceosetory windows & other Frames / Chowkhat of size 45 mm x 70 mm comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) and 1100N (edge), minimum compressive strength 58 N/ mm ² ,modules of elasticity 900 N/mm ² and resistance of spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof,water/moisture proof and fire retardant and including 03 Nos per frame 100 mm long SS Butt hinges complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush shutter of 30mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (suspension Grade),calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood powder/rich husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 to 100gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) and 900N (edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/ mm ² ,modules of elasticity 850 N/mm ² and resistance of spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof,water/moisture proof and fire retardant indcluding 02 Nos (Per leaf) SS 150 mm long Tower bolt and 02 Nos per leaf SS 150 mm long handle complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cast iron pipes, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches/wall if required 100mm dia complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in repairs CP swivel shower roses 70 mm with or without swivel joints, including fixing to steel pipe or union fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair vitreous china squatting pan Orissa pattern of approved make of size 580 x 440 x 260 mm white with integral foot rests (excluding supply of flushing cistern and flush pipes) including connection trap and to flushing pipe including lime concrete bedding and connection to antisyphonage piep etc including making good to floor (supply only itme are meassured separately) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs PVC valve less, syphonic action type flushing cistern,10 ltrs capacity low level, white, with inlet ball valve, float, handle and telescopic pipe flush pipe of polyethylene of low or high density or PVC, 32mm dia, for low level cistern and connection to pipes all as directed.

S&F in repair vitreous china wash hand basin coloured Flat back of size 550x400mm, including 32mm dia chromium plated waste coupling long screwed shank and fly nut, flanged end bedded in red led cement and other end fixed and PVC waste pipe including cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets in CM 1:3 all as specified .

S&F 4.0 mm sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n.exc 0.5sqm in each pane including fixing upto second storey building window with necessary stair arrangement and safety arrangement to fixing upper glass panes shall deemed to be included int he rate and including hacking out broken glass complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Note:- Contractor will submit all the old unserviceable item retrived from above mentioned schedule of item to MES store yard. Transportation charges for the same is responsibility of contractor and no extra payment shall be made on this account
