Returning,filling in trenches in any type of soil including spreading, watering, well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick levelling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavation material surplus soil to a distance exc 250 mm but n.exc 500m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rolling and consolidating with power roller exc 8 tonne & n exc 12 tonne formation surfaces in cutting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n.exc 15cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 150 MM thick (spread thickness) Soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 150mm thick in two layers of each 75 mm (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates (Granite, Basalt or Trap stone) of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer by using cutback bitumen at 10 kg per 10 sq metre etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Premix bituminous macadam, binder content 4 % by weight of total mix using Paving bitumen grade VG-40 any penetration laid/rolled by mechanical paver and compacted to required gradient and camber by using 8-12 ton capacity mechanical power roller (consolidated thickness 75mm thick or less) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M& L for providing bitumen premix Semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.50% binder content (paving bitumen VG-40) by weight of total mix, mixed in computerized hot mix plant, laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with the help of mechanical paver and power roller 8 to 10 tonne capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- (i) The mix design shall be got done from approved lab and got approved from GE before commencement of work. (ii) In the event of variation in the mix design in the percentage of binder content on minus side,the difference in quantity of binder content will be adjusted through supply only rates of Rs 42/- per Kg for paving bitumen VG-40. However no plus adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of binder content is used/approved in the execution of work under this item.

M&L for 100mm thick Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base/path complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Precast PCC Kerb stone factory made in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for stone kerb of roughly squared sand stone of size 15cm x 30cm, dressed so that the maximum depression from a straight edge held against the dressed surface shall not exceed 6mm for top and exposed surfaces of sides and 20mm for the rest of surfaces jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and struck flush complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for 150 mm bore Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for marking 2.5 mm thick centre line, stop line, dashes, arrows, brackets & similar work exc. 10 cm wide on road surfaces as per IRC pattern with thermoplastic road marking paints ( white or golden yellow) of first quality with 8% glass beads laid at temperature 160 degree C with a special applicator machine complete all as per manufacturer's instructions & traffice diversion arrangement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for repairs to pot holes any depth not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water ,scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 30 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat with paving bituminous primer at 5 Kg / 10 sqm putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8Kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (incl supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of pot holes exceeding 30mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparing concrete / bituminous surfaces and painting lines, dashes (contineous/un interrupted) , arrows , letters ,etc 2 mm thick with hot applied thermo plastic road marking materials all as specified in clause 803.4 of MOSRT and H Specification, white or golden yellow (IS colour No 356) complete using road painting machine complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair solar powered road stud (cat eyes) of size 125x125mmx20-25mm thick (60mm shank) of self illuminating flashing type having 3 Nos LEDs for Bi-directional studs (flashing and not flickening) visibility minimum 1000 mtrs flashing raty 65-75 times per minute with detachable N1-MH battery of 1.2V to give backup of atleast 3-4 days from fully charged condition and it should be attached just before fixing and should not be accessible once installed made of robust alu die-cast housing with embossed edges for protection against bullock cart iron wheels having reflector strip in addition to LEDs stud form biomanchor waterproof IP-65 as per IS 12063-1987 category 2 tested toper from satisfactorily for minimum 100 hrs under rapid Thermal Cycling Tests as per IEC 1215 between -40 to +80 degrees centigrade min weight 700 Gms. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair for cat eye road stud of size 90mmx110mmx17mm made of heavy ABS body confirming to ASTM standard having load capacity of 60 ton with reflectors on both sides and fixing with epoxy on road as per sample kept in GEs office complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair for 900mm dia reflective safety traffic mirror for road and side walk of stainless steel face, 0.90 mm thick large radius of curvature for minimum distance distrotation orange powder coated steel back and hood orange vinyl extrusion with 75 mm clamp brackets for pole mouting incl 50 mm dia 2mm thick SS pipe 2.4 to 3.0 mtr length top of pipe cover with round decorative type made of SS and including excavation & embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (400x400x650mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair road delinator along the road complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge as per sample.

Supply and fixing metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for Yellow and black plastic speed bum made up of ABS materials to highly reflective reflector moulded in EMMA materials welded with ABS base plate through Ultrasonic welding processes of size 350mm length and width of 263mm with working width of 250mm, height 53mm and weight appx 1200gms complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 100mm thick red bajri/ Moorum spread,rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber along the paved roads as in berms incl necessary surface excavation, watering & rolling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
