Removing excavated material/soil to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations of poles/struts, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Volume of pole/struts embedded in concrete shall be deducted for payment purpose.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in filling and mass concrete, foundations of stays, coping, bed concrete of pole, pedestal of poles and the like including use and waste of form work (straight or curved), all exposed surface of concrete finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Volume of pole/struts embedded in concrete shall be deducted for payment purpose.

Dismantling of old existing pre-stressed concrete HT poles of any description and depositing to MES Store yard complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation and earthwork including taking out pole form foundation, removing, breaking existing PCC and refilling after erection and disposal of soil and rubbish shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for this item and shall not be measured separately.

S&F pre-stressed concrete pole 11 metre long of cross section 152mm x 152mm at the top and 152mm x 260mm at bottom, class 9, complying with requirements of IS-1678-1998 with & including two coats of synthetic enamel paint in alternate black and yellow strips 30 cm each upto 1.5 metre height from PCC coping/pedestal and marking pole number in letters & figures of size not less than 8cm height, complete all as specified & as directed Note :- Excavation, earthwork, PCC in foundation & coping shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and fixing steel tubular pole, swaged type, 11 metre long, type 410 SP-55, with mild steel base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws including drilling of necessary holes, with & including two coats of synthetic enamel paint in alternate black and yellow strips 30 cm each upto 1.5 metre height from PCC coping and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of aluminium red oxide primer to remaining portion of pole and marking pole number in letters & figures of size not less than 8cm height complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Excavation, earthwork, PCC in foundation & coping shall be measured and paid for separately.

Dismantling old unserviceable insulators of any type any size including MS spindle GI washers nuts etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Disc type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 145 mm height, 255 mm dia ball and socket type for working pressure 11000 Volts grade, complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150 mm height, 150 mm dia for working pressure 11000 Volts grade, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of existing unserviceable HT over head line aluminium conductor and earth wire , steel reinforced ACSR conductors of any size/ type/capacity from existing overhead lines on HT lattice towers/steel tubular poles/PCC poles (of any height) complete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Aluminium Conductor Steel Reinforced (ACSR) of any size as directed including stringing for overhead line on HT poles including jointing with & including aluminium binding wire 2mm dia, jumpers, line tapes, conducting jelly etc, complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: (i) The ACSR conductors shall be conforming to IS-398 and as specified in SSR Part-I. (ii) The unit rate quoted shall also be deemed to include for supply & fixing of aluminium binding wire, aluminium tapes etc which shall not be included in the weight of conductors for payment purpose. (iii) Weight of conductors shall be determined by measuring true horizontal distance between centers of two adjacent poles and compounding the weight of conductors of that size and length and 3% extra shall be added for sag, jointing, jumpers etc. (iv) Weight of the conductors shall be calculated from the nominal weights given in tables in the relevant IS Code.

Dismantling old stay assembly complete with stay bow, stay strand of any size, loop insulator etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Stay assembly complete with 20mm dia, 1800mm long GI stay rod, with threaded ends and GI nuts, two number thimbles, MS galvanized clamps made out of 40mmx6mm flat iron including MS galvanized nuts, bolts and washers, 300mm x 300mm x 6mm MS galvanized stay plate, stay bow, galvanized stay strand 7/4 mm including shackle insulator and stay clamp, with & including painting of exposed MS work with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer, all as shown in electrical plate No 1 of MES Schedule Part-I, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Excavation & earthwork and PCC shall be measured & paid for separately under respective items of this Schedule.

Dismantling old unserviceable MS Work such as cross arms, MS clamp, supports of any size and shape, nuts, bolts, washer etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290) including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilled holes for bolts, in any shape or size as directed with & including applying two coats of aluminium paint (under & finishing coats) over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer on exposed steel surfaces after preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed . Note: - (i) Sizes, sections & types of members and shape of the cross arms etc shall be as required at site and all as directed. (ii) Un-exposed steel surfaces shall be given one coat of red-oxide zinc chromate primer only. Cost of the same is included in unit rate of the item and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (iii) Weight of paint shall not be considered for payment purpose and quoted rate shall deemed to be included this aspect.

Dismantling old/ unserviceable earth wire or conductor, service feeder or distributor span complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Switch air break, gang operated outdoor, Horizontal operated type, HT 11 KV, Triple pole, 200 Amps, 3 insulator per phase, tilting/rocking horizontal type, rotating type contacts of phosphorous bronze and moving contacts of copper, manually operated from ground level with operating mechanism including GI tubing medium grade 25mm bore operating rod, pad locking arrangements, MS arcing horns, flexible braiding earthing blades, rod and contacts without drop out fuse assembly and jumpers with Mink conductor line, taps, clamps, colour coated HT sleeves and fittings suitable for horizontal mounting, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Earthing to Transformer / GOD switch / equipments / panels etc with & including galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides, connected to & including galvanized iron earth wire 4 mm dia as earth lead, including nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers of galvanized iron or steel and riveted to earth plate at one end and other end of earth wire connected to transformer / GOD / Panel / equipment body / test point, GI earth wire encased in and including 15mm bore GI light grade pipe with all fittings from upper edges of earth plate upto 7.5 metre above ground level fixed with and including 25x3mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from earth pit to top of electrode and including funnel, wire mesh, copper lugs etc complete with earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and 40mm thick RCC (1:2:4 type B1) cover complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including necessary excavation and earthwork in any type of soil, returning, filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m complete all as specified and as directed including dismantling & taking out old existing unserviceable earthing. Notes :- (i) Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, clamps, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately. (ii) Road cutting/floor cutting /cutting holes etc in walls required for laying/fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. M&L for dry sand (Local Tibba sand) and punning for cushioning and cover for protection of under ground electric cable complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (i) Approved local Tibba dry sand free from vegetations, grass and other deleterious substances shall be used. (ii) For the purpose of payment, only punned thickness shall be measured.

M&L for sub class ‘B’ (old size) burnt clay bricks laid flat and dry abutting each other with gap between adjacent bricks not exc. 10mm for protection of underground electric cable in such a way that the length of brick is at right angle to the central axis of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor end termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 150 sqmm to 95 sqmm complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F MCB, 6 to 32 Amps, SPN, 240 Volts, 10 kA, ‘C’ Curve, with over load and short circuit protection, ISI marked, fixed, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F sheet metal enclosure for distribution boards flushed in wall, double door type (IP-43 IK 09 with metal door), suitable for fixing MCBs, 415 Volts with 200 Amps rated bus bar, load line DB fitted with bus bar neutral links blank plates, SPN, 2 way, suitable for 3 Pole / 4 Pole ‘A’ frame MCBs, fitted with and accessories, complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for sub main wiring with two runs of 4 sqmm (nominal area) size main cable & one run of 4 sqmm size earth continuity conductor, single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS with multi-stranded copper conductor, 1100 Volts grade, ISI marked cables, drawn through & including suitable size of heavy duty non-metallic rigid PVC concealed conduit ISI marked not less than 25mm dia & conduit fittings/accessories, fixed concealed in wall/ceiling complete all as specifid and directed.
